Error code in IE 7 and older - what is it?

Hi, I get an error code on my website when it's viewed in IE 7 and older on PCs. I can't figure out what the problem is.
I'm attaching the screen I get. Below is the code (on line 773 thru 780).

Why am I getting an error message and what can I do about it without messing anything up on the page?

Thanks for your reply.
I tried the pop-up blocker and compatible view but still the same problem. Also, i tried to lower the security settings of my IE to min but still the same issue. Additionally, i tried to remove unnecessary security options from IE but also the same.
Any idea?

Photoshop's licensing information might have lost when you restored it to new HD. Re-install Photoshop CS4 and enter the same serial key for PS CS4 which you used before.

I installed this OS, and it looks nice, but it's terrible to use. I randomly have the volume controls get disabled, and sometimes the volume menu in the system tray does nothing when adjusted which I've never seen in an OS before. The trash won't empty. When I try to drag and drop newer files over existing ones, nothing happens. The old ones just stay there. I have to delete the old ones and then move the new ones. And when I go into the protected files to manage audio plugins (I make music), the first thing I hit are error codes galore, and password prompts that either don't popup when they should, or don't execute the command after I provide my password.
What can I do now that I installed the flames of **** onto my computer?

Back up all data before proceeding.
This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership, permissions, and access controls to the default. If you've intentionally set special values for those attributes on any of your files, they will be reverted. In that case, either stop here, or be prepared to recreate the settings if necessary. Do so only after verifying that those settings didn't cause the problem. If none of this is meaningful to you, you don't need to worry about it, but you do need to follow the instructions below.
Step 1
If you have more than one user, and the one in question is not an administrator, then go to Step 2.

I have an MediaSmart Server EX495 WHS and I get an Error Code. 1 aqua and 4 red : Recovery Mode Failure. I tried Server recovery to no avail. This all started when I lost connection to the Server via Control Panel - it stopped connecting to the network totally.

I had the same problem and am now in a worse situation. Saw your posting and hoped someone would have advised what to do. When I re-boot my EX495, the Health indicator light comes up red. Pressing the status/recovery button causes the Health light to flash 1 Blue, 4 Red: Recovery Mode Failure. User manual says contact HP. HP says I'm out of warranty. Does anyone out there have a suggestion what I can do/try? Is it worth paying HP for tech support on the issue?

Uhhhhh... Thank GOD... Got all of my files.
Spent some time on the phone with Apple Care... who was great to deal with but actually... not as helpful as I was hoping. It was suggested that I try DiskWarrior 4 to try to recover the files. $108 later, I had no files.
More calls with Apple Care and they were pretty sure that everything was gone since once the External drive was installed, like a moron, I let TimeMachine go ahead and back up my new MacBook... so it overwrote who knows how many gig that was my entire MacBook.
I wasn't giving up so I called Maxtor, the manufacturer of the external drive itself. They suggested file recovery software from I365... which is also a Seagate company (the makers of the drive). The suggested I simply use their demo because the demo version would find the files. If it found them, I could buy the software to restore them.
It found them! Another $129 after and I was able to restore all of them back to my old PC laptop.
NOW, I just need to figure out how to get the 50gig of HD video files off of my old laptop now and into my Mac and IMovie so I can actually make some DVDs out of them!
I get that Macs and PCs are different formats but I think it is ridiculous that formatting still means basically just wiping out or at least treating massive lots of old data as if it isn't there. There's gotta be a better way to do that.

K450e motherboard replaced now says error code 00ce machine type and serial number invalid

Hey guys i just got a replacement motherboard, after motherboard was replaced on bootup the computer says error code 00ce: machine type and serial number are invalid. How do i get rid of this error it was replaced by the same motherboard type that was previously in the system. How can i reset the bios or enter the serial etc? Lenovo tech support was no help.

As the motherboard been replaced the serial number and MTM number must be updated this is a new motherboard, you can visit to the nearest authorized service center for the serial number update in the BIOS.

When I try to downlead apps I get the Message "error code 4001, try again later." What does this mean and what should I be doing about it ?

I recently restored to factory settings.I updated iTunes Store account details and change of password on my PC. After that I tried to log on to the Store via my mobile and was confronted with my previous ISP,s log on page requesting password which when entered correctly it didn't recognise. That's a SuperDrive fan motor problem. This means that the fan isn't working correctly.
Take the iMac to an Apple Store or reseller to get the SuperDrive replaced. I recommend you to do this even if you see that the ODD fan is working at a normal speed, because it can fail at any moment. To make sure it's not a mistake, run Apple Hardware Test again

The best thing to do with a mac that is dead on arrival is to return it and get a new one, since it will take ages to repair it. Apple then repairs, refurbishes and resells your old system, when service has capacity to do so.
