Error "Available quantity in bin is zero" with FM: L_TO_CREATE_MULTIPLE

Hi， all, I encounter one problem wtih BAPI: L_TO_CREATE_MULTIPLE.
I want to transfer 100 batches from P01 storage type to P02 storage type , this function module show error "Available quantity in bin is zero".
But the TO is created and this TO only include 30 batchs.
Why this happen?
Any one could help me? Tks.

Dear Gurus,
I've got this error "Available quantity in bin is zero". Below is the step that I've done:
1. MIGO to issue 5PC in batch 1 to cost center.
2. In WM, stock now is in interim stype 911, qty -5 PC.
3. Then I created TO to transfer from the real bin (BIN1) to interim area 911 --> System has error "Available quantity in bin is zero".
4. I have double checked stock in WM (LX02, LS26,...), there is enough available stock in the BIN1, batch 1. Also there is no pending TR, TO.
Please help to find the reason of this error and how I can clear this interim area.

Hi Nick,
After I did step 1, material document created and also TR created. I see this TR works normal like other TRs.
But when I did step 3, create TO from material doc (LT06) or from the TR (LT04) with source bin is the real bin (such as Bin1) and destination bin is the auto interim bin named cost center (such as stype 911, Bin ADMIN), the system says that Bin1 has Available zero stock.
What I've checked is:
- I checked stock in IM (MB5B), stock is there. Stock in WM (LX02) also there in bin1.
- I tried to do transfer order for other batches of the same material in the same bin1, everything goes ok. The error only happens with this specific batch 1! When I check batch master for batch1, I couldn't find any thing strange there.
I still stuck with this error up to now. Please help!

Error Message in xcode: Command /usr/bin/codesign failed with exit code 1

I am attempting build my iPad application on my device and I have went though the provisioning and successfully created an App ID, provisioning, etc. and when i 'Build and go' i get this error message:
*Command /usr/bin/codesign failed with exit code 1*
The only thing that I could think of that might be causing this is that when I 'Build and Go' on my device it come up with this pop-up message from xcode twice:
+codesign wants to sign using key "MY NAME" in your keychain.+
+Do you want to allow access to this item?+

Hey jamez97,
In Xcode, top left hand corner of the window. Access the drop down menu, make sure that you have;
1) Set to run on the DEVICE
2) Selected DEBUG
3) Connected your device
click build and run...adjusting these sometimes works when i have the same error as you.
You should have also added your device the provisioning profile you made. If you haven't done this, you can do it via the iOS Devcentre --> provisioning portal -->launch assistant.
Hope this helps...if it doesn't, post back and somebody else may be able to give you the solution.

Fixed Bin Replenishment based on Available Quantity

Hi Friends,
Can anyone please answer to this query.
System calculates the replenishment qty based on the available qty in the bin (961 pce available in the bin, max bin qty is 1000 pce, min bin qty is 970 so the requested qty is 1000-961=39 pce). We would like to calculate the replenishment qty based on the total qty in the bin, so 972 pce (Aval qty + Picking qty = 961+11 =972). In this case the replen qty would be 1000-972=28 pce. If the repenishment is made before the physical execution of the picking, the bin will be overloaded.
Is it possible to take into consideration at the replenishment only the total stock and not the available stock?

I know system calculates the replenshiment based on min and max qty. But if the job runs before the physical move of the material for the picking TO how that situation can be controlled. Because once the TO is created for picking stock will be shown in total qty instead of available qty. so system consider available qty for replenishmnet calculation and it turns into overflow.
Please let me know is there any way we can control this confusion.

RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE return error Primary quantity

I have a problem.
I am using RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE to do return to vendor.
If the item setup with ASL, then it will failed with error message :
Primary quantity 250 exceeds available subinventory quantity 0
Cause: The transaction quantity 250 in primary unit of measure exceeds the available quantity 0 in the subinventory.
Action: Enter a smaller quantity.
But if I unchecked the asl setup, it would work well.
By the way, the item was setup with lot control.
If the item was setup without lot contol, it would work well with change receiving option.
In the screen over receipt control and change action to 'None', then itme without lot control worked very well.
Could someone tell me how to resolve the problem?

Check if the purchasing UOM on the ASL attributes is coming into play.
Remove it and retry.

Confusion on available quantity

Dear friends/experts,
Sometimes we found that on-hand-quantity is more than zero but the available quantity is zero in a specific subinventory, but we can not find any SO which reserved those on-hand quantity in that subinventory. So we can not pick release any SO with those on-hand goods.
Afterwards, we released some reservations in another subinventory for the same goods and lots. Then the on-hand quantity in the original subinventory changed to be available. Then we can pick release the.
Although the problem has been resolved, but I'm very confused on that case. Is there anyone knowing the actual reason?

Try to see on hand quantity of the item, subinventory wise. It is possible that your operation unit might have many subinventories and you are trying to transact the item from that subinventory which has zero on hand of partcular item.

create Transfer order(TO) - L_TO_CREATE_DN - for o/b delivery
confirm TO- L_TO_CONFIRM
Using BDC i am doing PGI for VL02n
create Transfer order(TO) - L_TO_CREATE_DN - for i/b delivery
confirm TO- L_TO_CONFIRM
Create GR - 'BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE'
Here till PGI my report pgm is working fine. and when cominf to TO create based on i/b delivery i am getting error -
No destination storage bin to be found in storage type 104
I have added 2 lines in the FM at exception part -
error_message = 16
OTHERS = 32.
So my return code for the FM - L_TO_CREATE_DN (_FOR i/b delivery)_is 16
message class : L3
message number : 009
message type : E
No destination storage bin to be found in storage type 104
Can any one tell me how can be this rectified - Is this a config related issue or data problem ?

Manish: Where do I see that the storage bin is created with respect to storage type? I was checking LS03N where I can see that the storage bin is created for storage section and storage bin type. Configuraiton is like below:
Storage Bin search Strategy:
(1) By storage section: Not active
(2) By Stotage Bin type - Active and the storage bin type is assigned to a storage type.
I have one storage bin available (Bulk Storage) for the selected storage Bin type BUT it is not automatically searched by the process. Material master has WM view1 with storage type indicator and there is a config for storage type search which is working good. The only issue is searching storage bin while creating TO during Goods movement, in particular Put away. Also please note that the storage bin is not hardcodes in material master).
This error happens for all the scenarios (unrestricted, blokced or when WM stock is initial or when the materrial is created first time and subject the WM movements).
When I first started this question I thought that the error happens only for Blocked status. Actually it is happening for all the scenatios when the WM stock in initial.

MRP Logic -Negative Available quantity in MD04

We have negative available quantity in MD04. There are no receipts generated particularly for some period even after MRP Run.
MRP Type is maintained as P1- MRP Fixing type.
Safety time is maintained as 3 days.
Planning strategy is 40.
Please suggest, what would be the reason, why i am not getting schedule lines between 09-Aug and 27-Aug which makes available quantity minus, after that there are generation of schedule lines.

MRP type P1 is used with planning time fence(mandatory).
Have you used pl time fence. How many days? For those period system will not generate any more planned order.

JSPM: Error while detecting start profile for instance with ID _c.

Hi Experts,
we have an error when we start JSPM with message "cannot initialize application data. Error while detecting start profile for instance with ID _c." . Until now nothing has been updated yet. The system can be started up and shut down without any problem. The profiles are found in /usr/sap/PMA/SYS/profile
Our BI system is currently Netweaver 7.0 with SPS14. We plan to update it to SPS20. But when we start JSPM, we have abover error.

Message no. K/821
Diagnosis
In Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), the system tried to use a material cost estimate to translate the unit KG for the material KG into the base unit of measure EA for that material.
The system could not do this.
System Response
The document cannot be processed further.
Procedure
Check the quantity entered in the affected CO-PA quantity field &V4 .
If necessary, change the material master to allow the unit KG as an alternative unit for the material 970000000000000016.
Can anyone provide me with a solution to the said problem.

You may check one thing.
Please check whether the material under dispute has some stock reservations againsts open orders or deliveries.
Maybe the 50 has been assigned to some orders/deliveries created before, but not yet completely processed.

TS1717 Having trouble running iTunes version 11.0.2 on a Dell Laptop running Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1. Keep getting an error message "the software required for communicating with iPods and mobile phones was not installed correctly..." reinst

Having trouble when I launch iTunes (version 11.0.2) on my Dell Laptop running Windows 7 Professional (service pack 1). I get an error message indicating software required to communicate with iPod and mobile phones was not installed correctly. Do you want iTunes to try to repair this for you? I normally respond with OK and it immediately tells me "could not be repaired. Please reinstall iTunes..." I have done this a number of times to no avail.

I also notice Quicktime is not getting installed at all.
That one is normal nowadays (ever since the iTunes versions 10.5.x).
The software required for communicating with iPods and mobile phones was not installed correctly. Do you want iTunes to try to repair this for you?
Let's try a standalone Apple Mobile Device Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of why it's not installing under normal conditions.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:
http://www.rarlab.com/
Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").

Some of the following is going to use some technical terms — this area is inherently somewhat technical.
If you don't understand some part of the following reply, please ask.
Is this your own OS X Server system on your own network, or is this some other server within some larger organization?
You're posting this in the OS X Server forum, which is a software package that allows OS X systems to provide web-based and many other services; to become servers.
If it's your OS X Server on your network, then the network and DNS configurations are suspect, or the server is somehow malfunctioning or misconfigured. This is unfortunately fairly common, as some folks do try to avoid setting up DNS services.
If it's a larger organization and somebody else is managing the server and the network, then you'll probably need to contact the IT folks for assistance; to learn the network setup and DNS requirements, and if there's a problem with the server itself.
The basic web URL "hyper link IP address path" — without using DNS — usually looks something the following, where you'll need to replace 10.20.30.40 with the IP address of your server:

UptimeJeff has posted a URL that specifies the AFP file system; an OS X file share. That's used if you're connecting to an Apple storage service somewhere on your network. You might alternatively need to specify smb://10.20.30.40 or such, if it's a Windows file server. (There can be additional requirements for connecting to Windows Server systems, too.)
If there's local IT staff available here, please contact them for assistance. If these are your own local systems and your own local OS X Server system, then some information on the server will be needed. (If you're on a NAT'd network, you'll also need to get DNS services configured and working on your local OS X Server system and your network — you'll not be able to skip this step and reference ISP DNS servers here — or things can and usually will get weird.)
