Error:csZipRenditionEntryNotFound-While trying to get the extra renditions

Hi,
I have installed content server, ibr. I have configured outgoing provider also.
basic renditions are(thumbnailonly,Basic renditions, multipleformats) working very fine.
i have defined my one rendition in extraRendtion_definitions.hda file.
It is converting the image as i mentioned in the rendtion set.
But the problem is, i m not able to get the rendered file. it says,
'/home/cvsadmin/darden/Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/darden_ucm_domain/ucm/cs/weblayout/groups/public/documents/digitalmedia/mdaw/mday/~edisp/profileimage1@z~1.zip' is missing the file entry 'profileimage_profileicon.jpg'.
Kindly suggest me where i went wrong.

Hi
Maybe that the account problem.
Because I can download my pbulish settings file with your link.
And there are another way:
Use VS, try to publish a Azure website, then it requires your download publish settings.
If all of this can't be work.
Still have a way, just create a publish settings file by your self.
this settings file is just a xml file
First open a notepad
paste the following code into it.

<PublishData>
<PublishProfile
SchemaVersion="2.0"
PublishMethod="AzureServiceManagementAPI">
<Subscription
ServiceManagementUrl="https://management.core.windows.net"
Id="<You Sub id>"
Name="<Your account name>"
ManagementCertificate="<Your certificate base64 string>" />
</PublishProfile>
</PublishData>
Then you can get sub id and account name in your portal.
And convert your client certificate to base64 string then fill them to this xml, save as .publishsettings file.
