Error 8008 while downloading a TV Show
Hello,
I'm trying to download the HD version of an office episode I purchased, but everytime I try, even from my work computer, error 8008 pops up. It says "Parts of the file seems to be corrupted. To redownload the file choose "Check for available downloads from the store menu."
Can you please help?

Error = -100008 while downloading Movie/TV Shows
I have endlessly tried to download 2 TV shows (1 bought, 1 free) and 1 free movie but keep getting the error message -100008. My iTunes is updated and so is my Quicktime. Also, I downloaded the latest versions of my drivers because before then I couldn't listen to any file in my iTunes folder after downloading the new version of iTunes.
After I receive the error I tried rebooting and going to "Check for Purchases" where I am able to download again but it starts from the beginning and gives me the same error message again. Have been trying to get these files for 2 days now to no avail. Please help!!I also have this problem while I try to download an episode of Battlestar Galactica. I've retried the download over and over. During this time I was able to download a song, so I don't know the problem...

Error 8008 while downloading a purchase
2 weeks ago I purchased a movie at the Istore. it started downloading as normal. about half way through it stopped giving me an +*"error 8008"+*. it indicated that parts of the file were corrupt and told me to restart the download. I did this to no avail. I then went to support over a week ago via e-mail. they responded telling me to do what I had already done. (I dont think they actually READ the emails they get). I responded to them but they have not replied further and it has been over a week. this is my first attempt at help with apple and so far it has been unimpressive. hopefully someone out here can help. I try to re-buy the movie but it wont let me saying I already own it. I try to delete it but it will not delete. I try to drag it to the trash can, but it wont go there.
HELP would be appreciated

Error message while downloading a tv show now it wont play full episodes. Suggestions?
Some of the episodes are even unwatchable/clickable and all but two have the exclamation point ! in front of it. What should I do?
Are you downloading the episode on a device, iTunes for Windows or iTunes for Mac?

Win 7 / System Update 4 "An error occurred while downloading packages" Please review LOG?

I am having problem with TVSU 4.0 on a Windows 7 64 bit system where it gets to about 17-18% and consistently gives me "An error occurred while downloading packages"
I've made sure no firewalls are active. Am not using an Proxy servers and have turned off "automatically detect settings" in Internet Options. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall and no change. I've also tried to run as an Administrator and no luck either.
I reviewed the logs that are located at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Lenovo\System Update\logs
I've highlighted in BOLD the entries below I feel may be the issue, but not sure how to resolve it. I did notice download.lenovo.com link when I try to reach it directly shows file not found???

How do I correct the error message "an error occured while downloading....dismiss"
I recently started receiving the error message "an error occurred while downloading" on an intermittent basis when trying to download pictures in some of my Yahoo groups using Yahoo mail. When it occurs the only way to clear the error message is to click on a highlighted "dismiss" [a term I had never seen used before these error messages started] which shows after the error message.
When the error shows for one pic in the posting it will show for all the pics in that post. When the error occurs for an individual pic it will also show up if you try to "download all".
These errors will show up for a posting sent from the same sender via one email group while not for the exact same email sent to another group. It is not restricted to an individual who is posting or a specific Yahoo group and appears to be truly random.
Recently I found an example of the same error message in a posting from a Yahoo group in my Gmail account as well so it is not restricted to Yahoo mail alone.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?....Does anyone know how to fix it?Hi saxxy60, I have not encountered this error before, but I have when the internet connection is lost in the middle of the download. You can try to get more elaborate errors if you try to reproduce the issue with an HTTP traffic capture.

TVSU problem - "An error occurred while downloading package"
During packages retrieval at about 17% TVSU displays message box: "An error occurred while downloading package".
In the Event Viewer I can see error event with id 36871, source Schannel and description:
"Critical error during authentication of SSL client. Internal error code: 10013" (translated by myself from my native language)
TVSU 4.00.0046, T410, Windows 7 Enterprise, x64, SP1, IE9.

What is your TVSU version? There was a glitch yesterday and it's fixed. I guess your case may be related to that incident.

If your version is 3.15 / 4.01, please:
Un-install current TVSU, reinstall TVSU version 3.14 (Win XP) or 4.0 (Win 7/Vista) by dowloading from Lenovo Support site,
Otherwise, you can try running driver update again.

i tried updating my airport utility app on my iphone and ipad when it updated it updated the airport extreme okay,but the airport express keeps showing a message that reads error occurred while downloading the firmware it shows it downloading and then reads preparing and then the error message comes up. can anyone explain o me how to fix this thankyou
Do you kow if I can I use the AirPort Extreem directly from the ethernet cable coming into the house?
Is that an Ethernet cable, or is that a phone cable? The AirPort Extreme does not have a modem on board, so you must use a separate modem with the Extreme.
Have you been to Becton, TX?

latest apple extreme would not update software from 7.7 factory installed to 7.7.1. keep getting an error of "An error occurred while downloading the firmware"

1. Photoshop 14.2.1 is now two releases out of date. You might want to go to your Creative Cloud application and ask it to install Photoshop CC (2014). Earlier this year Adobe released 2014.0 as a separate install that can live side by side with 14.2.1. Then just a few days ago they released 2014.1 as an in-place upgrade to 2014.0.
2. You may be able to update Camera Raw directly to version 8.6 by a link from this page:

I've moved to photos from iphoto and for a while all was good. And quite exciting. My entire 15k photos have migrated and are available on all my devices.
Suddenly, I get this warning when I select or try to edit a photo: Cant Download Photo: An error occurred while downloading a larger version of this photo for editing. Please try again later.
There is an exclamation mark and a warning triangle on the picture. I am only able to test on my ibook as my Imac is out of action.
If I log in to icloud in Safari, I can down load the full sized image no problem. Any one got any ideas?Well stone me, it's started working. Nothing changed on my side..... go figure.

HT1725 I got "error=-36" while downloading a movie, and now I can't get it to resume
I got the error 36 while downloading a movie that I purchased. However, I had to pause it as I was downloading another movie and wanted that one to download a little quicker. Initially, I got error-50 and so I followed the instructions from that feed such as go to Itunes>preferences>restore cache and then restarted my computer (macbook pro) and restarted itunes. Now, I get error-36 and the movie still won't download. According to my account in the itunes store, it's already downloaded. I looked in Music>Itunes Library>Movies and it's not even there....so now what do I do???
Thanks for any helpI had the exact same problem...i just deleted the download and re-downloaded it...seemed to have solved the issue

Hoping someone can help me. I am wondering if there is a way to display "music" information on a TV. IE can you see your album art etc. on the TV so you can see what's playing without having to look at the ipod itself. Any help would be appreciated.
