Error code 1 creative cloud desktop - new customer

I am trying to download creative cloud desktop and i keep getting the error code 1. all the solutions ive seen have been to uninstall current desktop or use the cleaner, but these dont apply because i dont even have any adobe creative cloud downloaded. Please help

  • "Download Error" in my Creative Cloud Desktop

    I have a "Download Error" message in my Creative Cloud Desktop Window.  It tells me to Contact Customer Support and there's a blue button that says "Download Creative Cloud".  When I click on the button, I get the message "The Creative Cloud Download Center is currently unavailable."  Is this a problem on my end or yours?

    I have the same issue, I have just signed up as a new user and am facing the same error message; The download center is unavaible at the moment, is there any news on this as I suspect its an issue from Adobes perpective?

    Please follow the link: Other downloads and download Adobe Application Manager. On its first launch it will update itself as the required Creative Cloud Desktop application.

  • Download error. No error code in Creative Cloud (new iMac).

    Only suggestion to contact the support team Can't see the apps at all. It is only a blank box with the error message. I have had the apps installed on another iMac, but they are inactivated. Have tried to uninstall and install CC again, but the same error appears.

    Trial version can not be re-downloaded on the same machine even after the system format. So, I'd suggest you to purchase the Creative Cloud and start using it on your machine.
