Error 900|102100

Hi. I'm unable to watch TV shows online. The pre-show ad plays fine, then when the show is about to start I receive this message: Sorry, we’ve experienced some difficulty playing Orphan Black S3|E10 "History Yet To Be Written".Please refresh this page in your browser to continue where you left off.900|102100RefreshPRIMETIME_HLS : Video-466079299865 Refreshing does not solve the problem. Updating Adobe Flash Player did not solve the problem. Changing shows does not solve the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

My IT Support HelpDesk could not solve the issue and referred me to Xfinity Customer Support. I called and was transferred to a very nice lady whom I presumed to not be a computer tech as I was more computer literate than she. I explained my issue in detail and despite her politeness and willingness to help it was obvious that she had no clue how to help me. She was also obviously reading from a script. I'm not sure she even completely understood my issue. Her only suggested solution (according to her list) was to reset the Adobe license files. I did that and the problem persists. On my own I have opened a bug report with Adobe even though I seriously doubt the problem is on their end. Back to square one.

I receive the same error for ANY show I try to watch online... The Walking Dead, Dexter, or Spartacus.  It is getting quite frustrating.  It reads the same... (Error 900|101000.101004.101005) and wants me to refresh.  Refreshing results in the ad of course playing quite well and then nothing.  What I have found is I have better luck with the lower quality but even that doesn't prevent the error all of the time... only delays the inevitable as I can't get through any single episode of anything anymore.  A friends laptop followed this same trend when we tested it... low quality seemed to delay the issue but it still happened.  Any why pay for HD when you can't even get it.  I did the Xfinity speed test at speedtest.comcast.net and average a 47Mbps on 2 different servers.  I have zero issues watching on my phone though.  I shouldn't have to resort to the small screen and limit my viewing experience when this is not free stuff here.  I have read through so many forums and found supposed causes anywhere from some versions of Flash Player not being compatible to secondary account holders aren't authorized to view anything rated MA.  I've also read of some who have similar errors as the only email account active with their service.  There is no rhyme or reason to it that I can find yet.  What I did find consistent in the forums so far is Comcast Joe.  He always asks for the info from xfinitytv.com/computer and links for the shows and when they are sent, there never seems to be a reply back with any resolution or possible cause.  I just don't get it.  The details submitted by everyone also vary with the answer to primary account holder being both true and false.  Please fix this Comcast.  There are a lot of customers out there being impacted by this issue.  My Device Information My Zip Code:Unknown My Cable Provider:Unknown Use Dac:true My Conroller ID:150 My Map ID:146 My Persona ID:9651 My myDVR Manager Status:Unknown My Set Top Box Names:Unknown My Queue setup:true Facebook Queue Syncing:false Facebook Connect:false My public IP address:24.240.92.101 My operating system:Windows - Windows NT 6.1 My web browser:Explorer 9 - Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 9.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/5.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; .NET4.0C; eMusic DLM/4) My system typeesktop computer or other device My Silverlight version:5.1.20125.0 My flash version:11.6 r602 Javascript:enabled Cookies:Unknown Time Information My Clock Time:Unknown Server Clock Time:UnknownMy Account Information In Home Authenticated:false Primary Account:false Provider Codes:s, bi, bj, cy, bq, ce, cd, cf, g, ak, aw, ar, dc, dd, cg, cq, da, cu, au, bv, b, cz, u, cr, c, br, cx, bt, h, ad, bw, d, al, bh, ci, a, y, bx, bb, bc, cp, bu, by, cn, ax, bs, at, ct, cb, ch, cs, e, aj, cv, bz, db, bm, co, bl, bk, bp, cw, cj, bo, j, cc, f, m, bn Internet Subscriber:true Cable TV Subscriber:true Voice Subscriber:true   Most recent error happened while watching the link below but you can insert the episode 1 of the same season of Spartacus (link is episode 2) as well as any episode of the whole season 3 of The Walking Dead of any show in season 7 of Dexter.  It is ALWAYS the same error code.  Someone has to know what the codes mean or why have them programmed to populate at all.   http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/watch/Spartacus/7511923708853028112/15380547815/Ep-302---Wolves-At-The-Gate/videos   I hope this helps Comcast Joe.  Thanks for any help you can give.

  • Printing Errors from Illustrator CC

I have been having intermitent firmware Error (900.43) on my new Lexmark MS510DN when printing from Illustrator CC. I have upgraded to the most recent version of the firmware and drivers for this printer. Also had this problem with a T642 lexmark printer. when this happens I can save and then open in Acrobat and will print but it I open in Illustrator the affect file will error out again. Called Lexmark and they checked printer settings and could not find anything wrong on the printer end. I am running on a Mac Pro running OS10.9.1. As I stated earlier this only happens every once in awhile and dont create the file any differently than any other.

Thank you Larry!  I had suspected Fiery because of other issues we've had in the past, but figured since we'd recently updated everything (including Fiery) to the latest and greatest that the problems would dissipate.  I'm so glad to hear it isn't just us!
In the meantime, I have some successful workarounds I'm using.  They're not as simple as they should be, but it will get us by until Fiery decides to address this problem.  Right now, I get better results when using Photoshop CC to repaginate or combine PDF before printing.  It seems to be working!
    Thank you!

  • 900|101000.101002.101005

One of the only reasons I even have Comcast's TV service is because I've been utilizing the streaming feature. Very recently, however, I've been getting this timeout: error 900|101000.101002.101005 at varying speeds every time I attempt to stream. I'm unsure if it happens on all channels, I watch ID most frequently and that's the one it happens on all the time now and is entirely unwatchable. This error is across all browsers on a fully updated Win 8.1 rig with 16GB RAM and a 3rd gen i7. Until recently, I had been able to stream perfectly.

Why has not this issue on live streaming been fixed it has been a issue for years we do pay for this service so I think it should work either fix it or pay someone who can. Dont believe me check the forums.
Sorry, we’ve experienced some difficulty playing SYFY.

  • More X1 Cloud DVR Recording Problems

For the past week I have been having issues with random recordings not showing up on the X1 Cloud DVR. The recording will occur on the physical DVR but will not record to the Cloud DVR. Yesterday evening I had a total of 6 scheduled recordings, with 2 of them failing to record to the Cloud DVR at their scheduled time. I purposely watched the actual DVR and the Cloud DVR (using my Android phone and the Xfinity TV app) when the recordings were scheduled to start. The 2 recordings that failed to start recording to the Cloud DVR were:Big Brother (S17, Ep 20) Channel 1005 @ 8:01pBehind Bars: Rookie Year - Is It Worth It? (S1, Ep 1) Channel 1330 @ 9:01p  As soon as I saw they had failed to start on the Cloud DVR, I used the Android app to find them in the "Guide Listings" and hit the Record button. Prior to my hitting the record button, neither showed the red recording indicator. As soon as I hit the record button, the recording then showed up in the "Recordings" list on the Android app and my PC. If a Comcast employee can look at my DVR recordings and my Cloud recordings you will see that both shows display but each now has a different start time being that it took me about a minute before I could get the recording to start on the Xfinity TV app and website. Now, on to the second problem that I have been having with Cloud DVR recordings. Some of the recordings fail to play with a Stream 500 error, and will not play on any computer, tablet or phone. Others give an Error 900.primetime.102100 code. This occurred when trying to play back "Behind Bars: Rookie Year: Is It Worth It?" This is the show that I had to start the manual recording for since it failed to record to the Cloud DVR even though it was scheduled. This show will not play on any PC using Chrome, IE, or the new Edge browser in Windows 10, Vista or 8.1. It will play on the Android app on my phone or tablet. After trying to play it and failing, I scheduled the show to record another time and it worked. Here is the diagnostics output when trying to play on Chrome. Customer Service DiagnosticsMy public IP address 98........

Video title Behind Bars: Rookie Year: Is It Worth It? It would be nice to get a more stable experience using the Cloud DVR, since I use it about 50% of the time when watching my recorded content.

Since Comcast doesn't seem to want to acknowledge a problem between the X1 DVR and cloud DVR recording schedules, I decided to post this issue to it's own thread. Looking at my recording schedule, I see a bunch of shows I have scheduled for Wednesday (Aug 12, 2015) that are not showing up on the Xfinity TV app or website, but show up on the DVR and the DVR Manager website. As you can see below, out of the 4 shows I have scheduled to record, only 1 is showing up on the Xfinity TV app and website.  Since I have seen this in the past, this will end up with those 3 missing shows not recording to the Cloud DVR. Since I already see that my Thursday, Aug 13th, schedule is screwed up as well, I will be posting that as well.

  • Movies won't play on Comcast website.

I recently tried to play movies on the Xfinity web site and when I click on a network that I subscribe to the list of movies appear and when I click on it I get an error message 900|102100. I have contacted Comcast technical support and they had me try a variety of things to attemp to fix the issue with no success. After loading the AppleMPEG2.Component into the Quicktime folder in the Library, everything started working again. I'm not sure if that's what made it start working again though.

Looks like the agent can't authenticate. Check the AM URL and the amldapuser password. Check the amserver amAuthApplication and amComm debug files to see if there are any agent authentication related exceptions. If you have ethereal installed you can do a network trace to see the XML passed between the agent and the server

  • Connection with SQL Server using DBCO

    Hi,
I want to connect to Misrosoft SQL Server using DBCO transaction. I have given the following fields.
    DB Connection = test
    DBMS = MSS
    User Name = user02
    password = test
    Conn. info = MSSQL_SERVER=tcp:10.100.50.36 MSSQL_DBNAME=New_Wisdom
    permanent selected
    Connection Limit = 5
    Optimum Conns = 2
while executing through the statement as follows,
    EXEC SQL.
    CONNECT :'TEST'
    ENDEXEC.
I am getting the dump ' An SQL error occurred when executing Native SQL.
The error 900 occurred in the current database connection "DEFAULT".' Please suggest me what needs to be added or corrected.

    Hi Benito.
I'm not very familiar with MSS but maybe the following will help a little bit.
Depending on the version of your SAP system you can use the transaction DBACOCKPIT to add connections to non-SAP databases. There is an test connection button in that transaction, too. You will find some information about that transaction in some whitepapers here in the SDN. For example have a look at this one: https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/1062428c-f1df-2910-b08f-c322feddcd10
ADBC error 16 is just "something went wrong". Is your SAP system using MSS, too? If not you will need the matching DBSL for it on your SAP system.
If you have set up an connection you can use program ADBC_TEST_CONNECTION to check if everything is ok. If I remember it correctly in case of errors it allows you to jump into the trace file. There you should find some usefull information.
Perhaps asking in the Database&OS forum area (there is a MSS forum) might help, too.
    Best regards,
    Jan

Can anyone help me to solve this problem?
    Thanks.

    Hi Nam,
This probelm is becuase you are trying to enter a record for which primary key already exists in the table.
The insertion you are doing with a set of values which already exist and sap is getting this error that the "Duplicate record during insertion". try to check your insertion values and through se16 check if they already exist in the table mkpf.
To rectify the data or else change the table and add one more unique to the primary key.

  • ORA 900 error while executing MERGE statement

    Hi All,
    I am using Oracle 11 Rg1.
I have a summarization process running daily where the process of execution is as follows:-
    1. Data loads every 10 min into a transaction table from external dat files
    2. I have a package with 13 stored procedures - each procedure has a MERGE logic to summarize data from the above table into a summarization table. Each procedure select data depending on the business requirement
    3. A wrapper file is invoked by a crontab daily to execute each procedue in the above package sequentially
    4. Each of the 13 procs is executed and data summarized daily into the summarization tables
From a few days, I have been getting a strange error - where 5 of the stored procs are failing with the error code and description as ORA 900 - invalid sql statement. The structure of all the 13 procs is the same. The only difference is in the MERGE logic WHERE clauses.
Due to some data loss occurence I introduced conditions the WHERE clause that take into account pl/sql variables.
I shall paste one procedure here and provide additional details as the discussion progress to avoid making this first post very lengthy.
This logic is failing with ORA 900 when invoked from the wrapper in unix as :-

    Hi Sven,
Unfortunately, requestdatetime is a varchar2 column. The source table which has this column had been created a long back and recently we have started to take care of this issue by loading data after converting it into date format.
We have managed to locate the place in the logic where the error is occuring, but not why it might be occuring. Its due to the logic:-
         AND (
              (lv_summm_type_indicator  = c_summaryType_fullLoad
              AND  (get_date_timestamp(os.requestdatetime) BETWEEN lv_sum_startdate AND lv_sum_enddate
              AND   os.entry_CreatedDate BETWEEN lv_partitioned_start_date AND lv_partitioned_end_date
              OR (lv_summm_type_indicator = c_summaryType_incrementLoad
              AND os.entry_createddate BETWEEN lv_sum_startdate AND lv_sum_enddate )
)When I hardcoded the values for lv_summm_type_indicator, c_summaryType_fullLoad and c_summaryType_incrementLoad, the logic worked fine:
         AND (
              ('INCR'  = 'FULL'
              AND  (get_date_timestamp(os.requestdatetime) BETWEEN lv_sum_startdate AND lv_sum_enddate
              AND   os.entry_CreatedDate BETWEEN lv_partitioned_start_date AND lv_partitioned_end_date
              OR ('INCR'  = 'INCR'
              AND os.entry_createddate BETWEEN lv_sum_startdate AND lv_sum_enddate )
)But, the data for the pl sql variables is coming properly as I used dbms_output statements to check. So not sure what exactly is happening.

    Hi Willy,
    Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
The article below provides information about specific update and restore alerts, including the 9006 alert that you saw when attempting to update your iPad 2 to iOS 8.1. Try using the instructions provided to see if the issue is caused by a conflict with the security software on your computer.
Resolve iOS update and restore errors
    Check your security software
Related errors: 2, 4, 6, 9, 1000, 1611, 9006. Sometimes security software can prevent your device from communicating with either the Apple update server or with your device.
Check your security software and settings to make sure that they aren't preventing a connection to the Apple servers.
    I hope this helps,
    -Jason
