Error compiling PHOTO_ALBUM BODY : "put and GetMetadata must be declared"

ANY IDEAS on THIS -?!!!
I ran the scripts for PL/SQL Web Toolkit Sample Application (10g Release 1) and all was compiled OK for "demouser" except for
PHOTO_ALBUM BODY:
I get the error
Error(470,5): PL/SQL: Statement ignored
Error(470,9): PLS-00302: component 'PUTMETADATA' must be declared
Error(739,7): PL/SQL: Statement ignored
Error(739,26): PLS-00302: component 'GETMETADATA' must be declared
We (me and the sys/adm) cannot figured out why this is happening ---
Could it be a problem of demouser privileges with Intermedia installation?!!
Or a problem to the metadata schema references?!
Please if you have run into this before or have any ideas; any help will be really appreciated -- We've been on this 2 days !----

Those undeclared procedures belong to the 10g Release 2 version of the demo.
This link
points to the 10gR2 demo.
<p>
If you are using a 10gR1 database, and you have installed the interMedia component from the companion CD (this contains the interMedia demos as well as the NCOMP libraries for performance - highly recommended) then you can find the 10gR1 version of the photo album demo at $OH/ord/http/demo/ordplsqlwtk

  • Error compiling movie in Premiere and failed export in AME (CS6) - PLEASE HELP!!!

    Hi,
    I'm trying to export from my timeline which contains multiple mxf files shot with a canon xf105. i'm using cs6 on an apple mac and I never had this issue before:
    When I try to export to a quick time movie directly from Premiere I get this message after 5 seconds:
    When I send the video to AME I get this message including a sound of a sheep after 10 seconds:
    I have about 100 7 second clips that make up an 11 minute movie. I copy and pasted 4 clips (28 seconds) into a new sequence and tried to export it and it worked, both directly through premiere and through AME. Does that mean that premiere and AME can't handle so many clips? Or why is it showing me an error?
    I'm helpless and I need to finish this project very soon, I would be SO GRATEFUL for any help. Don't know what to do ..
    Thank you!

    Thank you John. I sat all night for about 8 hours on it and found out what caused the error. I had about 100 clips in my timeline that I was trying to export as one movie. Four clips caused the error. These four clips would playback perfectly in premiere, the whole timeline would render and everything seemed normal. Only after exporting 5 clips at a time I could see where the export would fail and show an error. At the end it was four clips, these four would playback fail to export, causing the entire sequence to fail.
    I have one question about this:
    1 How and why did this happen? Does that happen often with MXF files shot on a canon xf camera?
    2 How can I avoid this to happen again in the future?
    3 Isn't there a quicker way to find out which clips are causing a problem, rather than having to export each of them first to find out (which is a very annoying thing to do if you're literallt working with hundreds of clips)?
    Would be great if somebody has any insight for future reference!!!
    Thank you!

  • Error message string : cant put and and HTML Blink tag

    Hi All,
    I have experienced a strange problem in the error message string .When i put <abc>.txt as a error message in my validation routine it just truncates abc .
    I think HTMLDB understands it as a HTML tag .
    Any idea how to put open and close angle ?
    And one more question do i put HTML blink tag inside error message ? Its not working ....
    Cheers,
    ROSY

    Try using & lt ; and & gt ; instead (without the spaces inbetween the characters).
    What do you mean by "not working" for the blink question? I'd also suggest that it "not working" is a good thing...blinking text on a website usually looks horrible ;)

  • Using Quicken to manage a bank account, I get an error message from the bank that cookies and javascript must be enabled, but I don't get that message when I connect with Internet Explorer.

    Firefox allows me to get the bank home page through Quicken. But when I try to login, the error message appears saying "cookies and javascript" must be enabled. I have Java on my system, but in Firefox under "tools/options/ I don't find any way to "enable" javascript. I have enabled "cookies".
    I have no problem logging in at the bank site using Internet Explorer, but to use it, I have to designate it as the "default browser" before connecting through Quicken. I'd rather keep Firefox as the default.
    A bank tech representative was unable to find any commands in Firefox that would deal with this problem, although she clearly had manuals for both Internet Explorer and Firefox. So she concluded that I would have to use Explorer for this operation, since it allowed control of security level settings. She said that in Explorer, security level should be set to medium.
    Is there some similar control in Firefox?

    Firefox uses the same "security level" setting that is set in IE.

  • Error compiling movie. Unknown error. In both Premiere and Media Encoder

    I am trying to export a a batch of six sequences, out of Premiere Pro CC to my internal hard drive using the Apple ProRes 422 Quicktime setting. All of the sequence exports are failing in the first couple of seconds. This happens if I do them individually directly out of Premiere and if I export them out as a batch to Media Encoder. All get the same "Error compiling movie. Unknown error." error message. I have tried restarting the computer, that didn't fix it. I had the same problem with some other files yesterday but I was able to export them out individually OK. But with this batch, no dice. The sequences are all fully rendered. There aren't any problematic clips in the sequences, not that I can tell. None of the sequences is very long, only about 1-2 mins each.
    Any ideas?
    My system details are:
    MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014)
    2.5 GHz Intel Core i7
    16GB 1600 MHz DDR3
    Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB

  • Cursor Error in trigger - Statement Ignored/identifier must be declared PLS

    I have been asked to implement a trigger and believe I have the code complete but am getting a final error on the compile. I have been running in circles for a day trying to resolve my issue. I have no PL/SQL knowlege so have been pulling from a book and google. I have three Cursors defined and the third compiles fine, the first two give the below error though I can't see a significant difference between the three. I can't help but think it is something stupid I am not seeing but I am at a loss.
    If I comment out the reference to the cursor it will compile with the cursor definition but as soon as I add the Open statement the errors below appear.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated as my head is getting sore.

  • Error compiling movie: Unknown Error during render

    Over the past day or so, I've been having some issues rendering out my premiere pro sequence. It is `1920X1080 sequence with the DSLR sequence settings. I'm attaching an image below to give you an idea of my sequence settings. Everytime I select: render effects in to out, immediately receive the error message a video preview box shows up saying "error compiling movie: unknown error" I literallly have tried everything- first I trashed my preferences, changed my scratch disks, but neither of these did the trick. I also created a new copied sequence where I tried isolating files to see if any one file in particular was being problematic, and the same error message showed up. A lot of people on this forum have noted that the problem primarily lies with images, but I know it's not that because I've tried removing all of my images and just dealing with footage. I've basically tried having a sequence with every single combination of footage and nothing has worked.

    Hey guys...I searched every where and have yet to find a solution to my problem so sorry if this is a repeat post...but as the title states, I get an "unknown error" message after successfully rendering my clip/sequence and trying to export. So the error occurs while trying to export my rendered clip. The exact message is "Error Compiling Movies: Unknown Error. This has been extremely frustrating as I have done tons of edits with out experiencing this issue. It started happening out of no where. Anybody got any advice or fixes? Much would be appreciated.

  • Cannot export (error compiling movie, unknown error)

    Hi all,
    I'm running Premiere Pro 2.0, and I really need to export this vid for a project. EVERY SINGLE TIME it will not export. I always get the same error: 'Error compiling movie (unknown error)'.  My graphics drivers are up to date, I have enough disk space, and my scratch disks are set to the right places. I tried Quicktime, AVI, compressed AVI, all at many different resolutions. Has any one else had this problem? If so, is there a solution?
    BTW I'm running an Intel Core 2 Quad with 4 gigs of RAM.
    Thanks.

  • "PLS-00201: identifier 'JAVA_XA.XA_START_NEW' must be declared" when deploying with XA connection pools

    I get the error message "PLS-00201: identifier 'JAVA_XA.XA_START_NEW' must
              be declared" when I try to deploy a J2EE application which uses XA pools and
              TX datasources.
              I am not sure how to setup my system for running with XA. I have tried to
              see what other people have done in this new group and copied from them.
              My connection pools looks like this:
              <JDBCConnectionPool
              DriverName="oracle.jdbc.xa.client.OracleXADataSource"
              MaxCapacity="5" Name="alba"
              Properties="user=<user>;url=jdbc:oracle:thin:@haux01:1526:UTV8;password=<pas

              RefreshMinutes="60" Targets="myserver"

              <JDBCTxDataSource JNDIName="alba_ora817_localsl"
              Name="alba_ora817_localsl" PoolName="alba" Targets="myserver"/>
              The database is oracle 8.1.7.2.0
              The reason I started trying to use XA in the first place was when I tried to
              connect to two databases in the same transaction. I then got an error
              message saying: java.sql.SQLException: Connection has already been created
              in this tx context for pool named <first pool name>. Illegal attempt to
              create connection from another pool: <second pool name>. As I have
              understood, XA pools should fix this problem.

    Hi Eirik
              Is your Oracle database Server setup for XA? Check Oracle Docs on how to do
              that.
              you need to make sure this script is run on the server, initjvm.sql (It
              should be in your oracle installation rdbms scripts) and then grant select
              permission on dba_pending_transactions.

    Since updating to Mavericks, Mail doesn't work properly.  It just stops working (no error messages--it just won't check for new mail) and I must shut it down and reopen it to get it working again.  Any suggestions?

    Try to force quit the mail app
    Double tap the home button. When you see the app previews on the screen scroll sideways if needed to get the preview in question on the screen. Flick that preview up and off the screen to close the app. Single tap the home button or home screen preview to exit the mode.
    Failing that, go into the settings, mail, contacts and calendars and remove your account info then put it back in and see if that works

    And you are quite persistent, Menu Boy, in offering pernickety and pointless prattle, in response to a "support page" on iPad's buggy Pages App.
    Let's summarise, for those reviewing this threadless thread for app support..
    Mobile pages works reliably for simple docs, especially creating letters and Menus for Microsoft's Kindy canteen (even on special days with nice big pictures).
    When importing more complex docs and/or working with larger creations, it is prone to randomly corrupting files upon re-opening, along similar lines as Word (running on a PC).
    So, Menu Boy, do they let you sneak into classes every now and then? What is the secret to their training? "Say after me, if any I.T. product works just some of the time, that's a job well done, and if something randomly stops working, we call that the user's fault... And if they complain, we call them names."
