Al intentar descargar photoshop me aparece este mensaje "Error de descarga. No se ha podido acceder a los servidores de adobe. Compruebe la coneccion a internet, la configuracion del firewall e intentelo de nuevo (500)" no se por que me sucede ya tengo illustrator.

Para descargar, e instalar, Photoshop está utilizando el panel de Creative Cloud?
Cómo descargó Illustrator?
También es posible que en este tiempo se haya modificado de alguna forma la configuración del ordenador, firewalls, cuenta de usuario,.... Compruebe por favor que también tiene desactivados los antivirus, mientras intenta descargar el programa.

    Ese fichero (al que tú le llamas «archivo») está corrupto, dañado, muy probablemente irremediablemente.

    For starters, please make sure that you have the most current version of Reader installed by choosing Help > Check for Updates.

    If all else fails, you can try one of 2 things (I will assume you are talking about Reader - though this is not the Reader forum). Use ctrl-alt-del to go to the task list. Kill AcroRd32.exe. Then try again. If that does not work, a reboot will probably solve the problem.

    I originally had Adobe Photoshop Extended, then upgraded to the Production Suite. I ran the Adobe Cleaner, and that uninstalled most Adobe products, including my existing Adobe install, and then I re-installed everything with the same error code. Since CS4 came with CS5, I've installed AE CS4, but would really like to upgrade because I'm new to Creative Suite, and not sure how CS4 integrates with CS5...CS4 After Effects installed perfectly. I do have a 64 bit system, and installing to an OCZ Vertex 2....every other suite installs perfectly, except AE. And I think that is the coolest program in the Suite. I thank you all so much for taking the time to help, I really want to get AECS5 running...I did try to install after doing the recommended items Adobe suggests for Exit Codes 6 and 7, including turning off many startups...

    I am using Adobe reader XI. When i open PDF it gives "OUT of memory" error after scrolling PDF gives another alert "Insufficient data for an image". after clicking both alerts it loads full data of PDF. It is not happening with all PDFs. couple of PDFs are facing this issue. Because of this error my software is not able to print these PDFS into TIFF. My OS in window7*64. I tried it on win2012R2 and XP. Same issue is generating there.
    It has become critical issue for my production.

    alguien sabe como poder descargar un programa en appstore. es que me iso el cargo a la tarjeta sale que esta listo y que esta descargando, pero en lapso de un tiempo arroja un error y no descarga mas. lo rarro que veo en la descarga es que el indicador ( el %) de la descarga no concuerda con los megabit descargados.

    Haz intentado usar otro tipo de conección ya sea DSL en vez de wifi o utilizar la de un amigo? o conoces a alguien más que quiera el sistema operativo y ver si se puede descargar en otra computadora ( se supone que puedes descargar el mismo sistema de la misma cuenta hasta 5 computadoras diferentes) revisaste a ver si cumples los requerimientos del sistema para Mountain Lion, e hiciste software update a tu sistema operativo actual.
    No soy experta en esto pero todo esto que te mencioné pueden ser cosas que pueden influir en la descarga.
