Buenos días,
Por cambio de equipo reinstale la licencia de Adobe 8.0 pero al tratar de generar archivos pdf me muestra el error
"Faltan archivos PDFMaker
Por favor su ayuda puesto que este proceso es parte escencial de mi trabajo diario !!! AYUDA !!!

When I right-click to Convert to PDF or Convert to PDF and EMail for .xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx, .pptx, .ppt, .pub, and .igx items (what I've tried so far), I get the following error: "Adobe acrobat elements has encountered a problem and needs to close". I keep getting the Error "Adobe Muse has encountered an error and will now exit. Please report the last few actions you took leading up to this error to the Adobe Muse CC team. UIDs With Multiple Owners: ImageFrame owned by PagePageItem and BaseLink". I get this when I try and save and I am not sure what is causing it or, since i made several changes to the site, which actions it would have been. I am using the latest updated version of Muse. the 2014.3 I was able to publish site with changes but it did not save, so I have a web version different then what is saved. My published site is the most recent one but the saved version is one without latest changes. When I tried to merge it started updating the Assets and then showed that Error message and shutdown.

I believe you have already updated Muse version which includes fix for this issue , if not then please update Muse to latest version.

contacted customer service they could not help me I have previously had Photoshop on two other computers I deactivated it from one computer to put on a new one put. Can not do the updates I need them for camera Raw.

You have permissions issues on the respective folders, e.g. Windows\System32\Color and so on. Fix them and allow all apps to access the contents.

Provide you have Acrobat 9 installed in an OS for which Acrobat 9 is compatible then you can use the functionality.
As well, you need a scanner connected, powered up, and the software installed. Acrobat 9 "prefers" TWAIN drivers.
Always visit the scanner vendor's site and download - install the latest greatest software.
n.b., The Acrobat 9.x product family passed into "End of Support" mid-year 2013.
As well the Acrobat 9.x product family is not compatible with contemporary OSs.

Hi, For solving this do one thing:
The problem is In ECC the service AdobeDocumentServicesSec was set up in SM59 but nothing was configured for SSL. So you have to change this to:
AdobeDocumentServicesSec.

restart your cs6 design standard installation and you might be given an option to fix your app manager.
if not, uninstall it and reinstall using the design std installation files.

Ian the link to the document is still working for me. Basically though the document asks you to download the update directly from our product update page at http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates. If you continue to face difficulties or the update is not available then it will be necessary to review the installation log files for that update to see why it is failing.

Uninstall the Adobe Application manager from your computer.
and download the latest version of the AAM from the below mentioned sites.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience so far.
I am not sure if you already tried this, but in case not, try to update Muse via Creative cloud directly.
Start creative cloud application manager, if you dont have it, you can download it from here,
Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Windows : Adobe Application Manager
Login using your adobe id, once you are in, switch to Apps, and you should see the Update for Muse, click Update.

I am experiancing this unbelieveably annoying and constant Flash error; Adobe Flash Player 11.4 r402 has stopped working.
But NOT running Trusteer Rapport, I never have, and it's not even installed on my computer. So what's causing this?

There were a couple AntiVirus/AntiMalware products that keep coming up, but I haven't validated that in the lab and don't want to call anyone out publicly without reporting the issue to them first.  If you could tell me what antivirus/antimalware products and versions you have installed, that would be helpful.
So, third party stuff aside, I'd like to know more about the crashes your seeing:
1.) Please provide links to the Firefox crash reports. If you have multiples, the first few would be great.
     In Firefox, type about:crashes in the address bar
     If the link starts with "bp...", it's already been submitted -- just right-click on it and copy the link, and paste it into the reply here.
     If not, click it to submit it, and copy the subsequent link.
2.) In firefox, type about:support
     Just copy and paste the output into the reply.
3.) In Firefox, type about:plugins
     Please copy and paste the output into the reply
4.) Please provide the output of the DirectX Diagnostic Utility
     Click Start > type "dxdiag" [enter]
     Click Save All Information
     Copy the output of the file into the reply, or use Adobe SendNow/DropBox/PasteBin to share the file.
5.) If you can provide an exact URL and step-by-step instructions on repeating the crash (if it's consistent), that would be really helpful. My goal is to build out a configuration that matches yours as closely as possible, reproduce the problem and then debug it.

Please let me know what kind of file are you trying to send using 'Adobe Send' online service.
Does this happen with every file you try to send or any specific one?
Have you tried using a different browser? What happens? Check with your internet connection speed as well.

Windows 7- Adobe Reader X 10.1.4- "An Internal Error Occurred"-"Fatal Error, Adobe Failed to connect

I downloaded Adobe Reader X 10.1.4 lately and I could not open any pdf file I have and gave a message, "An Internal Error Occurred. I tried to change it under the Program Features for updates and fixes and re-started my computer. Then I tried to open again a pdf file and a message " Fatal Error", Adobe failed to connect to DDE Server. What do I need to do to fix this up? Is Adobe even aware of this?

If all things fail and you are not getting a resolution to this. Delete the Windows 7 User profile.   C:\Windows\Users\<user name>
Reboot, then recreate the user profile by logging on as the User.   You are not done yet.
Logoff and log back as Administrator and go to Regedit and manually delete the user profile from the Registry.
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\[SID]    look for the User name.bak
Delete it.   Then reboot and go back and log on as the user. That should fix it.
