Error apple movil device itunes 10.7

Question

actualice itunes 10.7 y ahora no me recnoce mi iphone 4 me aparece un signo de interrogacion en el apple movil device lo actualizo y nada sigue igual lo desinstalo y conecto el iphone 4 y  lo reconoce windows 7 pero itunes me dice que desintale y vuelva a instalar pero lo he hecho infinidad de veces y nada

I had a problem, because the apple mobile service would not install. Finally resolved it ran through all the following:

Note when you are trying to install itunes watch the progress bar and watch out for a Rollback message towards the end of the install if this happens it's quite likely that you are facing problems installing the AMS driver in which case run the AMS installation routine and check the log file to view the error message this will give you a hint on what is happening.
1. uninstall all applications and reinstall (seldom works) from control panel, add or remove programs
2. Uninstall in recommended order (as per apples recommendations, works a few times) see apples support page  work through all solutions here before trying 3 or 4.
3. follow 2 then using cccleaner clean up registry, stop and restart computer after clean up then re-install (sometimes works)
4. follow guidelines here , youll need winrar (there's a trial version) to get the apple mobile device msi install file

It's a little more complex but this one worked for me.
