Error Customizing for feedback functionality missing

Hi
We have Configured Service Desk in our Solution Manager and we are able to Send messages in Solution Manager Box.
When we are trying to send from External Box i am getting an Warning "Customizing for feedback functionality missing"
RFC between Solman to ERP system Configured and Working
Could any one please tell me i need to do any other config
Question number 2.
we have 11000 users when we configure Service Desk do we need to create 11000 USerd id in Solman?

Hi,
When creating a support message from a satellite. Solution Manager first creates an ABA Notification.
Check your ABA Notification SLF1settings in tcode DNO_CUST01 (number range, action profile).

    Have you generated the bp
    Use BP_GEN transaction to generate BP for the user and check if this user who is posting wil have these roles.
    SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE
    SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN
    In dno_cust01
    action profile...SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO needs to be maintained.
    Now post if again the error occurs check this
    goto Solman
    TA -
    SLG1 here press execute and check details for the error.

  • Error: DAQ-STC Counter functions missing from library

    Using LabView 6.1, NI-DAQ 6.6.1 for MacOS on a laptop.
    DAQ Hardware: DAQCard 16E-4.
    When trying to use the advanced counter functions (for DAQ-STC type counters), LabVIEW generates an error saying that it can't find the function in the library. The code interface nodes for the VIs don't seem to be attached to anything. I've installed the latest version of DAQ Drivers for Mac; am I missing something here? Any insight into this problem would be appreciated.

    I think it could be just an installation issue. I assume that you are using Mac 9.1. I've run LV 6.1 with NIDAQ 6.6.1 on Mac 9.1 and it works just fine, including DAQ-STC counter functions.
    If LabVIEW 6.1 was installed without DAQ support, run the LabVIEW 6.1 installer and perform a custom installation for DAQ support. Then, run
    the NI-DAQ 6.6.1 installer to upgrade NI-DAQ.

  • Error handling for inbound function module

    Dear all,
    I have written my custom function module for matmas idoc extention.In the begining of function module i have used IDOC_INPUT_MATMAS01  and then have coded my BDC.For handling errors in caese BDC fails i am filling  table  idoc_status. wih status 51.
    But this gives eror as-
    Status records with status 51 after status 53
    Message no. B1357
    Diagnosis
    The application function module controlling the ALE inbound processing has passed several status records to ALE. The status of the last of these was '51'. Before this, a status of '53' was passed.
    Procedure
    If you have written the application function module yourself, you need to change the program.
    Can anybody guide me how to get the exact application errors in Application log.

    You are using BDC after the FM 'IDOC_INPUT_MATMAS01'. Right??.... The problem is, The function Module IDOC_INPUT_MATMAS01 itself posts the material and set the status '53' i.e. document posted. You can not have any error status '51' after that.
    I don't understand the need of BDC in spite of the FM 'IDOC_INPUT_MATMAS01'. But if whatever the reason, you still want to use the BDC and set the status to 51, After the FM 'IDOC_INPUT_MATMAS01' call, Delete status table where status = '53'. and then proceed for the BDC...

  • ERROR HANDLING FOR CLIENT_OLE2 FUNCTIONS

    We have added spell checking to our application using the Client_OLE2 WebUtil function using the example in the knowledge base. Unfortunately the example does not check for errors. Can someone direct me to documentation that shows return codes for the Client_OLE2 functions?

    Some of the OLE2 functions return a stack of error messages. These can be obtained and processed in a loop using the tool_err package.
    If you still have a 6i form builder available, the on-line help in there may give you more information and examples than that in 10g. Unfortunately when 9i removed OLE2, they also removed the help, and it did not come back when webutil reintroduced CLIENT_OLE2.

  • Linking errors (LNK2001) for NIDAQ functions such as _NIDAQErrorHandler@12

    I am getting linking errors (LNK2001) when I try to build any of the C++ EXAMPLES that came with my NI PCI6052E (for instance AOonePoint.C). I think I've included all the necessary libs in my project but I can't get past the linker (I'm using MS VC++ 6.0) and the actual errors read something like:
    Linking...
    AOonePoint.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _NIDAQErrorHandler@12
    AOonePoint.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _AO_VWrite@16
    AOonePoint.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _NIDAQWaitForKey@8

    You will need to add two library files to your project. To do this, select 'Project' from VC++ menu bar, then 'Add to Project' >> Files. Then follow this path to the files.
    /Program Files/National Instruments/NI-DAQ/Lib
    You will have to change 'Files of Type' to 'All Files.'
    The two files to add are nidaq32.lib and nidex32.lib.

  • Shipping  Charge for free goods Error FF805 Tax statement item missing o0

    Hi,
    We handle a lot of free goods and Subsequent deliveries which are free of charge.
    The item category has been set "relevant for billing"  and "100% discount (B)" for relevant for pricing.
    We have absolutely no trouble in billing and creating the accounting document for the free goods.
    However, sometimes the client would like to charge shipping/handling/freight cost to customers on this. In this case (the net value is 0 and freight will have some amount), billing document is generated as expected but accounting document doesn't.
    We get the error "Tax statement item missing for tax code O0" FF805"
    We think this happens because the net value being $0.00.
    In pricing procedure all the shipping and tax condition types have requirement '2' (and I tried with blanks also)
    How to correct this issue?  The client wants to bill the customer for freight even if net value is $0.00.

    Firstly , Check wheather the tax code O0 is assigned to MWST condition type in VK12 .
    Secondly check wheather that tax code you assigned is an input / output tax .
    Finally check what tax procedure has been assigned . and check wheather that tax code is available in that tax procedure or not

    We are getting an error when releasing billing document to accounting in 4.7system.
    Error: FF805 Tax statement item missing for tax code O0
    No tax item exists for tax code O0 in a G/L account item. A possible cause is an incorrect transfer of
    parameters by the application to the Accounting interface.

    I am sorry for the late reply, but I started (in fact) to work in SDN Forum this year, even I entered earlier.
    We have many FF805 errors reported by customers and the same solution has resolved the problem. Please note that the SD-FI interface changed from earlier releases. The note 400766 eplxains the checks made.
    So it is possible that now you get error message FF805, when in an earlier release you didn't get it, eventhough no customizing change.
    Please review note -> 392696   R/3 Tax Interface Configuration Guide
    However please note => In the vast majority of cases, error FF805 occurs because of an error in your pricing procedure. The attached note 112609 explains in detail how tax codes are transfered to conditions.
    The note 400766 explains the checks performed by the system on the Tax codes:
    1. system checks whether there is a revenue line for each tax line.
    2. in the reverse case, for each revenue line containing a certain tax indicator there must be a tax line with this indicator.
    If the tax condition has condition value zero and condition base value zero, then it is not transferred to FI.
    If you have revenue lines containing a tax indicator XX, but no tax line with tax indicator XX, then the error FF805 issues, and it is justified. => Please check these informations.
    -> EXAMPLE
       If tax condition MWST has base amount zero and value zero; for this reason it is not passed to accounting. But, according to the criteria reported by note 112609, its tax indicator EG: A7
       has been assigned to the condition EG: ZBR1.
       So in accounting there would be a revenue line with tax indicator A7, but there isn't any tax line with indicator A7 (because MWST doesn't pass to FI). The note 400766 states situation is unallowed, and error FF805 is justified.

  • Acrobat error message when trying to open a .pdf, usine Acrobat 6.0 and need this version for distiller function.

    Have Acrobat 6.0 and 9.0 installed. I need 6.0 for distiller function. Whenever I try to open a .pdf file in a site I get an error message that Acrobat has a problem and the file will not open.

    You can initiate a Repair installation from Control Panel > Programs by clicking on the Acrobat 9 installation, choosing 'Change' then following the prompts for a repair install.
    I missed the part where you mentioned the error was occurring on launch.  Sorry about that.

    Please check the validity period for Absence type 100 configuration.
    Also pass this Error message to your HR Functional consultant. It is the configuration issue and your FM have to take care of this issue.

    I've activated ALC authorization for DMS. In EDMS, when trying to add an user to a DIR with search function an error occurres as below.
    'Missing authorization for this functionality'
    BTW, the user has contains SAP_ALL profile. It can't be any authorization reasons.

    authorization checks will not happen if the search help from sap-gui.I
    think the problem is releted to missing implementation of "check
    function module" from your side. If the search help is linked to a
    "master data table" (type A) a check function must be implemented to
    check the permission of the user.

    Table T77RCF_SMASK has  reference to T77RCF_SMG_ASM.
    When compared the two tables we found that following entries are missing in T77RCF_SMASK:

    Can you please guide on what should be the entry for these in table T77RCF_SMASK? Would appreciate if full table entries are shown in answer for future users.
    Missing entries are causing error "Customizing table T77RCF_SMASK  contains no corresponding entry for SMASK_ID = 0071 and so on in SLG1 logs display.
