Error can be trouble shooted

Hi friends,
I'm new to ODI and i was in the process of installing ODI newly from the scratch.....
As i was learning about ODI as a beginner now..im using ODI 10.1.3.5 which supports only EBS 11.5.10
To start the ODI agent on windows, they have given the below steps as per the guide..
*) i opened the cmd window and changed the directory to
$ODI_HOME\oracledi\binAnd after that they asked to execute the following command
agentservice –i –s WORKFLOW 20910
Soon after executed it is throwing the error like saying
A JDK is required to support web service with oracleDI. You are currently using a JRE
AgentService.bat
AgentService.bat:Syntax ErrorBut according to my knowledge i didnt installed JRE.....I installed only JDK and this is it
(jdk-6u11-nb-6_5-windows-ml.exe)
I dont know why it is showing i have installed JRE...
But in my C drive---->i have a Java folder---->As it is showing JRE content's only.......
Whether is it possible to troubleshoot it...
Or else once again i need to install correct JDk, obiee, obia, ODI once again.
The above step is tedious.......
Any way in resolving it....

Thanks for the reply, i tried by again restarting the services and now it is working Fine.
But I came up with one issue Sutirtha,
In Topology manager, under the Repositories tab i have the following
Two folders
*) Master repository_v4.2.02.01
*) Work Repositories
If i expand that 'work Repositories' means it is not showing WORKREP_7952..i dont know why???
i have expansion kind of symbol for the 'work Repositories' folder but if i expand that means it is not showing WORKREP_7952 and it is not showing anything.
i dont why this problem is occuring.
i have done all the steps necessary for creating the ODI blank work repository following the installation guide,
These are the steps that i followed
1. In the Topology Manager, display the Repositories tab.
3. In the Repositories pane, right click on Work Repositories node.
4. Select the Insert Work Repository menu option to display the Data Server: New
dialog.
5. Display the Definition tab, and enter the appropriate information, as described in
the table below.
6. Display the JDBC tab, and enter the appropriate information, as described in the
table below.
7. Click Test to display the Test Connection for: <connection> dialog.
8. From the Agent drop down list, select Local (No Agent).
9. Click Test to verify the details.
10. Click OK on the Information dialog.
11. Click OK on the Data Server: New dialog to display the Work Repository: New
dialog.
12. On the Work Repository: New dialog, enter the appropriate information, as
described in the table below
13. Click Apply, then click OK to save the details.But the Topology Manager didnt displays the WORKREP_7952 repository in the Work Repositories list in the Repositories pane.
The work repositories is showing the expansion node, but if i clicked that node means it is not showing anything.
so, again if i tried to create means (i.e) if i follow all the steps above again means it is showing the error like
java.sql.SQLException:ORA00001:unique constraint(ODI_REP_7952.AK_CONNECT)violated
