Error Code U44M1P210 Adobe Application Manager?

After installing the trial for Adobe Premiere Elements 11, I get error messages whenever I run updates on my existing (installed) CS5 software.
The main error code is: Adobe Application Manager - There was an error installing this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U44M1P210. None of the CS5 products were able to be updated including Camera Raw.
Any help/feedback would be awesome.

Open Activity Monitor on Mac (It's the the Utilities folder in Applications)/ Task Manager on Windows
Look for "AAM Updates Notifier" in the list of processes (sorting by process name helps)
Highlight it and then click on "Quit Process" or "End Process", say yes to the warning
Quit Actiivty Manger/ Task Manager
Retry the install

OS X 10.8.2 - Disk I/O error triggered by Adobe Application Manager

Hi all,
I've been experienceing some issues wince updating from 10.8.1 to 10.8.2 when using Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5 and CS6.
Since going onto 10.8.2, everytime I launch Adobe Application Manager to perfom updates and manage my installation my MacBook stops responding and I'm presented with beachball.
I can leave the system for an hour and the Adobe Application Manager finally launches, however its un-responsive.
I'm unable to force quite as the entire system stops repsonding.
I've been trying to pinpoint the exact cause, and without fail Adobe Application Manager triggers it.
Here is an extract from the system log that appears when I try to use Adobe Application Manager.

The error keeps repeating until I power down the machine.
At first alarm bells are ringing as this suggests my HD is about to drop dead. However on another user account everything works perfectly including Adobe Application Manager.
Things I've tried:
I've ran Disk utility from the recovery partition to both verify the disk and fix permissions. All OK
S.M.A.R.T. is verified
Use a different user - Which seems to be fine
Uninstalled both CS6 and CS5.5 removing using the option to delete all preferences - No change
Used CS cleaner from Adobe to ensure every last trace of CS is removed - No change
Temporarily removed my users entire preference folder - No change
Rebuilt the Spotlight Index - No change
PRAM Reset Mulitple times - No change
Used ONYX to clear out Application Caches - No change
Verified using SeaTools under Windows 7 bootcamped - All OK
Just wondered if anyone else is having similar problems, or better yet has resolved it.

I've finally managed to spend a bit of time investigating further. Turns out that the PDApp.log file found in ~/Library/Logs/ was corrupted and also a couple of non related items awell. Possibly caused by hard reset or something whilst it was being written to?
I found this out by borrowing an external, the copied by entire user folder to the external using cp -R. This alerted me to any files that couldn't be copied across.
cp: /Users/paul/Library/Logs/PDApp.log: Input/output error
cp: /Users/paul/Pictures/Aperture Library.aplibrary/Database/apdb/History.apdb: Input/output error
cp: /Users/paul/Pictures/Aperture Library.aplibrary/Masters/2012/06/07/20120607-205006/DSCF5046.JPG: Input/output error
It did take a while to delete these, then I emptied my trash, again it took a while. But finally I'm free of lockups and I can use Creative Suite again ;-)
Going to monitor my drive for a couple of months see if anything else corrupts. Fingers crossed.

Keep getting "Download Error" when using Adobe Application Manager. Have tried from different areas.

I'm trying to update my CC Illustrator, as there is an issue that has apparently been resolved with a new update.
Whenever I try to update Illustrator, or even download a new application, I get an error window "Download Error. Try again or contact customer support."
I have tried to download both directly from Adobe Application Manager and from the Creative Cloud website itself. I have restarted my computer. This has been happening for 2 days now. Just can't seem to connect with Adobe Application Manager.
At one point I got a window message that said to check the Adobe Site Status, and all looked green and fine there.
And this forum appears to be the only "customer support" ???! I don't see any chat help or phone help. Is that true?
I can go back to CS4 Illustrator to get the feature that I need (zoom in/out using magic mouse+Option, which is my favorite and essential Illustrator shortcut) but obviously will need to update and download more CC features and programs in the near future.

I have this problem for more than a week now. I have contacted Adobe support almost every day, but all the solutions they suggested did not work. I have uninstalled the AAM and Creative Cloud App several times, installed again, deleted the AAMUpdater folder, the opm.db file, installed only the AAM, but I still can't access the Creative Cloud. The Programms installed before on the same computer are CS6 from the Creative Cloud in international english. The error appeared after upgrading the Creative Cloud App. The version installed now is: 1.0.0.183, and the AAM is 7.0. I have used Safari, Firefox and Chrome without success. There are no firewall or network problems because the second machine I have, an older one, running 10.6.8. connects with Creative Cloud without any problems through the same router. The computer I work with is a MacBook Pro with 10.7.5. in german. Could it be a language problem? I have used the english software on a german OS for years now... the last one beeing CS6 from the Creative Cloud.
Today, the installed software (CS6) started bringing this error while starting "Adobe Application Manager, required to verify your license, is missing or damaged."
So please help, any kind of solution is welcome... my time is running out. I am using those Apps for work. The customers are waiting... Thank you.

Adobe Application Manager fails to install when I try to download CC

I have tried to download CC but keep getting the error messate that Adobe Application Manager fails to install. How can I download CC?

For Windows 8, 64-bit,
I Renamed OOBE to OOBE_old located at
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
I then relaunched the Browser
I went to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
I Signed in with Adobe ID and password.
I clicked on the download button but absolutely nothing was happening.

I hope this bug will be fixed promptly because all my CC applications are now paid for a while and not yet presently accessible and useable.

Error 205 when intalling application manager

How can I fix error 205 when adobe application manager is updating? I have wasted days trying to get photoshop but application manager tries to update even when I get the latest version manually. Then before it finishes initializing I get error 205 or 207. HELP!!!!

Yet another Adobe Application Manager discussion

Forgive me, but read so many here today with little solutions offered.
Hi folks,
First let me say I have no interest at all in the Creative Cloud. None. But, I do have Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, InDesign and probably more. And have been an Adobe user since Pagemaker 1.0.
So, I had Photoshop CS5 and thought that I likely should do the update to CS6 which will likely be my last unless the business model at Adobe changes again. I do have Lightroom 5, but had to go back to 4 because of the bug for images processed with 2003. I await that fix, but I digress.
So, part of my suprise with updating to Photoshop (only) CS6 (with Bridge, etc and both 32 and 64 bit Windows 7) was the addition of Adobe Application Manager.
Now, if I run Update from any of my apps, they seem to be checking for updates just fine. I cannot be sure. But if I click the AAM icon, it fails and then tries to install itself again and then fails with a different messsage. Same happens from clicking pdapp.exe. I can get several different error messages including "Adobe Application Manager failed to Install to "another version is already running" (it isn't).
I have read at least a dozen threads here on issues with AAM and tried as many fixes. None have worked. And I now have maybe 15 hours into an update from CS5 to CS 6! I'd like to be done with this.
It appears I have no reason for AAM. And it cannot be uninstalled. I have nothing else CC that I know of. I have downloaded the stand alone installer for AAM7 and that failed to install as well. I have deletd the opm.db many times.
How can I remove this and still maintain updates? That's all I would like to do.
Does AAM download anything automatically? I would not be pleased if so. I assume if it finds an update it will ask me if I want it. I assume. I aslso assume it runs every now and then to check for updates. I have no idea.
Can I revert to the Update App I expected from CS 6? Something similar to CS4 or CS 5?
If I am stuck with this (I hope not) can I at least get it to work properly? Or remove it wthout losing anything for the above mix of CS4 and CS6 products listed above?
Could use some help. Seems so many people have issues with this and very few solutions for anyone that chooses to opt out of the Cloud.

OK, update:
For some reason I decided to click the Adobe Application Mamanager icon again tonight and it opened, then went to updating itself automatically and when done had installed the Adobe Creatiove Cloud. I even have an uninstall for ACC now.
Now, since all i wanted was PS CS6, no Cloud, can I remove ACC through Programs and Features and still have a a working CS6 (licensed) and be able to run updates for CS6? If so, I think that is what I would like to do as I have no intention to run Cloud and its is superflous on my ssystem as long as Ps Cs6 runs as expected.

OS X Adobe Application Manager Crashes When

I am on OS X 10.9.2. When downloading the free trial from Adobe site, Application Manager briefly opens, and then crashes with an error box saying "Adobe Application Manager quit unexpectedly." Any ideas? I'll try to reinstall the App Manager and see what happens.

How do I allow Adobe Application Manager for managed user?

When a managed user attempts to open CS5 Photoshop, this error comes up: "Adobe Application Manager is not allowed"
I know there is a way to give this app permissions in the Workgroup Manager, but I can't find them on the web (google or here)
Can anyone tell me which apps have to be allowed for CS5 Photoshop to work?
