I just bought an iPad 3 from UAE, I have the Emerati app store, I have just updated my iPad 3 to iOS 6 and I've been having a problem with my AppStore. Whenever I try to download any app I get an error "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" this is been happening since 3 days

TRY this SOLUTION . if you do this exact order you could able to login again..

Thanks schan20, this worked perfect. I closed all apps, double tapping home key from home screen, turned set date and time automatically off, clicked set daate and time, changed year to 2014. I then opened updates on apps and got the security message, went back to set date and time, turned on set automatically, opened app store back up (did not force close after security message) , got to loading and had 21 apps to update
Not sure what caused this initially; but some things I had done in the past were, I had set date and time auto off, I had changed the date and time numerous times in a row for the game deer hunter reloaded to get gold, most of the time stopping around August each time. Other than that, I have not made any major changes or added any apps when it stopped working.

I've been trying to complete an in-app purchase within the game "Nemo's Reef" for over a week and repeatedly get the same "ERROR Cannot Connect to iTunes Store"
I've tried a real close for the app, restarting my device (iPhone 5), enabling and disabling restrictions - I DO NOT have in-app purchases restricted under settings-general - restrictions - in app purchases.
I purchased a book in iBooks this morning - my card was charged and the item downloaded perfectly. I have tried the purchase on WiFi as well as Cellular but neither work. I've also tried turning off my WiFi completely, still doesn't work.

Can't promise it will fix it, but I tried everything mentioned on other boards to no avail.
What finally worked was resetting my AppleID password so that it met the new password requirements. I suppose it's worth trying that.

HT1689 I keep getting the error: Cannot connect to ITunes Store. I recently updated the iOS on the ipad3. Have tried heaps of fixes as suggested in various threads. DNS, date and time, reset etc

I am a fairly new apple user, just got the new ipad, as part of an evaluation program. I recently did an iOS update and now keep getting the error message:cannot connect to iTunes Store... I tried date changing - no good ... The only thing that worked was to change the DNS setting to 0.0.0.0 as described in another thread. This fix for a day and now still getting the same error message and DNS setting changes do nothing. I have tried the reset method several times to no avail. I'm beginning tho think the ipad wasn't a great idea.... Apple need to attend to this. Like many, I have already wasted too much time looking for a fix. I am part of an IT in education group that will soon be recommending a specific hardware and OS. Could result in the loss of thousands of ipad sales for apple ....
Anyhow... All or any suggestions are welcome :)

Also, I've just learned that I can connect to download new apps, but cannot update any apps I've downloaded in the past. How might I go about connecting my reset apple ID with its history from before it was reset? I assume that is the biggest issue.

So for 2 months I have not been able to update any of my apps due to the error code "cannot connect to itunes store. I can download new apps, buy music, itunes works fine but I cannot update anything. I have tried resetting, logging in and out of id, turning wifi on and off. Try this:
1. Go to Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>Off
2. Set the date ahead by a few months
3. You should then be able to connect to the store

"Error: Cannot connect to iTunes Store" only when I try to Redeem a code

I only get this error code when I try to redeem one of many codes. I can download apps and update them just fine. I've tried all the little solutions like turning device on/off, changing the date/time forward, 8.8.8.8, etc and none of them have worked.

As soon as I posted this, a lightbulb lit up and I realized I had old testflight data of the same game I was trying to redeem. I deleted the old file and was able to redeem without a problem

Getting "cannot connect to iTunes store error from one appleID but another works fine

I have 2 apple ID's, a personal one, and one that me and a couple of coworkers share so that we can share apps we purchase. I cannot log into the shared AppleID from my ipad. I can from my PC so I know it is not an incorrect password or anything like that. I get the error "cannot connect to iTunes Store". Is this because too many of us are logged into the same apple ID at once? I tried changing the password so that it would kick everyone else off, but even with a new password I get the error. I am able to login with my personal apple ID just fine, so I know it's not an issue with my wifi or my ipad software (i don't think). anyone else experienced this and found a solution?

I understand you are trying to access the iTunes Store on your Windows computer but are getting an alert with the number 0x80092013. Cannot Connect to iTunes Store - Download music from iCloud to iphone 4s

Hi,
Desperate for help.
I have the iTunes match service on my iPhone 4s. All of the songs in the cloud are showing as available to use but when I tap a song to play the song appears on the screen but not play. I have tried using my 3g and internet connection but to no available. When I try to download an individual song by tapping the iCloud logo button I get the message “Cannot Connect to iTunes”.
I am definitely signed in to iTunes on the phone. iTunes match is definitely switched on.
I have tried switching the phone off and on using regular and hard reset method. Every other aspect of the phone is working fine. I have even download a new song on iTunes successfully.

I am able to log into iTunes from my iPhone (i checked my account info)
But, I am unable to update any Apps through the App Store. Everytime I try, it comes up with the error "Cannot connect to iTunes Store"

Sign out of Store in Settings and Sign back in fixed this issue.
