Error adding entitlment system entry in the sap authentication

Hi people,
I could not add entry in the sap authentication. Every time I try to add entry nothing happens. I press button "New", page is reloaded and in the end I do not see anything in the list "Logical system name".
There are several strings in the CMS trace log:

But I can connect to the same R/3 server via Crystal Reports.
It seems that BOBJ can not add records into the Oracle database.
My installation: Win 2k3 x64, Oracle 10.2.0.1, BOBJ ENT XI 3.1 SP3, Integration Kit SAP SP3, sapjco-ntintel-2.1.9.zip

Hi there,
We are running a instance of xmii 12 in a VM (VMware) and after somebody shutdown the host machine without shutting down the VM (great idea isn't it?) we keep getting this message when trying to access xMII:
"Application cannot be started.
Details: com.sap.engine.services.deploy.container.ExceptionInfo: Error while reading file entries from the database."
Any clue? Any suggestion on how we can recover from that?

Well thanks for the hint. Actually, the DB was up but corrupted. I managed to solve the bug by re-deploying xMII (using the SDM tool) which kept all my data but redeployed both the config db of (x)mii and the class files.

here I have two WFS servers and they configured with load balancing in F5 .
when I enable both servers in F5 I receive this error messages in 2nd server,

Do you have antiVirus installed on the sharepoint servers?
These folders may have to be excluded from antivirus scanning when you use file-level antivirus software in SharePoint. If these folders are not excluded, you may see unexpected behavior. For example, you may receive "access denied" error messages when files
are uploaded.
Please follow this KB and exclude the folders from Scanning.

CCMS Error - There are system problems on the remote host (system failure)

I have installed the SAPCCMSR agent in the AccAD(Accelerated Application Delivery) server. However, when I execute OS07 and try to view the CPU usage, I encountered this error:

Disabled the SAP authentication on BO

I´ve installed the sap integration kit on BO XI3.1 SP3, but the SSO by kerberos isn´t running. I´ve disabled the Sap authentication and the user can login with her windows user id and password.
How can return to use the SSO?

you have to check both.
You have to write back the settings you entered during the configuration of your WindowsAD setup.
These are Environment related to your Environment. Check the Documentation you used for the configuration.

Error message 'Please log on to the SAP system' when selecting 'shop'

In SRM when we click on 'shop' or 'Goods Receipt' we get the error 'ITS System Information 'Please log on to the SAP System' where it prompts user to log on again. However when user logs on it opens up the same screen again saying please log on to the sap system.
This only happens when we shop using the External ITS (wgate), EBP works fine using the Internal ITS.
Please can someone help.

Look using SRM transaction SITSPMON and RZ20, RZ21.
Also Please check SAP OSS Note 517860
-> For ITS, You need to maintain the RFC connection in the connection type "T" i.e TCP/IP. Maintain in the Table - TWPURLSVR.
Ensure that you have maintained correct entries in the TWPURLSVR table using SM30 transaction for the ITS Web path (http or https address path). Note you are passing port - 8001 in the address here. Incase you face problems, Please ask you BASIS person to help you out.

"localhost" entry in the SAP System

Hi All,
Today we have faced serious problem in our ECC system. In our ECC system, we have central Instance and 6 dialog instances and our analysis is as follows:
1. We have configured our hosts in DNS and also we maintained the entries of all the application server in the /etc/hosts file.
2. In our landscape, the Hostname will resolve like this: First it will check the DNS entry whether it exists and then it comes to the /etc/hosts file and resolves it.
3. From our network team they have configured the "localhost" entry with the ip address other than "127.0.0.1" in the DNS file. Because of that the workprocess went into stopped state. As the ICM parameters in the ECC system maintained as : icm/HTTP/j2ee_0 = PREFIX=/,HOST=localhost,CONN=0-500,PORT=5$$00. Since the ip resolution takes place first in DNS entry the system routed the requests to the new ip defined.
4. so all the http requests which are processing by the workprocess went into stopped state and later we have removed the entry for localhost in the DNS file and the problem is resolved.
But our concern is whether we can avoid this situation by changing the profile parameters i.e., icm/HTTP/j2ee_0= HOST="some new host". I think while during Installation this entry has been chosen as "localhost" by default and it has got created in lot of destinations. So kindly tell us whether it is feasible to change this profile entry so that in future If someone creates an entry with "localhost" in the DNS file it shouldnt effect the system.

pls see SAP notes 8307 (ABAP) and 757692
(JAVA) on how to change the hostname
in an SAP installation.
Regarding ABAP: go through all profiles (RZ10) -> default profile, instance profile, start profile
of all involved central instances and application servers. There you should
change the hostname to the real name of the server.

Please check your saprouter.exe version... Unicode or non Unicode ?
Open a command prompt and type 'saprouter -V' to find out if it is an Unicode or non Unicode version. If not sure, download both versions from the SAP Service MarketPlace and try them...
You can also generate a dev_rout file by running your saprouter command in a prompt, removing 'service' and adding '-V2' (to activate the level 2 of your dev_rout trace). The content of your dev_rout file should give the cause of the problem...

Error in creating New Entry from the Client in NW Mobile 7.1

Hi All,
I have created a mobile application for Laptops in NW Mobile 7.1.
I have a requirement to create an entry from the client, i.e., I need to create a PR in the client. The model bindind, the backend adapters, bapi wrappers are in place.
I have used the standard create BAPI for PR and wrapped it in a BAPI wrapper. I just have to give the PR details and save the entry in the client. The BAPI wrapper has the logic for generating the new PR number.
My problem here is, when I try to create a new PR, give the details and save, the entry is not getting updated in the backend and the sync state is '201'.
I checked the "Message Monitoring" in the NW Mobile Administrator for the particular SWCV.
For this create PR transaction, the particulars are as below
Message State: Error - Stop Flow
Message Type: Transaction
Error: "Error occurred while fetching synckeys from table ZDOE01700000SL"
"ZDOE01700000SL" is the Sync key look up table for PR(my data object).
Please let me know where I have gone wrong and guide me in rectifying this problem.

Hi Sunil,
From my understanding, looks like you are not filling synckey when you are creating a PR in your client. Synckey is a unique key on the DOE using which you can uniquely identify any node.
There are two scenario's atleast as I know, where this error would have come.
Case 1. If you are modifying something on client, which has been send by DOE, then you are not supposed to change synckey because it is a primary key. Now if we assume that you are not modifying synckey but when you are sending an update, check if by any chance the synckey is not going to DOE which is one case, and the second one is, after DOE has end that record to client, someone has cleaned up all the tables on DOE for that dataobject or someone has deleted that entry on the backend because of which the entry has been deleted on DOE. In either case, you are modifying something on client which is actually not present on DOE because of which when the DOE tries to look up based on synckey it doesn't find the needed record.
Case 2. If you are creating something on client, then you are supposed to create a synckey which is a 32 bit character GUID. I think in your case, you are missing the synckey when you are sending it to DOE. Check if there is any API for doing that or you have manually create a GUID and send it.

Error in source system while extracting the data from R/3!

i had created FM and extract strcucture in R/3 .
using the above two, i had created data source using RSO2 T code.
when i checked the extractor ( RSA3 T code) in R/3 it was working fine .
(status messege displayed as 1000 records selected).
then i assigned this data source to infocurce and creted info cube using the same info source.
but when i schedule the info package it is syaing in the monitor screen "error in source system".
what could be the problem?

1.first check the source system connection and find if there is any error in it.
2.Go to sm37 and find whether the request is completed or not if its terminated find out the time. how long does it takes to complete the process.
3.once again relicate the data source and find whether is it again extract data.

Error in R3 system when create the Goods receipt in EWM

Dear EWM expert,
I have an error in R3 system when I confirm the goods receipt in EWM for inbound delivery
the error in SMQ2 is:
PALLET is an auxiliary packaging material and cannot be used as pack.mate
PALLET is a packaging matirial type VERP that I've create in in R3 and I have transfer via cif it in EWM.
We have the new EWM 7 and i check some OSS note for a programm error in transfering of pakaging material during the GR but they are available only for EWM 5 and they are not available for EWM 7.
Could you explain me if this error coul be caused by some customising settings or by some master data field.

I am not sure of your problem since there may be quite a few reasons why this would happen. However just try one thing - change the Packing material category from "auxaliary packing material" to "packing material" in Define Packaging Material Types under logistics general--->HU Management ---> Basics for the packing material type you are using in VERP and then create a new packing material and try the inbound delivery. It may work

Error in Source System while running the Full Load

HI Experts,
We are using 0CRM_UT_SRV_CONT_I datasource from CRM to extract data.
It is giving error while running the full load as 'Error Occured in Source system' with messaage Number : RSM340.
I want to mention certain points here:
1) In RSA3 its running fine.
2) Connection between BW and CRM system is OK.
3) We have replicated datasource and send active veriosn from Dev system.
4) When I run Init without data, Init set sucessful with entry in RSA7 in CRM.
5) Delta run fine with green status.
6) As source system is static client, hence do data for delta.
The Main issue happens when we run either the Full load or Init With Data transfer.
Kindly suggest.

You are getting error in the Sales Order is because of Master Data.
Sales Documents will flow from CRM to R/3 when master data is consistent in R/3 & CRM side.
Please maintain the master data in R/3 side & download into CRM Side.
For Customer use adpater object CUSTOMER_MAIN & for Material object is "Material"

- The first, I Created document for WBS.
- Second, I want to display the file on SAP screen. But the system opened it's by an application on client.
How do I have to do?

As I understood you attached a file to WBSE and that file
is not showing in the project structure.In standard it doesn't show
in the project structure. With DMS & CAD (2D,3D viewer) integartion it is possible to
display the document in SAP screen.
If my understanding is wrong you can elaborate your post and do revert.

SAP entitlement system doesnot appear in CMC Authentication Screen

We are unable to Integrate SAP entitlement with BO Edge 3.1 Enterprise
server because it doesn't appear in CMC console "Authentication TAB".
