Error codes-45054, simply reinstall iTunes

I did a disk repair and this did not help so i re downloaded iTunes and the error code disappeared, hope this helps someone

You've also tried repairing disk permissions in Disk Utility : https://discussions.apple.com/message/23478840 ?
If that didn't fix it then there is another post by the same user on that thread (wmark) a few posts further down which seems to have fixed the problem for some people.

After loading Maverick iTunes will not launch. I get an error code: -45054. I am the administrator and have no groups or guests. Sharing options don't fix this. Also Fetch will not launch, I get error code: SSL error 9807. These worked perfectly before installing Maverick. Also everything that loads, all programs, take twice as long to load. I have MacKeeper and have cleaned and discarded all the garbage.

Remove "MacKeeper" as follows. First, back up all data.
"MacKeeper" is a scam with only one useful feature: it deletes itself.
Note: These instructions apply to the version of the product that I downloaded and tested in early 2012. I can't be sure that they apply to other versions.
If you have incompletely removed MacKeeper—for example, by dragging the application to the Trash and emptying—then you'll have to reinstall it and start over.
IMPORTANT: "MacKeeper" has what the developer calls an “encryption” feature. In my tests, I didn't try to verify what this feature really does. If you used it to “encrypt” any of your files, “decrypt” them before you uninstall, or (preferably) restore the files from backups made before they were “encrypted.” As the developer is not trustworthy, you should assume that the "decrypted" files are corrupt unless proven otherwise.
In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Applications
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-A. The "MacKeeper" application is in the folder that opens. Quit it if it's running, then drag it to the Trash. You'll be prompted for your login password. Click the Uninstall MacKeeper button in the dialog that appears. All the functional components of the software will be deleted. Reboot.
☞ Quit MacKeeper before dragging it to the Trash.
☞ Don't empty the Trash. Let MacKeeper delete itself.
☞ Don't try to drag the MacKeeper Dock icon to the Trash.

Yep latest edition of iTunes and serial number of phone is 5K*****A4S model MC603B\A .... I looked at serial number and presumed the 4s at end suggested that it was a 4s??

I try to open up iTunes and a little message pops up and says "Error code (-45054) has occured."

Just did that. Still doesnt work. It says "An unknown error occured (-45054)."

I open iTunes and I received this error message (-45054), then my iTunes closes. How can I fix this?

After the latest update I did, 23Oct2013 7:30pm PT, my iTunes no longer opens up without the error message (-45054). I click "ok" to acknowledge the message and it immediately closes iTunes with no further information. Any help would be greatly appreciated, expecially if it's an actual employee of Apple. They seem to be way to into the user-helping-user system they need to step up.

A fellow musican I know had an identical issue with this and asked me to check it out. I fixed it and wrote a long set of instructions on my blog. His problem was with 10.6 but it was an update he did preparing to move to Mavericks.
I was able to reproduce the error by just removing the /Shared folder from /Users

In order to comply with this form, I must point out that the fixed1t blog site does sell cheap Garageband and sampler support software and that I will benefit if you buy it. The reality is, nobody buys these days LOL ;-)

Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. Head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "Apple Application Support", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
If no joy after that, try the more rigorous uninstall/reinstall procedure from the following post. (Although the procedure is for Vista and 7 and you've got XP, just read "Computer" as "My Computer", read "Uninstall a program control panel" as "Add or Remove programs control panel" and assume the system is 32-bit, and you'll be doing the right things.)

I have had this problem with Windows 7 and iTunes updates for some time. Each time it takes hours to solve but with the over the air upgrade to IOS6 on my iPhone and iPad, I was determined to solve and remember what I did, So here it is:

Error 7 try to reinstall iTunes

Greetings, I am facing a problem and I am unable to solve, the problem is described as follows;
iTunes cannot connect to the internet from my laptop although a person on the same network is able to do so from his lap top. As such I believe the problem is within my laptop.
I uninstall iTunes and I cleaned my Registry from All related keys and file of:
1. ITunes
2. Apple e Computers
3. Quick time
4. Iphone
5. Bonjour
I also deleted my iTune file from My music, deleted iTune file from Programs.
I downloaded the latest iTunes from Apple website and install fresh copy and I even changed the directory location from Programs to C:\iTunes (when started I receive an error message telling me itune did not install properly) so I uninstall from C:\iTunes and reinstall in C:Programe files\iTunes (Default path) now I cannot even run itune after fresh install (Error 7 try to reinstall iTunes…) i install and uninstall 3 times without success
