This is the error I get

Any ideas?
And when I goto http://localhost:50013 it shows a j2ee management console
Does that mean the server is up?

Thanks for the reply.
The java log says the same error.
But the thing is I restarted the installation again and that error is not showing anymore.
And I'm pretty sure that the error I got previously passed.
Now another different error.
