Error code 150:30 pse 8 iMac yosetime

I purchased a new iMac
I unregistered PSE 8 on my old iMac
I loaded PSE 8 successfully from the original disk onto my new iMac which is running OS X 10,10,1 Yosemite
When I start PSE, I get the error message 150:30 and the pop up window advises to reboot the computer, which I did, but still get the same error message
I followed the advice on this forum to correct this, (deleting files from the Application Support Library), but the files listed to be deleted are not on my computer.
Suggestions??
thanks
brian

Why will Photoshop CS4 not open after loading to new iMac from an external hard drive and I get this message: Licensing for this product has stopped working:error code: 150:30

A Photoshop installation is tied to the machine it was installed on. Moving it to or from a hard drive breaks the licensing.
The answer is easy: Reinstall CS4 from your disc. and apply all updates.

    Hey there,
I have just gotten a new iMac and have migrated my data from my old one to my new one. When I open After Effects CS4, I get error code 150:30, a licensing problem. I'm sure it has something to do with duplicate copies of the program. How can I fix this?

You haven't said what version of PSE you are using but the general solution to this problem is to re-install the product from your original disks.  Have you got the disks for your product and the related serial number?

You'll need to have a chat with Adobe Support. Here's a link:

We can't help you with that here.

Hi, I got my Mac in 2009 with photoshop elements on it - it's recently been wiped, however before the process we put Photoshop onto a hard drive, we then copied it back over and it no longer works, I'm getting error code 150:30 and I'm being asked for a password... any ideas how to get it working again?

You can never, never migrate an installed copy of PSE. It's just too complex and you can't get to all the bits and bobs.
First you will have to download and run this:
Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
which will not seem to do anything, but is necessary to break the links within PSE so that you can pitch the bits manually. Then you will have to go around, not only to applications, but also to your username>library>preferences and most importantly to the library at the top level of your hard drive>application support>adobe, and remove everything you can find. Spotlight will not help with this kind of search, so don't try that.
Then you can install PSE from scratch.

  • Error code 150:30 in dreamweaver cs4

error code 150:30 in dreamweaver cs4
after  a crash on my mac

Licensing Repair Tool didn't work for me, because it is a PowerPC app that won't launch.
Here's what did work like a dream, from the genius Steffelchenk:
    Hey Marty,
had the same problem here with PSE 8 after system recovery from time machine backup. I also updated to Lion couple of month ago. I also tried all of the listed solutions on the adobe support pages but none of them worked. The folder FLEXNet_Publisher in the systems hard drives folder Preferences, which it says to be deleted does not exist and was only found in the application support folder. I also tried all of the other solutions listed on this page: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/error-licensing-stopped-mac- os.html  and had more or less the same problems, it did not work.
I found the following solution myself by doing this:
go to the folder [hard drive]/Library/Application Support/FlexNet Publisher and make a copy of this folder
then go to the folder [hard drive]/Library/Preferences and paste this copied folder there.
Then try again to start your application and now it should show you the licenceregistry window. Type in your serial number and confirm. Then the application starts and runs properly. So it was on my system.

  • "error code - 150:30" What do I do?

I wiped my iMac clean and reinstalled everything from my Time Machine backup. Now, when I try to open Photoshop, I get this message - "error code - 150:30" What do I do?

If it's Photoshop CS4, you can download an installer here  Download CS4 products
If not, I'll need the exact product and version, and your OS and version.
Then if you need your serial number, it should be under the account you registered under.
    https://www.adobe.com/account/my-products-services.html
There will be a triangle next to your listed product.  Click on it to see the serial number.
Photoshop has several anti piracy measures in place. It can't easily restored from backup, especially to other hardware.
I do hope you registered your copy. If you lose the serial number and your invoice, you have absolutely no proof you own it.

  • Error code 150:30

When I try to open a picture I have created with Photoshop Elements 3, I get the error code 150:30.  Restarting the computer doesn't help.  It says my license has expired.  Why is this happening?  I have created book pages and I would like to continue my work.
