Error creating iTunes account in Win 7 PC!

Hi,
Today I tried create iTunes account in my windows 7 pc. I have apple ID. But don’t have iTunes account to download apps.
Check the screenshots. After logging in I’m seeing the following error. It is telling "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occured (-1202)"
I don’t own any Apple product. But I want to use that apps via iTunes. So I could not able register any product in apple website.
Is there any port problem? I’ve installed Xampp for Windows, Skype, Team Viewer and VMware.

"Error creating ds account: null" after iphone ios 5 update when attempting sign in with Apple ID..any ideas?

I have just updated my iPhone software to ios 5, it all seemed to go very smoothly until I was asked for my Apple ID.
I clearly have a working ID as I'm signed into this very website so it isn't a problem with that - but when I've attempted sign-in it has come up with "Error creating ds account: null"
I was going to skip this step but it pops up again saying that you need it for iTunes and I wasn't sure if I could sign into my ID at a later time or not, so I'm stuck on the Apple ID page!
Has anyone else had this issue or a solution?

I've managed to sort it out now - I think my problem was to do with the Internet, as my connection wasn't working when I first tried to sign into apple ID. I did a step back and re-selected my Internet router, and it then seemed to work! Give this a go because it worked for me!

No, you need to be in a country and have a valid billing address in that country to be able to use a country's store. If there isn't an iTunes store in your country then unfortunately you won't be able to buy any content from iTunes.

I successfully synced with gmail (contacts, mail, etc.), youtube, as well as some other services. I am unable to create the account that accesses Picasa. The primary email addresses on iTunes accounts have to be unique, you shouldn't be able to create a new iTunes account with the same primary email address unless the existing account had been deleted (only iTunes Support can potentially delete an iTunes account).
Had you asked iTunes Support to delete your existing account ? If you did then that would also have deleted its purchase history. Or had you changed the primary email address on the old account ?

iTunes account and Apple id are different ways of referring to the same thing - you should be able to use your existing account

13 year old unable to create itunes account

My daughter wants to create an iTunes account for herself instead of using my wifes. She has been trying to do this for over an hour with her real DOB and no matter what she does she keeps getting an error message "You cannot create an apple id becasue you do not meet the minimum requirement". She is almost 13 1/2 and we do not understand why she is getting blocked. The TOS said she just has to be 13 to have an account.

I was having the same trouble with my MobileMe sub-accounts (MobileMe Family Plan). I went through all the support emails and calls with no success. I fixed the problem by removing the affected sub-account/email address and then re-established the same sub-account/email address. When you re-establish the sub-account/email address it will tell you that you cannot since it already exists - but there is an option to re-establish the sub-account/email address by entering the correct password. After I did this, I could manage the sub-account/email address with no problems whether it was in iTunes or in the management of the AppleID settings.

Problem creating iTunes account

My friend recently bought an iPod touch 4th generation. But while trying to register the product it keeps asking for the Credit Card details. He doesn't have one. And so is unable to create an iTunes account too. I don't remember using any credit card detail while registering my iPod or iPhone. Is credit card an absolute necessity? Can't we provide details at the time of purchasing any app?

Yeah, that's the obvious solution. The catch is the iTunes problem install is on my parent's PC & the powerbook will be leaving with me after the holidays...
I'm just hoping this problem magically disappears after the holiday traffic disappates. At the moment I'd say that's unlikely simply because of the consistency of the problem: browse the store & everything is quick & fine, hit Sign In -> Create New Account & in under a second the error message pops up. If I attempt to login using my account it pops up the Accessing Music Store progress meter & then gives me the same error message.

Note w.r.t. the Rogers ISP query: Rogers 'fixed' the iTunes Music Store problem a few weeks ago (they either re-configured their traffic shaping devices to not label iTunes traffic as peer-to-peer or they turned them off until Cisco fixed the problem for them) - this problem was affecting me in Toronto. Note that I believe the same problem was affecting BC users as well, though whether it was Shaw or Telus I'm not sure.
