Error Communication type cannot be used

Hi,
I am trying to email an invoice using output type RD00 and output medium E. But get an error "Communication type cannot be used" Message no. SVN 000.
Please advise ASAP.

Hi,
Output medium should be FAX for this ( i think it is 2, 1 for print and 7 for EDI)
check that.
Also check the Settings/config in SCOT transaction.

Check the available output types for mail in txn NACT or NACE for V1 Application. I assume CS01 might not be the correct type defined for mail.

I get the error "system extension cannot be used" and then it says below it:
The system extension "/System/Library/Extensions/AppleIntelAC97Audio.kext" was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product's vendor for an update.

I have done permissions repair at least 10 times in a row and it still comes up with things to repair but is there another soloution?
Also, It says i have insufficient permissions to get onto my external HD now as well.

I had the same problem. Then due to another unrelated problem I did a file system check in single user mode and this problem too went away. I am not sure if it will also work for you but no harm to try.
Shutdown, restart by pressing power button. As soon as you hear the chime, press cmd-s. After a while lot of text will roll down the screen, leave the keys. At the prompt, type fsck -fy. Note the space. then hit return. If at the end of the run you get something was repaired, then run it again till you get 'OK'. After that type reboot and you will boot into regular OS X. Then do whatever you did to get this message and see if it goes away.

Seems pretty clear to me. Here's what you can try:
Open Terminal in your Utilities folder. Paste the following at the prompt:
sudo chown -R root:wheel /System/Library/Extensions/AppleUSBEthernetHost.kext
Press RETURN. Enter admin password when prompted. It will not be echoed so type carefully. Press RETURN again.
Restart the computer.

Job Mgmt : error "This component cannot be used" when sending job request

Hi,
When i try to create a job request (basic job request link from the Job Management Workcenter), I am having an error : "This component cannot be used".
It seems the component is the number read from the ibase corresponding to the client and the sid. There seems to be ne problem on this side.
But everything is correctly setup regarding Ibases and components.
What's more when trying to create a ZLFJ (duplicated from SLFJ) in CRMD_ORDER, there is no problem.
Any suggestion where it could come from ?

When exactly do you get the message? When trying to submit the job request? Or when clicking on the link "Create Job Request" in the workcenter?
If you get the message when submitting, please provide more information on the entered System (IBase). Maybe a screenshot could help.

I have an infoobject whose data type was changed from NUMC2 to CHAR2. Everything is fine in Dev system. However, when I transport to Q, I get method execution with error message "Data type cannot be changed".

1. It will be better if you delete all the data in Development & Quality system for this Objects - Re Activate -collect objects and then transport .
2. InfoO. YHRSGB01 is used in compounding of YHRAUS01
    InfoO. YHRSGB02 is used in compounding of YHRAUS02
    this two objects are compounded
   check weather this Componded Info objects are available in   Quality System, if not transport them prior

Sometime the following senario happend the user delete and want to recreate with the same Marketing Element ID
If we create a Marketing Element with a ID, and Delete it , and after recreate it with the same ID .
SAP issue the following message : Details External ID cannot be used; it has already been used .

The 64-bit iTunes is definitely installed, but it doesn't recognize it as such and won't allow me to sync my devices. Looks like we need to get the 64 bit version of iTunes installed on your system there. First start here, and remove iTunes and its components from the system: Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7 http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1923.

"This disc cannot be used because it is not recognized" Error

For about the last month I have not been able to burn any cd's. I have just upgraded to Leopard and that still didn't fix anything. I can read cd's but when I put in a cd-r disc to burn, the error "This disc cannot be used because it is not recognized" comes up.
G5 2 ghz, Sony DVD RW DW- U10A drive.

I too have been having a similar problem. I can read CDs but not burn them. The drive that I have is a pioneer 112D with the latest firmware installed v 1.24, (did it today) This drive is a replacement for one that died about 6 months ago. I have OS 10.4.11, the newest patch burn installed, repaired permissions, repaired disk from a start-up disk, tried to burn from toast, and itunes,and disk burn. I looked in the LaunchDaemons folder but it was empty. I called Pioneer and while it is still under warrantee, I have to send it in and wait 4 weeks to get it back. Not good service in this day and age! Anyone have any ideas?

when the SQL statement is run, I got this error.

Any suggestion on how to get around this?

Rather than modelling the many-to-many relationship type by means of a multi-valued field, do so by the conventional means of modelling the relationship type by a table which resolves it into two one-to-many relationship types. You give no indication
of what is being modelled here, so let's assume a generic model where there is a many-to-many relationship type between Masters and Slaves, for which you'd have the following tables:
Masters
....MasterID (PK)
....Master
Slaves
....SlaveID (PK)
....Slave
and to model the relationship type:
SlaveMastership
....SlaveID (FK)
....MasterID (FK)
The primary key of the last is a composite one of the two foreign keys SlaveID and MasterID.
You appear to be trying to insert duplicates of a subset of rows from the same table. With the above structure, to do this you would firstly have to insert rows into the referenced table Masters for all columns bar the key, which, presuming this to be
an autonumber column, would be assigned new values automatically. To map these new rows to the same rows in Slaves as the original subset you would then need to insert rows into SlaveMastership with the same SlaveID values as those in Slaves referenced
by those rows in Slavemastership which referenced the keys of the original subset of rows from Masters, and the MasterID values of the rows inserted in the first insert operation. This would require joins to be made between the original and the new subsets
of rows in two instances of Masters on other columns which constitute a candidate key of Masters, so that the rows from SlaveMastership can be identified.

I must say, that the column in DB is not a PK or INDEX-ed, it was initially VARCHAR(MAX), after some reading I changed it to VARCHAR(200) and later to TEXT, but the result of syncing is still the same.

The error “column type invalid for use as a key column” could be due to the existence of unsupported data types or column properties when implementing the synchronization. I recommend you check your database according to this article:
SQL Database Data Types supported by SQL Data Sync.

PM order reservation item Category - L cannot be used

Hi Expert,
I done following config last 22 years i don't any issue in PM order Componant reservation.
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>Maintenance and Service Processing>Maintenance and Service Orders>General Data>Define Default Values for Component Item Categories(L),
But now i'm facing problem while creating PM order. Materil category cannot be used with item category L.
Please helpto resolved this issue. Thanks
