ERROR! CHECK AUTHORIZATION!

I keep getting a message that says Error! Check Authorization! when I try to transfer from My Digital Editions to my Nook Tablet. Any help would be appreciated.

This doesn't work for me (Win7, Digital Edition v. 4.0.3). I am trying to open epub files with the .acsm extention on a Nook Reader.. Under Help it says the computer is Authorized; when I erase the Authorization it says it's been erased and I close for program (in order to re-authorize). When I reopen the Digital Editions and try to Re-authorize, everything seems to work until I try to open a book and then I get the Error: Check Authorization message.

actually we have implemented the document search functionality in webshop to access all the documents in webshop who have created order in the webshop.
actually when i am logging into the portal with userid "skumar" after that there was role called "Document Search" when i click that document search role then the document search will be opened, based on the selections in the selection criteria then the documents will be displayed generally.
actually come to my error when i select in the selection criteria "order acknowledgement" and i select the one more column called "period" after that i click the search button then i am getting the error as follows.

Hi Sunil generally this kind of error will occur when you choose acknoledgement
for Future Periods,eventhough input is past date if the same problem occurs you should check for Su05 Internet USer authoriasations

Error in Authorization even after giving Colon authoriztion to users

Dear Experts
We have built a query which is having Sum GT function used and also Constant for some characterstics.
But when we execute the query the user is getting not authorized message. If i run the query without the SUM GT and Constant RKF and CKF its running fine.
We have checked the rsec log for the error it says Colon authorization is required for the some chars which are authorizaiton relavant but we have given all the other chars : authorization but still i am getting the below message.

I have done the way to display the authorization but still its giving the error no authorization and for change i have removed the Auth relavant Char from the filter which is having the variable (authorization type ) now its showing the report but four Key figure columns are not shown.
These key figure columns are SUM GT function which will bring the total value of a characterstic. So where am i going wrong because as i have given the : authorizaiton it should give the aggregated value for these columns and give full details for his authorized zone.
if i don't add the variable its giving all the data without these four key figures what i am expecting is it should give data for the authorized zone but also show the aggregated value in the SUM GT key figures as they are authorized with : authoriztion.

Users are getting error : No authorization to display the message,
when they are trying to view the content of the message.
When checked in the error logs, I see teh below log:

Where do you get this error? Basically user is not having proper credentials to view the message. Talk to Basis team.

SMT1 creating trusted system gives error No authorization for object S_ADMI_FCD even after giving authorizations in both the system. Was not able find the issue by debugging.

Hi,
Have you tried assigning authorizations to the id from which you are creating trusted system?
If no, please do it and check.
Also check in SU53 after getting the authorization error.
Also check the connection between two systems in SM59.

Adobe Digital Editions v4.0 Error: Check Activation on Windows 8

This isn't a question but a solution that I found to an issue that I hope will help others. I couldn't find a discussion board on this so I'm creating a new one.
I started getting the error message, "Error: Check Activation" when I was trying to download ebooks on my Windows 8 PC. I noticed this was problem for 2.0 as well, and when I tried to erase authorization and reauthorize (which seemed to be the way to fix the problem) it wouldn't allow me to. Then I tried to uninstall and reinstall which didn't work. Then I found the page for if you were having trouble installing ADE. I didn't really have problems with that part but I figured I would give it a try.
One this page, it says to "manually" install the program (which involves downloading the actual zip file and going through that). I did this and it fixed everything! I was able to erase the authorization and reauthorize after this.
I figured I would put this out there so that others might find it useful. I don't know this is specifically a Windows 8 problem or a v4.0 problem or what, but I would suggest trying to "manually" install the program before doing any of the other super complicated fixes that I came across and was scared to try.

ok, follow the below steps as listed.
1. Quit ADE.
2. Choose Start > Search for regedit
3. Right click on regedit, ans select "Run as admininstrator"
4.In the left pane of the Registry Editor, locate the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept
5. Select Adept key, right click on it and select "Delete"
6. In the Confirm Key Delete dialog, click OK.
7. Close the Registry Editor.
8. Open Adobe Digital Editions and reauthorize.
Hope this works !!

For this problem, you need to deauthorize and authorize ADE again.
Launch ADE
Help -> Erase authorization.
ADE will be deauhorized.
Now again AUTHORIZE ADE
Help-> authorize computer.
Error will be fixed !!

ADE error - Check Activation

I've been using ADE for downloading library books for some time but recently had work done on my computer. Now ADE gives me a message "error - check activation" every time I try to download. I have uninstalled and reinstalled ADE but the problem persists. I am able to open ADE but not download. The program indicates my computer is authorized. I'm running Windows XP. Any suggestions?

Thanks to previous discussions I was able to solve my problem by deauthorizing my ADE with (ctrl-shift-D) and then re-authorizing my ADE. Thanks everyone for their input.

Try de-authorizing and then re-authorize the computer.
Please make sure that you remember the user-id/password correctly.

How to solve package error checks

did any body know about the package checks. i am getting some package error checks in extended program check.
Object PROG /SPA/CREATE_TPM_SERVICE has insufficient authorization to use objects
DTEL GUID_32 from package SABP

Have you activated Digital Editions with an Adobe ID (or a Vendor ID)?
Go to the Help menu and select Authorization Information...
A window will appear to display your authorization information. If your computer is not authorized, you'll need to do that before you can read any DRM-protected books. If you don't have an Adobe ID, you can create one here.

IPP Error 0xF0191 / HTTP Error 401 - Authorization Required

When I try to manage my Driverstore an error occurs

I already tried the work-around from the KB but i cant help myself.
I also tried to add another user and another Driverstore but both also didnt work.

Error checking no longer works when filling in a form - FF 29

I am running FF 29.0 and when I try to fill in the following form, the error checking on the form does not work, I cannot tick the checkbox and the 'Submit' button remains 'greyed-out'.
The problem persists in 'Safe' mode. Here is the form in question:-

I don't normally use Internet Explorer but on this occasion I thought I would give it a try.
IE 11.0.9600.17105 handles the above registration page without a problem.
Is the problem with FF 29 or with the webpage in question?

Error checking transport group configuration in System BQS

Hi Everyone,
I made a client export from Production to Quality. It went successfully,, I noted the requests numbers and transported them from PRD to Quality, but while transporting there was a tp error(which i did not note), next i went to the quality import queue and saw all the 3 requests had come. But when i click the adjust queue icon im getting the following error message "Error checking transport group configuration in System BQS" . Afterwards i tried to delete the requests from quality to retransport from production but still im not able to delete those requests from quality. Can anyone help me solve this.

regarding the error message:
"Error checking transport group configuration in system"
It's mostly related to the TMSADM RFC destination. Kindly follow the below mention steps:
1. Logon to client 000 with user DDIC.
2. STMS > System > Overview > Select the system in which you are logged in > Click on the menu says EXTRAS > Generate RFC Destinations
Perform the above steps in all the systems configure in your TMS. This should resolve the issue.

Since Re-activation as suggested by the link above is not working for you, Can you please confirm the following:
The OperatorURL is reachable. ( you can find the operatorURL from the acsm file by opening it in notepad,etc)
And Book is still available on the book-store for purchase.
(If any of first two are not available, you might have to talk to distributor for next action item to get the book. Since you will have record of purchasing the book, (in my opinion) they should provide you the new token for downloading the book)
And please confirm this that you used the same userID for downloading that you used when you first fulfilled/downloaded the book.
(If it is the case, then you have to use the correct userID)
