Hi,
Try checking in It0008 the field Work/hours Period (DIVGV). The issue must be there. In there you probably have a 0 and you must have the numbers of hours of work. Check that field. If you have a number different than 0 then the issue is some place else. If the number is 0 you can enter the hours manually for now to solve it, but you will have to check some configuration of the working times because that field should be fill automatic.
Check that and if the problem is not in there told us and maybe we can help find another solution.

Try completely removing and reinstalling iTunes and all related components; you may need to do this multiple times. It won't normally affect the iTunes library, but that should be backed up anyway.

Time Machine Error: The backup was not performed because an error occurred

G'day (from Queensland, Australia)
Not for the first time Time Machine has broken down - originally in September 08 (I just can't recall how I fixed it!!).
Now it has failed after 14 months of faultless performance.
There seems to be little help available, but searching for solutions finds plenty of problems.
I get the message "The backup was not performed because an error occurred while copying to the backup disk.
The problem may be temporary. Try again later to back up. If the problem persists, use Disk Utility to repair you backup disk."
(I have a Time Capsule as my backup disk)
Disk Utility runs and finds-
Verifying volume “Backup of xxxxxx’s iMac”

So I search and find "Fix for broken Time Machine backups under Snow Leopard"
(http://www.andrewgrant.org/2009/09/22/fix-for-broken-time-machine-backups-under- snow-leopard.html) - downgrading to 7.4.1 of the Airport Extreme / Time Capsule firmware.
But still have the same Time Machine error!
On to http://forums.macosxhints.com/showthread.php?t=103919&highlight=TimeMachineError
and try-
"... suggesting would be something like renaming the existing TimeMachine file on your backup disk - e.g. add a date to the end of it.
And then go onto Time Machine preferences and set it up as if it were the first time you used it. (Renaming the file on the backup disk should make Time Machine think that you are starting fresh.)"
So, using Finder, I opened my Time Capsule and renamed "xxxxxx’s iMac_00224135e6fb.sparsebundle" as "091222xxxxxx’s iMac_00224135e6fb.sparsebundle091222"
And finally, this worked - I have my backups to 22 December and a complete backup as at today and hopefully for at least another 14 months!

You can try to contact your local dealer and see if they can help. Other way, contact nearest Toshiba authorized service provider. If they can confirm that recovery media is not OK they can order new one for you. For free I think.

Lion server postfix errors (and mail is NOT configured to run)

I rebooted my Lion 10.7.1 server today and the logs (kernel and server) started filling up with the following:

Mail is not configured to run on my server, I've changed nothing on my system, yet the logs are getting bloated with these messages as they repeat every 10 seconds.
I've checked the LaunchAgents and LaunchServices directories (and the plists in side), StartupItems, etc. I cannot figure out why postfix is constantly attempting to start by itself. It is running for short periods of time because if I time it right, "sudo postfix stop" returns a "stopping postfix"

Reverse Termination Error The employee is not assigned to a Payroll

Hello,
I am trying to reverse terminate an employee, but I am getting the following error while doing so.
Oracle Version : Release 12.1.1
"APP-PAY-06047: This employee is not assigned to a Payroll
Cause: You cannot create Nonrecurring, additional, adjustment or override element entries for employees who are not assigned to a Payroll."
Please if anyone can help in resolving this error, and what might be causing this error, as all other employees are successfully reverse terminated, except this one.

Actually the patch will be applicable, if the scenario matches with the bug. But the scenario is not as mentioned in the mentalink note cause section.
Hence I cannot apply this patch for this issue, when the cause doesnt match. Like you, even I searched everywhere, but this issue is not logged or resolved anywhere.
Let me know, if you get any workaround or solution for this.

Error ORA-01460 warning ORA-01461 during running a mapping with parameters

Oracle 10g release2(10.2.0.1.0), OWB 10.2.0.1.31, Workflow server 2.6.4
I have a simple process flow ( start -> mapping -> end).
The mapping consists of 4 input groups(3 ordinary tables<INGRP1, INGRP2, INGRP3> and 1 mapping input parameter operator <INGRP4>), a joiner, a filter, an expression operator and 1 output group.
I want to use two variables in join condition, so I bound two mapping input parameters(<INGRP4.SRC_SYS_CDE> and <INGRP4.ADMIN_ORG_NUM>) with two parameters of the process flow's start activity.
Those two mapping input parameters are of type char, one is 4-char long and the other is 2-char long. So I set both of the two parameters of the start activity as String, one as 08, another as 7504.
My join condition is:
INGRP1.ORGIDT = INGRP2.SOURCEORGANIZATIONNO AND
INGRP2.SOURCESYSTEMCODE = INGRP4.SRC_SYS_CDE AND
INGRP2.ADMINORGANIZATIONNO = INGRP4.ADMIN_ORG_NUM AND
INGRP1.CURCDE = INGRP3.NUM(+)
There are no errors and warnings in validation, generation and deployment process, but when I run the process flow, it always finishes blankly(zero insert) with no error and warning messages. It should insert more than 20,000 rows.
When I run the mapping and set the parameters 08 and 7504 at the parameter prompt, then start, the following error and warning occurs.
Error ORA-01460: unimplemented or unreasonable conversion requested
Warning ORA-01461: can bind a LONG value only for insert into a LONG column
So what's the problem? How can I fix it?

The problem was mapping input parameter type.
VARCHAR2-type mapping input parameter works with String-type PF parameter. But CHAR-type won't.

RPC Error in ISE but not when I run manually in console

I'm having a very strange issue. I developed a function that invokes SCCM Machine policy refresh on a remote computer:

The function above is loaded from smodule.psm1 file.
I also have tried saving the ISE script above as a PS1 file and running it from the console but I get the same error. Both machines have executionPolicy set to bypass.
I have tried many different Firewall configurations to no avail as well. Not sure it would be a firewall issue anyway as it works from the console... Am I missing something?

Oddly enough, now after I fixed the quotes, it gives me the error in the console too...
I know it was working before because I was watching the SCCM logs on the client and when I would run it, the appropriate logs would start updating...
Update: opened a console window with Admin credentials and it worked...

RMBP Not Performing During Battery Charge

Hi...
I have been wondering lately why I am having so extreme RANDOM performance issues with the rMBP.
As indicated above, this is RANDOM.
Today I found out why...
Typically I will have my rMBP plugged in to the power adaptor.
But there are times where I'll bring it home after working in the studio.
Last night my Audio System was flying.
Then I brought it home with me and did some work (on the batt. charge) thus draining it to about 20%.
Then I came back in to the studio and plugged it in to the Power Adapter and booted last night's session.
The rMBP wasn't even capable of playing back the session It had played back the night before. Audio Dropouts all the time...
CPU Freezing etc etc...
That's when it hit me... It is charging...
I continued to try to work on the session the next 30 minutes, which was impossible...
The I kept watching its re-charge.. As it hit 98% (5 minutes left) I tried again... Same impossible result..
Then I waited the 2 minutes and as it was charged... Boom.. The session played back just fine...
I decided to remove the power adapter to trouble shoot... As the battery was being drained I had NO performance issues... What so ever...
As it hit 80% I plugged the Power Adapter back in and again.. Performance dropped to unuseable.
So here on my rMBP I can confirm that while it is being charged it is having immense issues with its performance... Audio Dropouts etc....
I cannot notice this while working in Mail, Safari etc... But as soon as I start using Pro apps like FCPx, Protools, Logic Pro etc..... It becomes VERY clear...
So if any of you are experiencing random performance issues, try waiting until the battery is fully charged and then see if those issues vanish...
I sure would like to know whether you are having those issues as well... If not, I'll take my unit to the repair shop

This should not happen. You have some type of hardware problem that needs to be fixed by Apple before the waranty runs out.
The system should run just as fast on battery at 100% to 10-20% and with the charger connected and charging the battery no matter what the remaining charge state is. With the AC adapter connected the system should run at the same speed whether the battery has 100% charge or 10% charge.
About the only time the system should slow down is if you are running it really hard it well draw power from both the battery and the AC charger as Apple does not supply chargers big enough, enough wattage output, to power the system from just the AC if you are TAXING the system. It will draw power from both the battery and the AC charger. But it should not slow down until the battery becomes complete drianed of charge.

Nike stops recording and sensor not reading during run

My receiver has been acting up as described. It will record up to a point and then "workout completed" will announce, with the miles already run. I have read in other posts here that it might have to do with sweat on the receiver. Maybe also with humidity, since it's been very hot and humid here in New York lately. Any suggestions?
Also, I have tried to set up an old iPhone 3G for the receiver, but when I plug it in, it says the iPhone already has a receiver, but I can't find it!

I haven't been actively looking for an answer since I first posted. I also haven't had a chance to go back to Verizon to try to get a new phone.
For now, I basically have to wipe the button down (pretty forcefully) after every few uses. I'm not sure if my thumb gets too oily/dirty/whatever because I do notice an imprint of my fingerprint on the button after a few uses and that's when it seems to start failing.
My fiance also has a 5S and she has not experienced this issue at all. I was hopeful that it was the phone but since the problem came back for you maybe it has something to do with our fingers? When I have a chance, I'll try to get my phone replaced to see if that fixes it but I don't have a good feeling about that.

Very strange error "(Hex 0xBFFF003E) Could not perform operation because of I/O error"

Hi everyone! I've seen many similar threads but I haven't found an answer. I'm using labview 8.5 and through visa i'm controlling a USB controller which communicates with an FPGA. This pcb, is connected to a second pcb which also has another FPGA and the data are transmitted from the usb controller to the first FPGA and to the second FPGA (and vice versa). The really strange thing is that the system had been working fine for severall months but now this error appears when i remove from its connector the jtag i use to program the FPGA located on the second pcb (!!!) and everything goes back to normal when i place it back! Could it be a hardware problem?

What protocole are you using to communicate to the board? If it is VISA then it could be a problem with the COM ports and resources on your computer. Is the session connecting to the FPGA still active when you are disconnecting it?

Hi,
As per error message the issue is because of zero value of SDIVP field.
SDIVP : Total working time measured in working hours. It shows shows how many hours the employee works in one payroll period.
The value SDIVP is the employee's basic pay divisor (field DIVGV, infotype P0008). That is Working Hours per Payroll Period field of IT0008 is not maintained for the employee. The default value is determined by the Planned Working Time infotype (0007).
But somehow it is missed in your case.
Check and maintain.
