Error connecting to sql

Question

Good Day.
I'm new to Sharepoint Development.
I'm trying to add to my web part a simple chart and fill it with data stored in sql database. I use Visual Studio 2013.
But when I added chart and tried to specify it's datasource, there was only "xml file" option, so I can't choose "sql database".
Then I tried to specify datasource for chart programmatically.
I added sqlconnection to code file.
scon = new SqlConnection("server=sql-server;user id=admin;password=password;database=base;Integrated Security=True");
scomm = new SqlCommand();
scomm.CommandText = "select * from dbo.table1";
scomm.Connection = scon;
sda = new SqlDataAdapter();
sda.SelectCommand = scomm;
scon.Open();
But when I execute it on the last string I recieve an exception:
Exception of type "System.Security.SecurityException" appeared in System.Data.dll, but was not handled in user code  For more information: Failed to request permission type "System.Data.SqlClient.SqlClientPermission, System.Data,
Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089".
If I create for example winforms application with the same text, then it works fine and there is no such exception.
