Dear All,
during trasportation of my request my task is released but when i tried to released the request number
the following error is coming.
Test call of transport control program (tp) ended with return code 0012

are you able see the objects when you are expanding the request/task
Also please check the followings & let us know the result
1. Goto transaction STMS. Menu verview -> Systems. Select system and Menu Check --> All available option
2. Goto transaction STMS. Menu verview -> Transport Routes, Menu Configuration --> Check --> All option
One more thing are you facing this problem with only for one specific request or for all requests

I have done minor enhancement on one Master Data Data Source. The transports went fine in R/3 side. But in BW system it is giving an error message
There is no DataSource with these attributes
Errors occurred during post-handling RS_AFTER_IMPORT for IOBJ L
The errors affect the following components:
So this is the error message can any one help me how to move further analysis on this issue.

Hi Venkat,
The problem is during Replicate if the datasource in the target system or during trasport of the InfoSource related.
In this second situation try to transport the Transfer Roules of the InfoSource with all related under/bottom objects, the system will include the Replicate of the DataSource.
Check also if the mapping of the sender and receiver system is correct: Tools --> Mapping of the sorce system...

Hi,
First try to figure out the object type from the text obtained by following steps above.
Goto Development server ,create fresh request (using transport connection) , transport to QA and then in to production.
After successful transfer of the request for this object ,try to reimport the request which caused error and it should go smoothly without any error.

Hi,
I am transporting a request having infoobjects into a quality server.
while transporting its giving error as "Changes cannot be made,display user only".
but when i checked into Quality server changes has already been made and corresponding related objets like update rules are inactive....
so can i consider this request as successful transport??
and if transport is successful then why it is giving such kind of error,....because previously when i have transprted it never gave such error.

Hi,
Transport is not sucessful to Quality system. you donot have sufficient authorization for transporting objects or system is locked for any changes.
contact BASIS person. and because of this infoobjects (infoobjects used inupdate rules, infoprovider...all are in deactive status).
check all objects in developement system and create new request and check request before transporting.

Error while uploading Transport request

Hi friends,
Error while uploading transport request to the transport directory,
we downloaded the trasnport request from one sap system which have a set of developments
for example downloaded files are;
control file: K900470.SAD and Data file: R900470.SAD fronm transport directory.
we are trying to upload the transport to another Sap system
we have
Uploaded the controlling file K900470.sad to the location  /usr/sap/transpad/cofiles/
Uploaded the controlling file R900470.sad to the location  /usr/sap/transpad/data/
we tried tro add in the import queues using TCODE: STMS
and trying to import.
During import we get
error:
HALT: unknown dynpro format: d021s_length() returned 0 Please contactthe SAP support.
End with rc : 16
Please help me with the problem.

Did you see that you tried to transport to an older release!! You should have expected such a result.
Before doing such a thing, you should have looked at SAP notes to see SAP recommendations, if any. And you're lucky, there are ones: [Note 1090842 - Composite note: Transport across several releases|http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1090842]. You need to know that ECC6 corresponds to SAP Basis 7.0, and ECC5 corresponds to SAP Basis 6.40.

While transporting this request from development to production I face the error zreport is inactive .But when I check zreport in development server it is active ..

Hello,
Can you ask the basis person to check the transport log and tell as to what error has occured. Most of the time transport fails if one of the dependent object fails to move. For example you have structure that you have used for table declaration in your prog. You moved the program but the structure was not moved. When Tranported , the program will result in an error and saying Struct not present.
What you can do immediately is to go on your prodcution server and try to do a syntax check of the program. I am sure it will show some error and from that you can carry out issue resolution. Also ask the basis person to hvae a look in to ur transport(he can see the same via STMS Tcode).

Error comming while transportation of BW realted request

Hi All,
Currently i am working on SCM 5.0 Server
 I have created all the data flow process i.e Data Source,Info Package,Info Source,Info Area,Info Cube,Transformation & data Transfer Process for DP Planning Area for taking backup of data in Client 221 i.e DC1.
While creating the all above configuration sysytem asked for Request,so we created request which we want to transport in Client 421 i.e quality server QC1.
 Then we have transported all above request to QC1 421.But when i am looking for all the data flow process in QC1.System having only Data Source,Info Source,Info cube & transformation.But there is no Info Pakage & DTP.When i double click the Data Source System shows Error "Source system DC1CLNT221 does not exist".Only Info Cube & info Source are in active mode & other are in Inactive mode.
So we again created Request manually & agian tried to transport but system showing following Error

Hi Sujay,
You are to maintain the conversion of source system name after transport in QC1 421 before transport your request.
Ts RSLGMP or in customising under BIW/Trasport Settings/Change source system name after transport.

The update plugins page won't work it says "We've encountered an error. Please try your request again later" but this message has been coming up for days now..

I installed Firefox4 and immediately had a problem with the addons manager page not displaying properly ( all the right hand side of the page was missing). I was advised to try a new profile which fixed it but now when I go to the page "Check your plugins for updates it keeps showing this message "We've encountered an error. you must extend the log complete, than you'll see the
object, which caused the error.
RC = is only warning:
All the objects were transported successfully.
Peculiarities occurred for certain objects. These might
not have been intentional.
Example: A warning is given during a transport if the request contains an object deletion. ...

Error While Saving into Customizing Request

Dear Experts,
I am getting an error message while trying to save any changes in 'Appraisal Catalog'.
And when I am transporting it to QAS. no changes are seen (it is not transported)
Please let me know how to rectify this error...
Error Message: Table HRPAD605 is not part of the Customizing object PDST T
Detailed Description of the error is:
Message no. TK428
Diagnosis
Entries in table HRPAD605 cannot be edited in connection with customizing object PDST T as table HRPAD605 does not belong to customizing object PDST T, according to the object definition.
System Response
The function terminates.
ProcedureCheck whether the entered objects and keys are correct.
Then check in the Implementation Guide whether the object was created correctly.
Correct the object definition or the entry for the Transport Organizer interface.

There may be some saving problem.
Please check out, then after words, you have to transport the request by se10

Socket Adapter Request-Reply ~ Error occured in processing client request ~

Dear Friends,
Need your help in resolving a Issue regarding Socket Adapter Request/Reply.
We have a requirement to recieve Message from a External Vendor using Socket based communication,to achieve this Created a Process which has Socket Adapter Inbound Synchronous Request-Reply. I have also created a sample Outbound Service to test and it was able to send & Receive Message Sucessfuly .
When i try to Recieve a Message from the External Vendor on Port 8008 in this I am unable to receive the message(No Bpel Instance Created) message coming to the SOA Server, in the logs I can see Below Error-
Socket Adapter ClientProcessor:run() Error occured in processing client request
Socket Schema Translation Error.
Error while trying to translate from native.
Please ensure that the schemas are set up with native annotations and comply with the output XML. Contact Oracle support if error is not fixable.

Hi,
You don't need a NSXD (Native Format Builder) to receive a message that is XML already, and the NXSD you listed above has nothing to do with the sample incoming message. So, no surprises it is complaining "Error while trying to translate from native.".
You have to fix the incoming message element on the Socket Adapter.
