No specific code. My network is very reliable, and this is my first time downloading a movie. Not happy. Paid for this and now have been trying to download this movie for 4 days. Preparing for a long flight.

Yeah this "fix" is bunk. The movie is downloading just fine, but the extra features is the one giving me this error code. It is NOT my firewall. If it was, then both files wouldn't download. Plus, I already have the firewall "issue" tacked down and fixed. Have had it fixed for months now. No, this is due to the "new" itunes version 11 software. The only conclusion to fix this issue is UPgrading from 11 back to 10.7 which is what I am going to do. This is completely ridiculous! Come on, Apple, get itunes working once and for all, and fire the people responsible for itunes 11, just like you did to the guy who was responsible for apple maps. Thankfully Google came back to the rescue with google maps app.

I get an error code when burning a movie to DVD

I use Premiere Elements 10 in my iMac OS lion vers. 10.7.2
I have 250 Gb free on my hard disc. The movie I try to burn is between 3-4 Gb
When starting to burn my movie to a DVD the following is seen in order on the screen:
Encoding Menu 2 of 2
Computing Media
Burning disks 1 of 1
and then it burns (at the end pretty quickly) to 99% and stay there.
I get an error code:
Internal software error: /Users/labuser/premiere/elements/molecules/pre10-bullseye/molecule-17/External/AuthorScri pt/Source/DVDCreator/FormatLib/Ma.....
When I look on the DVD, it looks like nothing has been burnt to the DVD.
What can be wrong?

I still have trouble with burning my movies to DVD.
Have tried the following:
Found that I had "-" in many of my file names (clips). I removed them from the file names, but this had no effect.
I moved my entire project folder to a shorter path folder. This had no effect.
I have not managed to find blank DVDs on sale here in Gothenburg, but will try to buy them online.
I have four movies that I want to burn on DVD discs.
Have succeeded in burning two of them.
I've tried to find what distinguishes between the two that are OK and the two that I have not succeeded with. They are all at about the same size, about 27-29 minutes long.
The clips are .m2ts and .mts files.
In one of the movies that are OK, all the clips are .m2ts files. In the second movie (that is OK), most of the clips are .m2ts files, but also there are .mts files.
In the other two movies that are not OK, it's a mix of .m2ts and .mts files.
When I try to burn the two movies which failed, I get the same course as I showed earlier (with an error code).
I must admit that I was wrong when I previously wrote that I could burn all the movies to my hard drive. The ones I can not burn to DVD, I can not burn to my hard drive.

Error -50 when trying to download movie rental. i followed the steps to delete the cache file three times. It still keeps sending error -50. I checked the network connections, also checked my firewall. All appears normal. I was able to rent two movies a couple days ago with no issies.
Now what should I do? I have spent WAY TOO much time trouble shooting this, and I have been charged for a movie that won't download. frustrating

HT1657 keep getting an error code when downloading rental

I just rented the movie HUnger Games and it downloaded only half way before I got an error code 50.
This has happened to me before with other rentals. Please let me know what to do and how to fix it. I'd like to be able to watch the movie.

Error code when trying to move capture scratch files

I tried moving the capture scratch files for 10 interview files I have created from my documents to my external hard drive. I was able to move the render files without any problem but each time I try to drag a capture file from my documents and place it in the capture folder on my external hard drive I get the following error " Sorry, the operation could not be completed because an unexpected error occurred. Error Code (0)."
The external drive still has 261 GB empty, so not sure what the problem is.

What would be the best way to approach this. Can I buy a firewire external hard drive and connect both it and the USB drive to my computer and move files from the USB drive to the firewire drive? And also move the capture files to the firewire drive?
Will my local apple store be a good place to buy the correct drive?

Downloading HD movie Extremely Slow or many times make my computer froze

hi i am so afraid to buy HD movie from itunes store. i have very fast internet mac pro great computer. i even have speedit video accelerator . every time i purchase HD movie, my computer froze 95% and sometimes takes 24 hours to download.. it happen anyone?

I redeemed a code in the iTunes store to download my digital copy of Les Mis. I paused the downloads (movie & extras) overnight and the next day the extras wouldn't download again because of the -50 error. The movie continued downloading with no problems. Last night my laptop decided to restart (something updated) and this morning when I went to my downloads it said I have 2 available - great! EXCEPT, neither one will download. It says it can't access the iTunes Store because of error -50. HELP?!

Error 9006 when downloading rented movie

The subject basically says it all. I have been downloading movies from itunes for years but the last one I tried has been unsuccessful. The download is slower than normal and after 20-30 MB of the movie downloads, it stops, loses all progress and gives me an error 9006 and says to restart the download. I have messed with all my firewalls and configurations to allow for improved results but so far nothing has worked. Any advice or help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I was having the same error 9006 trying to download a rented movie on iTunes. I read on another board it might have something to do with Internet Explorer 8 and iTunes using the same downloader. My Explorer 8 had recently quit working but I didn't care because I use Firefox. However, I then started getting the 9006 error on iTunes. On Windows 7 you have to go to the control panel. Click on "uninstall a program", in the uninstall window go to the left column and click on "Turn Window features on or off", this will open another window with the Windows features check marked. Uncheck Internet Explorer, then restart your computer. After it restarts, go back to the uninstall programs feature again and click "Turn Window features on or off", put a check mark next to Internet Explorer and restart the computer again. This fixed the problem with Internet Explorer and iTunes started the download without any errors popping up.
