Error CO3 - BT Vision

Hi There,
Can anyone help me please...I have had BT vision for a few years now. However we have just moved house. I have had a nightmare setting up the phone line and broadband...finally got them working...however the vision isnt working! I get the CO3 error saying wait til activation date. However i have been told we are being billed for the vision service and should be working!
Can anyone help with why it is not working.... the home hub is in a different room to the vision so I have used the powerline adaptors, however the status lights on them are red... is this the problem?!

Same problem for me, moved today (a quarter of a mile up the road) and took my BT Broadband package and BT Vison wirh me. Engineer arrived at new place at 11am this morning, 15 minutes later and and I have phoneline and broadband, however, still no BT Vision and error code CO3. Technical helpdesk tell me that I must wait until my BT Vision is activated but as I am a long trem subscriber howl ong do I wait when I am paying my money!!!

Error CO3 on second vision Box,can anyone help??

Probably been asked lots of times,but how recently? Got an old black vision box and a silver one (additional to my main one) and just want to know is there any way I can get either of them to be a stand alone pvr in another room,when I unplug my main box and load up either of my old boxes I just get a Error CO3 message,I thought I read somewhere there was a new update so you could use the older vision boxes,any info please??

The old silver boxes can't take the new software. The early black ones can take the new software, but can't do everything that the new ones can. However, it requires BT to push the new software to the black box - there's no way to request it from the box.
I suspect your problem is that your main box is on the new software, which requires different things of the BT servers. So when you plug in an old box, it is no longer connecting to a server it can talk to, hence a C03 error.

Error -1074396077 (IMAQ Vision: Incompatible image type) after running IMAQ Mask

I am attempting to process color picture of pellet. I want to exclude any particle that touches the edges of the color images. I created mask from original image and used this mask on the original color image to retain only the color particles that don't touch the boundary. The error occured when I ran the IMAQ Mask. The error message is “Error -1074396077 (IMAQ Vision: Incompatible image type)”. How can I fix it ?

The IMAQ Cast function is part of the Vision Development Module (VDM), under the Image Management Palette, as indicated by this document: http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/370281P-01/imaqvision/imaq_cast_image/. If you can't locate it and you indeed have the VDM, there may be an issue with the installation of this module. A similar issue has been encountered and resolved in this forum post: http://forums.ni.com/t5/Machine-Vision/can-t-find-IMAQ-cast-image-vi/td-p/340157. What version of the vision software are you using?

BT Vision error CO3, the time it takes to resolve.

Have had BT infinity and vision installed on the 26th, which is also the activation date. BT engineers came and connected my new broadband and so far has worked great, very quick and very pleased. I then fitted the vision box myself and I have the error code CO3. I called the help desk and was told to try again tomorrow as it can take a while to activate. I called them today on the 27th as it still does not work, in all fairness who ever I spoke to was as helpful as he could be, after a while on hold I was informed that the system is not seeing the line as activated, which is why the vision box will not work. I was then told this could take up to 48 hours to resolve as it was a technical issue, why, why does it take so long to sort out. I have been waiting weeks for this system to arrive and be fitted. Why can't you speak to the engineers who operate the system directly and get it sorted out immediately, and if not why can't they give a specific time for activation. To be honest we are all disappointed so far, as much as I hate SKY, when they tell you its on, it's on. Come on BT.

A C03 error is normally due to the account not set up fully.
I suggest you get back onto the help desk 0800 111 4567 and suggest they check your account is fully enabled

FNDLOAD error in R12 vision instance on OEL5

hi,
i am trying to run FNDLOAD in R12 vision instance on OEL5 on my personal installation.
i am getting following error,
FNDLOAD: error while loading shared libraries: libclntsh.so.10.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
how to fix this?

how to fix this?Please make sure you are logged in as applmgr user and you have source the correct (application) env file.
Also, make sure that LD_ASSUME_KERNEL is not set for this user -- Issue "echo $LD_ASSUME_KERNEL" to verify.

11i rapidwiz error for missing vision.drv driver file during installation.

I am trying to install 11i (11.5.10) on OEL4 32-Bit.
Uisng "Express Install"option to configure VISION databsae.
Rapidwiz failed with following error stating AC-00401 missing vision.drv
Checking Disk contents in - /ebsstage/startCD/Disk1/rapidwiz
Checking Disk contents in - /ebsstage/oraAppDB/Disk1
Checking Disk contents in - /ebsstage/oraAppDB/Disk1

I have only tow following drivers files present in that folder, But there is no vision.drv present.

Session Expired Error in Oracle Vision Demo due to absence of a cookie !!

Hi Folks,
I kept getting the session expired error in Vision Demo even after I had supplied the right user id/password combos. So I set up a on-logon trigger in the APPS schema and it turns out that the Front End JSP page calls the ICX_SEC package.
Herein it refers to the function valiadateSession inside this package. I did some digging around and it turns out that inside this function using the OWA_COOKIE utility the function tries to get the details of a cookie called 'WF_SESSION' and passes this to the Front End.
And this is where it is failing. I checked to see and the return from the OWA_COOKIE.GET('WF_SESSION') does return a value of NUM_VALS=0. So the problem remains that the intial JSP page is unable to either set the cookie or I am reading this all wrong.
Plan to dig deep into this. Meanwhile if anyone has faced this error any helpful tips would be deeply appreciated.
PS: I am new to Oracle Apps and have to learn it in a hurry :(( Sad part is am unable to even get into the Application as of now :P I have installed and am using 11i.8 (11.5.8).

Error CO3 message

I have just had a new phone line set up today along with bts whole package. my broadband and phone work but the vision+ will not set up. error message just comes on screen. iv tried everything the bthelp has told me to do iv emailed them but having no luck. does anyone know what to do?

We had a similar problem, whereby our Vision and Broadband accounts had not been linked together properly, so the Vision had not activated. It stemmed from a problem with the Broadband.
The support team on this forum were excellent and sorted it out for us

YouView Error BTV-251 & Vision Plus Charging For c...

I run both boxes by Ethernet cable, the vision box started to charge for content so naturally thought my account had been disabled. Went to the vision box and got the dreaded Error BTV-251. Tried rebooting the box & my hub. Tried to update the software manually, still no good.
Phoned India. After a few tests, eventually got to the maintenance mode to download the software from scratch. Went through the setup mode and now all is fine.
Went back to the vision box and it is still charging for content. Powered off and did a soft reboot. Hey presto everything is now back to normal.
For those that don't know, to access the maintenance mode, power off with the switch at the back, as the circle light goes orange press Volume- and when the option to enter comes on press the power switch, all on the box. It then goes in to the mode where there are 5 or 6 options. I had to select the 4th one.
The one strange note I need to watch is that the software for the last week has been saying it has updated everyday! which is weird and could be part of the problem.

What on earth is a girl to do ? Activation date thurs 21st phone line yay , broadband yay vision NAY !!! I have rang and spoken and rang and ranted but dear me this is beyond a joke now every day a very polite it has to be said , great script reading for surely that is all it is voice on the end says midnight madame . Well too many midnights have gone by and alas still no joy . I am then told the engineers need to switch it off manually and start again wtf ???
Me thinks its time to get back in contact with sky something tells me they will sort my viewing out asap , I work in a school my patience usually knows no limits but have to admit Bt has tested them grrrr grrr.
I will wait untill mid day you never know ( man they have me believing now ........)

I searched but found nothing.
I have this kind of error
But I don`t understand because I have two software, the first works very well, So I just copy this code to put in the second software, just to record one video.
Everything it`s the same but with the second there is this error message.
this software works very, whitout problem.
And this software, you cansee it is the same code, doesn`t work
I can`t understand why really..... I try to change the format of the imaq, or use IMAQ cast imag, but whitout results.....

It is strange that if you used the same code, one time it works and another time it doesnt. To be able to see good if there is an error it would be great if you could submit your VI. But first try to take a look at this KB: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/4FAC615B62919BA5C1256ED00046997A
This explains the error and I hope you will understand which steps to take as there are also other links inside this KB for more information. So please verify the KB mentioned above and the settings you are doing in your code.

Error with bt vision guide.

On LCN 33 itv1+1 the guide is incorrect from the 2nd February 2011 at 7am.
Up until that point its ok, but on the above date at 7am the guide switches to showing guide for itv2+1 which is incorrect.
Please fix this so we don't lose guide for itv1+1
Got a good week to sort this so hopefully it gets fixed on time.

Co3 error activation date has passed

Hi all I'm having problems with vision everytime i reboot the box that was delivered yesterday i get the c03 error i tried calling call centre there usless keep saying i promise it will come on it takes time but my activation date has now pass im starting to wish i never left virgin now any ideas how i can watch tv

1. A C03 error means your Vision account has not been set up correctly at BTs end.
2. A c02 error means the box tried to upgrade its software and failed. This 99% probably happened because of point 1.
Get the Mods on it. They are very helpful.

New Infinity and BT Vision problem solved - thanks...

Not a problem or a complaint this time, but a pat on the back for BT.
I received my new BT Infinity service today, the engineers were on time, professional and quick. After my Infinity service was active however I noticed I was getting a lot of V04 errors on BT Vision On Demand stuff. I checked the line speed, and all seemed to be great, I am getting over 42meg!! So why the V04?? I called BT support and spoke to a lovely lady who seemed to know exactly what I was talking about, and she had the problem sussed out and fixed in about two minutes.
It turns out the problem was due to a QoS setting on my profile. Over the last 18 months or so I had several times that my old ADSL broadband line speed would just dissappear to almost nothing, each time the BT support staff would push up the QoS in order to try and provide a good enough line speed for the BT vision to work. This setting was never fixed when my new Infinity connection was setup and it was causing problems, hence the V04. Problem appears to be fixed now, thanks for the quick resultion BT.

That said, the performance I was seeing even with the problem wasn't bad enough to stop streaming working.

Problem loading AVI with vision

I started building a gait analysis program, and got stuck with the following. Whenever I load AVI files into labview (using IMAQ AVI READ FRAME) it displays about a dozen frames, then I get Error 1074395975: IMAQ Vision: DirectX has timed out reading or writing the AVI file. When closing an AVI file, try adding an additional delay. When reading an AVI file, try reducing CPU and disk load. This happens even with the READ AVI EXAMPLE program that came with the vision package. Since LV is the only application, running on a i7, I am pretty sure this is no load problem. I tried changing the avi compressor, and the resolution, without success. Any ideas?

These are the CPU and Disk loads while running the AVI (until it crashes, that's about a second of movie play).
I'll try the activeX example, and see where it gets.
