Hi!SB Li've Value would not install with XP, tried the original CD tried the download from CReati've Website etc... but could never get Creative mixer and creative Recorder to work. Finally after trying a slew of things with the help of CT Support I pulled out my Card and sent the specs in and was directed to buy a new CD which supports XP.
Finally got it and the install went perfect.
Then started Creative recorder and it was also working perfect.
However when I try to start Creative Surround Mixer I get (error: ctdevcon.dll has returned an error. mixer will now exit).
Does anyone know how to get by this error?.

Hey all, I have the same problem as everyone else Stupid ctdevcon.dll wont let my mixer work!
I got the Li'veDrvUni-Pack(ENG).exe and stuff started working again, but it also lagged the crap
out of my 2.4ghz p4 with 52ddr, to the point where mp3s were distorting (slowing down,
stretching) if i listened to em while doing ANYTHING else. Heck, even just sittin here running winamp
the mp3s would stretch and distort like the card was having a problem streaming the thing from
my HD.. It had never done that till i got the "newest drivers" in that pack... so i had windows run a
search for the newest drivers in its database.. it finds them, installs them and my sound is fixed.
its perfect again... problem is, now the mixer and recorder dont work again! Like many of the others
here I use WinXP and the card is a SB: Li've! 5..

I keep getting the Error "Adobe Muse has encountered an error and will now exit. Please report the last few actions you took leading up to this error to the Adobe Muse CC team. UIDs With Multiple Owners: ImageFrame owned by PagePageItem and BaseLink". I get this when I try and save and I am not sure what is causing it or, since i made several changes to the site, which actions it would have been. I am using the latest updated version of Muse. the 2014.3 I was able to publish site with changes but it did not save, so I have a web version different then what is saved. My published site is the most recent one but the saved version is one without latest changes. When I tried to merge it started updating the Assets and then showed that Error message and shutdown.

I believe you have already updated Muse version which includes fix for this issue , if not then please update Muse to latest version.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience so far.
I am not sure if you already tried this, but in case not, try to update Muse via Creative cloud directly.
Start creative cloud application manager, if you dont have it, you can download it from here,
Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Windows : Adobe Application Manager
Login using your adobe id, once you are in, switch to Apps, and you should see the Update for Muse, click Update.
Let me know if you get any error or warning.

Thank you, Barbara. All fonts seemed fine, no empty or duplicates. When I went back to Elements and tried again, it did not crash! After months of not being able to use type tool,,, not sure why it worked, but it did. Thanks again! I appreciate the time you took to answer my question.

The problem was solved as there is a problem in the formatting of template

When trying to write a text on a photo I get this as soon as I draw the textbox"Could not complete your request because of an problem error" then "An unexpected and unrecoverable problem has occurred. Photoshop Elements will now exit."

After updating my macbook to Maverick, PS 7 I had for years stop working. I then download the Elements 12. It has been a few weeks and I can't do anything on it. I quit every time but tI had to come forward because a friend asked to do her wedding invitation. I downloading an image and background, put everything together, and when saving it... BAM! I've that first message "could not complete your request..." I tried several solutions i found on forums, somehow the image is saved as I wanted, it took all day long working on it, i don't even know what got it right. Now I am working on the writing and every time I draw the text box, i get the "could not complete your request..." then I hot "OK" and I get the "an unexpected and unrecoverable problem occurred..." photoshop quits!
About my mac OSX 10.9.4
2 GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo

'Adobe Muse CC has encountered an error and will now exit' error

My very first attempt at previewing a site in my browser produced the below error message. The message says Muse will exit but it doesn't, it just freezes and I have to force quit. It suggests I inform the Adobe Muse CC team but I can't find where they are. Can anyone help?

Instead of previewing the site in browser, have you tried to export HTML out of it locally, does it export fine?

Muse is not loading, comes up with the message below. I have tried re-installing but still comes up with the same message. Has anyone else encountered this and any ideas on how I can get the damn thing working again?

Recently Muse 2014.3 was released, please update Muse version and check again.

Photoshop CS6 has quit working, the program will now close.

Recently after installing adobe flash pro CS6 (It didnt work -.- just said i didnt have permissiosn or the file was missing) My photoshop CS6 and After effects CS4 just quit when I run them. I cant seem to find a fix for this. I even did a system restore to a day ago and it still wasnt fixxed. Please help thanks.

My I Phone 3GS did exactly the same. Tried holding the buttons, syncing it to my laptop, plugging it in to the mains (it didn't even beep).
I rang my service provider (Orange) but they couldnt fix it. They passed me onto Apple. Who went through everything. But no joy.
Apple sent me a box to return my mobile to them. Now I have no mobile and have to wait to hear from Apple..
I'm gutted cause no mobile now :-((

CtDevcon.dll Oh My!!!!

Hello all im newbie :angry:
Having some problems with my sound blaster li've 5..
it was working fine but then all of a sudden when i try to go into the surround mixer software.
I get the error message:
CtDevcon.dll has returned errors.Mixer will now exit.
I have tried doing a reinstall..and still same thing does anyone know the fix for this its driving me crazy.

I had the same problem. This is what I did to fix it. I reinstalled the software and drivers.:robotwink:Make sure you don't have any anti-spyware programs running while you reinstall. I had to disable my WebRoot SpySweeper. It was blocking some of these drivers from being loaded. Good luck:robotvery-happy:
