Error Code 322 Model # WRT160N

Question

We currently get our internet through a small company that only uses a static IP and I cannot get our WRT160N router installed so I can manually set up our internet connection.  Is there any way to install the router without using the CD provided.  I keep getting the error code 322 during installation.

There is a way to manually setup the router. If the setup cd failed, I suggest that you reset the router first. Push and hold the reset button for 30 seconds, after that unplugged the power cord for another 30 seconds, once done, plug the power cord back in and wait for the power light to go steady.
1. Open a browser and in the address bar type in 192.168.1.1
2. It will prompt for username and password. Do not type anything for the username (leave it blank) for the password type in admin.
3. You will now be looking at the setup page. Look for Internet Connection Type. Click on the drop down arrow and choose STATIC IP.
4. Enter your ip address settings from your service provider and save settings.
5. You may now check if the internet is working thru the router.
