Error "contact itunes to complete the transaction"

iPhone4, iOS6. Installed ABBYY Lingvo (http://itunes.apple.com/ru/app/lingvo-dictionaries-universal/id391989146?mt=8)
I want to make a purchase inside the program, namely, to purchase additional dictionaries. When you try to buy, after the confirmation of the intention to purchase and enter the password, the error takes off in the window "contact itunes to complete the transaction" and all. Purchase does not pass, the money will not be charged, dictionaries are not bought.
Reading tried to buy some at a different price and size - the error is always the same.
My Card it's ok - there is money, there is no debt on the card, any software purchased in the AppStore without any problems.
What to do?
