Error code with HP DesignJet T520 ePrinter

Good day everyone, recently I had a customer drop off this machine for service.  It is of a type I am completely unfamiliar with.  Apparently the machine spends most of its time in a hard shell storage case in a warehouse and is only used when the group has to leave the area and travel elsewhere.  They are leaving in a few weeks and pulled this machine out to ops ck. it.  Upon power up, the machine shows the HP loading screen and then goes to a bluescreen.  At the top there is a box of some sort that shows up in white that looks like a corrupted image.  Below this is the message "805DE431".  This message does not clear up with a power reset, unplugging it from the wall or anything else.  I have searched the internet and through the service manuals and find no mention of an error message like this at all.  Has anyone ever encountered something like this and can provide me with a direction of where to look?  Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

Please, Turn on the printer and open the door ink. Check if a green LED behind the Main PCA is flashing.  If a green led is not flashing, is possible that the Main PCA and Bundle Board should be replaced by onsite customer engineer.

  • Error Code with Livecycle forms, when opened online - how do I fix this?

    Could you please tell me how to fix issue where when I make my forms available online, they open up with an error code?  I provide a link to a file, and when the user opens the file, it says there was an error - about a paragraph of text.  If they save the file, and then open again in Adobe Reader, it works fine.  But most of the time they think the file is corrupt, and don't want to download and save it to their computer.  Below is a screenshot of the problem, and it only happens when I open the file online.  And, I have already upgraded to the most recent version of Adobe, so why does this happen?

    Oh, I found a great instruction page at Configure browser to use the Adobe PDF plug-in  That worked!  Thank you!

    The E61 also access the Internet via WiFi, so I know this works too.
    However, after installing and checking everything I can - I see this in the error log, two error codes I dont seem to be able to find answers to anywhere!

  • Internal Table with Oracle's Error Codes

    Hi,
    Is there any internal table where is stored every oracle error code with it's Cause, Action and all the other similar stuff?
    Att,

    For a table of all "ORA-" error codes and messages, you could do something like:

    error_desc varchar2(1024)
    create type t_oracle_error_tab is table of t_oracle_error;
    create or replace function OracleErrors return t_oracle_error_tab pipelined is
      l_error t_oracle_error := t_oracle_error(null,null);
    begin

  • Error code message not appearing

    Hi,
    I tried to create a set of labview error codes codes using tools-> edit error codes.  A created a few test errors and saved the file in
    C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2009\user.lib\errors
     The file called test-errors.txt appears as follows:
     <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
    <nidocument>
    <nicomment>
    First error code file Sean
    </nicomment>
    <nierror code="5000">

    </nierror>
    <nierror code="5001">

    </nierror>
    <nierror code="5002">

    </nierror>
    <nierror code="5003">
    Destruction Countdown Commenced, all organic life will be destroyed with a 2 mile radius in t - 10 minutes
    </nierror>
    </nidocument>
    I then designed a simple VI to test the error codes, see the attachment.  However the error message do not appear in the error out source box.
    Does anyone know why LabVIEW is not recognising my error codes?

    Hi Sean,
    OK - i took another look at your test VI and probing on the error out wire shows the description, but you are right it is not shown in the control. I have attached a VI that should solve the problem (I have tested it and i works ok)
    All I have done is to use the general error handler, which returns the error code and description, write the description to the error cluster and set the general error handler to 'no dialogue' so that the message is not displayed.
    Like i say, it works but if there is a better solution let me know!

  • HT201272 I purchased Season 3 of the Walking Dead.  I cannot download the second episode of the season; corrupted file.  I submitted a feedback form, but they do not send a reply.  I tried to use the online help/support, got an error code for that page.

    I just want my content.  I am frustrated at trying to get on-line help.  Either I will not get a reply to my feedback form, or the online support page has an error code, with "please try again later" or "start over".  I have paid for this content, and cannot download their corrupted file.

    Are you in a country where TV shows can be re-downloaded - if you are then have you tried deleting that copy from your iTunes library and re-downloading it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes ?
    When you say that you used the feedback page, do you mean the feedback page (which you won't get a reply to) or the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history on your account or the contact iTunes Support page ?
    'report a problem' : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
    contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption (if this page doesn't work then have you tried clearing your browsers history/cache and/or tried a different browser ?)

  • Error codes

    Hello everyone,
    I am working with CANopen for last 4 to 5 months, the device which i am using is Motor controller drive,Communication used is CANopen.
    When I was testing for Emcy with the help of CANopen library, I am getting confused.
    The plasma dictionary which I have describes the error codes for ex 3120h,3211h,3212h,3221h etc under voltage error.
    But when i read the same error code with the help of Emcy Wait and Emcy Convert , Generic error bit sets .
    The voltage bit does not glow and i dont get any error description , why is this????
    Are the above error codes user defined??
    When I open the Emcy convert VI there are some codes in which the voltage error is defined,the above error codes wont come in that category is it.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
    You wrote: " The voltage bit does not glow and i dont get any error description ", does that mean you expect the  Voltage Error Bit set?
    What is the error register Byte and the manufacturer specific error field  array in your case?
    The Emergency Convert Vi only knows the default errors . You can see them if you open the VI BD.
    You could add your specific hex numbers thus you would get the correct message.

    Alternatively, contact Apple Service, iMac Service or Apple's Express Lane. Do note that if you have AppleCare's protection plan and you're within 50 miles (80 KM) of an Apple repair station, you're eligible for onsite repair since yours is a desktop machine.

    What OSB error codes,I have to handle in the error handler stage when a route node finds that the given end point is not available and also when the end system is timing out.
