Error connecting to Yahoo Messenger - internal error 100

I have this problem since past 2 days. My YM was connected for few seconds and the disconnected. The message appear was internal error 100.
I am using the latest YM application. Please help me how do i fix this?
If im using Google talk, there is no problem. I wonder is it the setting or with Yahoo site itself? but i asked another BB user, they can still get connected to YM.

I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB):
1) Register HRT
Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > (it does not matter which line is current) > Register Now
2) Resend Service Books
KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your carrier for formal support as they are responsible for delivering the services for which you contract.

I have a wireless router and ever since I started using it I can't connect to yahoo messenger, iTunes, anti-virus updates, etc.. but the rest of the internet works fine. I've checked firewalls and everything seems fine. I've searched on here and have seen some similar posts but no solutions. Do I just have to give those things up to have a wireless connection??

I think that the router is blockingthe messaenger or other services to open..... try upgrading the firmware ... once upgraded ...reset & reconfigure the router ....

Can't connect to Yahoo Messenger on 3rd party chat...

There is a great app that I used to chat for years, but since Feb 28th it doesn't let me log in my Yahoo account. It's called Nimbuzz. It gives me "Yahoo Messenger is not available" and "User blocked" errors.
Neither Palringo or Fring can't connect to my Yahoo account. More on this, I tried other Yahoo account, but with no succes. My Yahoo accounts are not blocked, because I can log in on any computer or mobile web browser. Also, Yahoo Messenger app for Windows is working without a problem.
Do you have any similar problems with Yahoo accounts and 3rd party chat apps?

You can uninstall and re-install the application. You can do that by going to Menu > Settings > Application manager > Installed apps. > Select and hold the application to remove, and from the pop-up menu, select Uninstall. If it's still the same, you need to contact the developer of the application to verify if there's an issue with their application.

Unable to connect to yahoo messenger when on 3G Mode

Could somebody help me pls, i've got an iphone4 and i've downloaded the yahoo messenger application few times but everytime im on 3G i could not log in to my yahoo messenger.It just keep saying "unable to log-in right now".Since i bought this iphone4 the problem is always been like that.i am a yahoo messenger user and i want to be log-in to it everywhere i go.I could only log-in to it everytime my wifi at home is on.

Have not been able to connect for the past couble of days! have tried deleting and re-installing the app and still cannot connect. All i get is a message which says: "Internal Error. Please try again later." and "Cannot connect to server". I am able to browse the web though and use other instant messaging apps like whatsapp, viber and live messenger so can't figure this out!

As i know it is not supported by the standard delivery of SAP NetWeaver instead there is an internal instant messaging service in portal that you can use like messenger.Check the thread in below.

Is anyone having problems connecting to Yahoo Messenger lately? I keep getting an error that says "Can't connect to server" I've made sure about the password. and I can login on my computer... But not on my BlackBerry 9650.. I have even tried multiple times uninstalling and reinstalling, and resetting the privileges.. This started about 2 days ago...

I was reading some of the forums over at Crackberry.com and saw a few other user with the same problem. I doubt it is an issue with your device, since it is happening to others, probably just a server problem. The only thing to do at this point is just wait to see if the error is resolved.

Yahoo messenger keeps saying Internal Error

Can someone please help me. Every time I try to log into yahoo messenger on my bb torch 9800, I get the message "internal error, please try again later". I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, that only allows me to access it once then i get the same message.
I've spoken with my carrier, and with Yahoo. Both say it's a bb issue.

While this KB applies to WLM, maybe the same cause/resolution applies to you?

You might also check to see that your YM version is up to date. Along with your BB OS as well.
Has it ever worked correctly? If so, what changed just before it started working incorrectly?

Trying to download yahoo messenger and I keep getting a connection error. But it stats must use internet explorer to fix. I only have firefox, no internet explorer.. anyway to get around it?

Once again, I am trying to download Yahoo messenger and It only has tips for Internet explorer We only have Firefox (mozilla) installed and so I need help getting around this in order to install.

And they do offer a compatible version. As I am running running Netflix on my first generation iPad just fine.
You'll need to first "purchase" the non compatible version either on a newer device that can run it or on a computer running iTunes using the Apple ID that is on the first Gen iPad.
After that is done, you should be able to go into the App Store App, and find Netflix under the Purchased Tab. Tap on it to download it and you should be warned its not compatible, but will be offered the compatible version.

Thanks for your reply.
I have just found out what's wrong. I went to the 'more info' section of my Chitchat application and it took me to a link where it explained that Yahoo Chat has ditched chatting with the Java protocol and chatters can now only chat via the Yahoo Messenger protocol, which is Yahoo Instant Messenger with Voice. Unfortunately Yahoo doesn't provide a platform for Yahoo Voice for Macintosh computers. Though the original link I went to provides another link to a thing called 'Adium' from which a Mac can access Yahoo Chat's new protocol, although it's not fully developed yet.
Oh...and thanks so much for letting me know about the Java update release. I did not know that I have to upgrade my system first to recieve the latest update information.

Message "Error in connection:No result set, result attempts = 100" on VC

Hi,
I am using a JDBC datasource to retrieve, update, insert and delete information from a SQL Server database using executing store procedures from VC.
The selection of the data is perfect but for the deletion, insert or update of any data using store procedures I always get the following message:
"Error in connection:No result set, result attempts = 100"
At the end the information is modified in the database but I get error.
Here is an example of one of my store procedure:
CREATE PROCEDURE [dbo].[DelData]
     @id uniqueidentifier
     -- Add the parameters for the stored procedure here
AS
BEGIN
     -- SET NOCOUNT ON added to prevent extra result sets from

Hi,
when you SELECT data, you get a result. So your connection gets a result set. When you DELETE, INSERT,... you have no result, because you didn't select data. So your connection can't get any result sets.
