Error Code 16: I keep getting a message to unisntall and reinstall Acrobat XI Pro. Having done this several times and it keeps recurring I am looking for a solution.
Can anyone assist with ERROR CODE 16?

I didn't know that iTunes had a 64bit download. I have Windows 7 Home Premium with 64bit operation system. I downloaded the iTunes for 64bit and it seems to have corrected the problem. I haven't received the message yet since I did this.

Every time I plug my Ipod Nano or Ipad 2 into my computer I get the same error message. It says that registery settings are missing for importing burning cds and dvds due ot other burning software and to untinstall itunes and reinstall Itunes. I've done this several times and I'm not having any trouble importing cds at all and I can't make the message go away. It always comes up before Itunes will open.
I'd start with the following document, with one modification. At step 12 after typing GEARAspiWDM press the Enter/Return key once prior to clicking OK. (Pressing Return adds a carriage return in the field and is important.)

i have taken itunes completely off my computer and redownloaded it several times and keep getting the same messege and not i am getting a messege that itunes needs a repair and i click yes for the repair and nothing happens,

In iTunes, go "Help > Run Diagnostics". Uncheck the boxes other than DVD/CD tests, as per the following screenshot:

When you get through to the final screen:

I just upgraded to Yosemite on my mac from 2010. Everything seems to work, accept Photos. When I try to open it i push the "Get started" button, then the picture with "Preparing Library" comes up. I'm running windows7 and I'm trying to connect my iPhone4 and iPod touch2 to itunes. I've installed the latest version of iTunes, and updated my iPhone's driver. When I connect either device to iTunes I get the message "you need to uninstall and reinstall itunes". I've done this multiple times with the same results. This is very frustrating, HELP!!!

Every time I create an account with iCloud then try to open it I get an error message: wrong ID or password. Also when I enter my birth date I am told it is incorrect. I have done this several times with the same results.

I am trying to download a song and it gets to about 3.5mb and stops, then starts all over again. It has done this several times. Could the file be corrupt?
Turn off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security (or Securtiy & Privacy) > Firewall
If you have anti virus software installed, you may need to disable that before downloading.
Restart your Mac and try again. -
my password is no longer working.. I did NOT change it. I requested that it be re-rest and it would email me the steps to re-set. I've done this several times... I dont get the email w/ instructions.. Ive checked spam folder also.. please help
You can send iTunes an email about your password and they can reset it on their end and email you the temp password. When they reset the password they usually make it something generic like Apple06.11

If they don't get back to you, you can also call AppleCare: 1-800-275-2273 and see if they are able to reset.

recently i tried to connect my phone to itunes and a mesage poped up saying that i needed the 64 bit version of itunes and that i should uninstall the current one and reinstall the correct version, i have now done this about 5 times and still i get the same message and i cannot sync my phoe whichwas very annoying as i was about to go on holiday any help would be greatly recieved!
Reboot before emptying the Trash, as stated in the article.
