Error CHECK_INSTANCES_DETECTED While upgrading EP 7.0 to 7.3

Hello Experts,
I am trying to upgrade EP 7.0 to 7.3. I am getting the following error in the configuration stage:
There is a mismatch between the dialog instances detected by the maintenance procedure and the dialog instances read from Configuration Manager. Possible reasons can be: Dialog instances were removed before starting the maintenance procedure and SAP Note 871523 was not applied afterwards. Some of the dialog instances were not up and running when the procedure was started. Dialog instances detected by the maintenance procedure: JC00 on <Host> with profile:/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/profile/<SID>_JC00_<Host> Dialog instances read from Configuration Manager: none You can find more information in the log file /usr/sap/<SID>/upg/java/log/CHECK_INSTANCES_DETECTED_CID_01.LOG.Use the information provided to troubleshoot the problem. An SAP Note may provide a solution to this problem. Search for SAP Notes with the following key words: com.sap.sdt.j2ee.phases.PhaseTypeCheckDialogInstances com.sap.sdt.util.diag.DiagException There is a mismatch between the dialog instances detected by the maintenance procedure and the dialog instances read from Configuration Manager. I have gone through the note provided and it isnt applicable for me. Also i have reverified whatever solution thats given in the note too. All the things are intact in our system. Please could you share your thought of how to go solving this error.

Check this support document for error codes http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694, however, it says that error code 6 is generally related to 3rd party security software. Read the fixes described in the document.

Ora-00001 error occured while upgrading 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3

I am facing 'ora-00001: Unique constraint(SYSMAN.MGMT_PRIV_GRANTS_PK) violated' while upgrading 10.2.0.4 database to 11.2.0.3 using DBUA. Need urgent help in resolving this.

Yes, all the actions required by pre-upgrade tool are performed.
In our case dbua related logs are present in $ORACLE_BASE/cfgtoollogs/dbua/logs folder.

How to find the List of Errors occured while Upgradation

Hi All,
I am working on Upgrade Project from 4.7C to ECC 6.0. I need to find out the list of all errors occured custom objects while doing Upgradation. I heard abt tool Uptimizer but our company is not using that tool, is there any other way to find out the list of errors.
Can anyone please give me some suggestion how to proceed further tht would be great help.

Most of the development issues can be identified by SAMT and UCCHECK in the upgrade sandbox. There may be a small percentage of runtime issues not identified but they will be covered during the testing phase.

Error message while upgrading to System Center 2012 R2 Orchestrator

I recently tried upgrading System Center 2012 Service Pack 1 Orchestrator to System Center 2012 R2 Orchestrator on a Windows Server 2012 instance, running in VMware Workstation. According to the Microsoft TechNet documentation, you basically remove all of
the Service Pack 1 Orchestrator components, and then install the new R2 Orchestrator components.
Management Service
Runbook Service
Orchestrator console and web service
So, that's what I did. When it got to the point of running the Orchestration Console and Web Service installation, it failed.
The relevant portion of WebComponents.msi log file indicates the following:

For anyone else, you may need to reset any failed jobs statusid back to 3 after you run the script from

issue)
and after that run your jobs in correct order.
I had to reset the statusid for DWMaintenence and common.load.

I am using Iphone 4 iOS 4.1 BB 2.10
i want to upgrade my iphone iOS to 4.2.1 but when i try to restore 4.2.1 iOS via itune it gives an unknown error 3194..
i searched in google and many forum it says that try to use new version of itune.
i m already using 10.1 version of itune..
i changed my laptop and tried on other laptop to restore but still getting same error..
i located host file in c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/ and opened host file in notepad.
but in that host file there is nothing written like gs.apple.com like that... nor ip address is given in host file....
i m using win vista os in my laptop
please can you suggest me any helpful method to get me out with this problem....

Apple doesn't support upgrading to any but the current release, which is 4.3.1 (an which, incidentally, appears to fix some of the bugs in earlier versions).
If you want to go to a different version, you'll have to look for answers elsewhere, because Apple doesn't allow discussion of this kind of unsupported activity on these boards. Doing what you want requires you to do some hacking.
If you Google "downgrade iOS" you'll find plenty of help

(1/4) upgrading filesystem [#####################] 100%
Should I be worried? To me it just looks like it was trying to create an already existing directory and bailed out. Looking at the filelist of filesystem reveals no files in that directroy so I don't think there is any problem, or is there?

While you wait for an update to pacman, you could do the following:
* uninstall any packages that have put files in /usr/var
* add the following line to /etc/fstab
/var /usr/var none bind 0 0
* mount /usr/var
* reinstall the packages from step 1.
Note that pacman will still give you errors when updating the filesystem package, something along the lines of "could not extract /usr/var, mountpoint busy", but this isn't anything to worry about.

Error 4850 while burning, after upgrading to 10.1.2.17

Hi guys I'm suddenly encountering error 4850 while trying to burn either an audio or mp3 CD. Burning a data cd seems to work fine. This just started happening I'm assuming because I upgraded to itunes 10.1.2.17, I've burned hundreds of CDs with no problem before the upgrade (altho I've had this problem once before after an upgrade about a year ago)
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I am having the same error message displayed for my diagnostics run. Cannot burn any CD's. Is it even possible to burn CD's w/ iTunes?

I checked the Connectors directory for coreman but its not available. I even checked with my previous successful installations for this directory, its not even there too.
The only difference i found in the error logs and the successful logs is ..

Here is my environment information.
I have an OPMN clustered environment. The second node in the cluster was down while this upgradation.
There are two groups -- default_group and abcbpel_group
abcbpel_group contains the soa instance. while default_group contains home instance.

Error while upgrading the patch from RMS 13.1.1.1 to RMS 13.1.1.2

While upgrading the rms dbschema from 13.1.1.1 to RMS 13.1.1.2 we are getting the following error update ALC_FREIGHT_COST table or view doesnt exist.
We have checked the data model of rms 13.1.1 and rms 13.1.2 and we couldnt find the table "ALC_FREIGHT_COST."
So anybody could give suggestions on this.

I'd ignore the error for the moment and file an SR with OracleSupport to make them aware of the issue and release a better script - all of this assuming that your 13.1.1 starting point is valid and correctly installed.
Additionally you can locate the SQL upgrade script that is actually trying to do something on the mentioned table, and grasp what it is trying to achieve and how relevant that is for you.
The table exists in our 13.0.3 setup. The release notes of 13.1.0 mention a rework of cost component functionality, so seems like it was deprecated in that release.

Back-up error while upgrading

I have been able to download the 2.0 update, but each time I try to install I receive this error message: " An error occurred while backing up this iPhone [-5000]. Would you like to continue to update this iPhone without backup? Continuing without backup will result in the loss of all contents on this iPhone."
Has anyone else run into this, and if so do you have any ideas on what to do? I appreciate any help available. Thank you.

I have an 8 gig first gen iPhone.
I logged in was informed there was a new update to the iphone so i downloaded it and I got the same message. But because I had synced earlier (as per apples instructions) I went ahead with the update to iPhone 2. When the update had finished I was informed that the backup of my phone was corrupt / or not compatible with this phone, my phone could not be restored so I lost all my messages and everything else - still trying to see what else is gone. I am really ******!
I don't know what to do to get my info back. I thought it was all stored in iTunes anyway, there is no other way to back up an iPhone! If anyone has any ideas on how I can get my information back, please do help.
My advice - don't upgrade - wait until Apple gets its testing right!
