Error Code (0012) connection failed R3trans
Hi Expertise,
I am getting error (0012) while executing command R3trans -d for connecting database to sap. Here, I am sharing db2daig.log. please advice me how could i resolve it. This is a new installation & no data is there. All the services are running & working. I can able to access only database thorough command level when executing command connect to database but sap instance stopped within 10 mint.

We have a Development system and a Production System (both running on separate windows machine) but they are not connected in STMS. We perform transporting of Requests at o.s level and NOT through STMS.
We are facing this new problem - We are trying to release a Transport Request in SE01 and it ends with error code 0012. The task inside the Request is released without any error. There is no Notes in SAP Marketplace for this.
Test call of transport control program (tp) ended with return code 0012
Message no. TK094
Diagnosis
Your transport request could not be exported, since all requirements were not fulfilled.
Calling the transport control program tp
"tp EXPCHK EFIK900025 pf=E:\usr\sap\trans\bin\TP_DOMAIN_EFI.PFL -Dtransdir=E:\usr\sa"
which checks the export requirements, returned the following information:
Return code from tp: 0012
Error text from tp: ERROR: Buffer check failed.

Procedure
Check the following points:
Feasibility of the transport control program tp
Parameter settings in the transport profile
Availability of the transport directory and the subdirectories (cofiles, data, log, sapnames, bin)
Write authorization for the subdirectories
Write authorization for the files of the subdirectories cofiles, data, log, sapnames
Release the request again when the error has been removed

I have 3 tires sap server first is database server, the second server is AppServer1 and AppServer2 on Windows 2003 X64
I implement the cluster solution by using veritas cluster between db server and appserver1.
This error happen on Appserver1 (Cluster Node) When i shutdown appserver1 this error is not happen.
Anyone know how to slove this problem? please help?

Problem might be with the TMS batch job.....then only it's gone after restart of application.
SAP always recommends to use latest Kernel on your system, then only you will get latest version of TP and R3tras.

we have 3 instances 1 DEV 2 TEST 3 PROD.
in TCODE:STMS by clicking 'system overview' icon
all systems are showing and domain controller is PROD,
and <u>Test System also defined as Transport Domain Cotroller.</u>
earlier STMS scenario: Transport Route is from DEV to PROD system not to the TEST system.
what I have done:
deleted the Transpor Domain Controller of the TEST system and kept as test system.

errnois it possible for the card owner company to add additional key(s) which is then only for me useable? Not really. In GP 2.2 it may be possible to have multiple security domains where different developers can load applets but there is still a main issuer than can delete your applets (or security domain). I have not had much of a chance to look at cards that support GP 2.2 so I do not have all the details on this. In GP 2.1.1 it is not possible. If you have the keys for the ISD you can do what ever you like to the card.
Is this process of authentication described some where? Yes. It is in the GP card spec. Look for the appendix on secure channel protocol 02.
Is it not possible to protect a single applet slots - why should I lock the card for new deployments when the security of my applet is not a problem?Secured is a card manager state that doesn't look you out of the card, it just means some things are not possible (like starting a secure channel without MAC'ing). When you are developing you can keep the card in OP_READY or INITIALIZED.

What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 9 running on? I will assume Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit for now.
As for the Help Menu/Update way for updating, are you doing that with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled? If not, please do so.
Do you have the 9.0.1 Update of the program installed? What version of Camera Raw do you have installed?
Premiere Elements 9 is an older program where you can still do manual installs for that one and only Update. And, Camera Raw for 9 is no longer being updated.

SSIS 2012: SSIS Error Code "Excel Connection Manager" failed with error code 0xC0202009.
Hi,
This is kind of weird issue that I am experiencing with excel connection manager in SSIS 2012. This issue occurs sometimes but when I close and re-open SSDT (SQL Server Data Tools - newer BIDS) then this issues goes off temporarily.
Just FYI, through SSDT environment I executed the package successfully with both settings Run64bit runtime setting to Yes and No when error does not occur.
So far I have installed

I still remember for older versions of SQL Server (2005 & 2008) that I have executed Excel connection SSIS packages with Run64bit runtime = false i.e. in 32-bit mode. As far as I know I think Excel 64-bit issue has been resolved with SQL Server
2012 release.

SQL Server 2012 {Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (SP1) - 11.0.3368.0 (X64) } , Excel 2010 (32-bit). I am developing SSIS code on Virtual desktops with Windows 7 32-bit OS.
Also it occurred to me that since Virtual Desktops are on Shared Infrastructure, the source files and SSIS packages (code) can be on Shared drives for e.g. \\<Corpnet>\userdata\<Corp_Users_Grp>\<Username>\Visual Studio 2010\Projects\Integration
Services Project2\Integration Services Project2\Package.dtsx.
Does this kind of Shared drives have any impact to give this issue?

Yes, it looks like SSIS still has bunch of issues with Excel files like as follows:
1) Some times excel source files cannot be parsed by excel source connection manager.
2) For derive column conversion, we can't replace the existing column. rather, we have to add the derived column as " add as new column" which is tough to manage while destination mapping.
3) If an column in excel contains a data which is not of the data type assigned for the column in excel, the excel source reads that data as "null". For the same, we can't validate the data and redirect the erroneous data in reject file. <-- For
this we tried IMEX setting also
4) In multi-tab/sheet excel file, excel source is unable to detect a tab and identify the metadata of the excel.
I am also checking Microsoft connect for Excel issues with SSIS 2012(https://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/SearchResults.aspx?SearchQuery=excel#&&PageIndex=22
As worst case scenario, I am thinking of converting Excel to CSV file or Flat text file. (http://www.mssqltips.com/sqlservertip/2772/importing-data-from-excel-using-ssis--part-2/).
Do you think it is advisable to convert Excel into CSV or Flat file.

I have been a long time Firefox user and this is the first time I am truly baffled. Now if I try to log into gmail or any google account on my main PC I just get an error message as below.

XML File is picked by XI Adapter is Properly and if i go and Check in SXMB_MONI,
It is Showing Status is Scheduled for outbound processing and if i see in Que Status is stop with red symbal .If I Click on QueueID it is opening the inbound qRFC Monitoring ,there if click on Queue Name it is showing Status :SYSFAIL,If I Click on SYSFAIL it is Showing the XI Error CLIENT_RECIVE_FAILED.INTERNAL:Que Stop, If I Click on QueueName it is showing while Executing the Functiomodule SXMS_ASYNC_EXE It is having prob i thik showin Error Text :CLIENT_RECIVE_FAILED.INTERNAL:Que Stop,If I Click on Quename it is showing a program RSXMB_SELECT_MESSSAGES is Similar to our SXMB_MONI ,here it is showing the Status Falg Red ,If I Click on that message it is opening the pipeline steps , here while calling Adapter Showing red symbal giving the Error Message ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED

This is the problem relleated to the HTTP connections, since using the proxy theXML travels to the destination, on your receiveing system make sure HTTP service are active.
in R/3 run this report :SPROX_CHECK_HTTP_COMMUNICATION you will get the error then proceed with the below steps to fix it.
YOur HTTP seriveces on the R/3 have some problem.....
Goto SMICM>goto>servicess you should see the HTTP service running with the ABAP port entry, if this is up then check
SICF--->press f2 you should not have any proxy check there.....
if these are fine then problem is with the Sproxy configuration........ -
Remote Speaker (AirTunes) Error - "the network connection failed"
I am getting a strange error message when I try to stream music through an AirTunes remote speaker. iTunes tells me this:
*An error occurred while connecting to the remote speaker "NN". The network connection failed.*
I can't say what has changed for this error to occur. Last time I used the system it worked fine, now it doesn't. I do know I have upgraded iTunes a couple of times since, though.
I am connecting to an 802.11g AirPort Express running firmware version 6.3.
Both our computers (MacBook & MacBook Pro) run Mac OS version 10.5.8.
In my system, the AirPort Express functions solely as a wireless speaker client, as the WLAN network itself is based around an 802.11n AirPort Extreme.
The AP shows a green light, and reports no problems in AP Utility.
When I change the device's "iTunes Speaker Password" setting in AP Utility, iTunes in both our computers immediately reflect the change, so apparently the various parts in the system do speak to one another just fine. They just can't transmit music, for some reason...
Anyone have any idea what might be going on, here?I have a similar problem. I use AE(g) with a Powerbook G4 and always get this error, which kind of bugs me, since all the settings appear to be correct. Unlike you though, I didn't make it work, not a single time — closing lid, opening and closing iTunes, resetting AE, yet no luck. Tried it all only with current versions of software.
However, the AE does sense when I unplug the speakers, since it first says "no speakers found", and then "the network connection failed". Strange is that the error has no number, nor does Console provide any clues. Sometimes it is pretty annoying when OS X just says "error". What error, where, why... Feels like good ol' windows times.
