Error downloading app - code 30511

I've just tried to download a slide lock app, and the money has been taken from my account. At the end, I got an error message - "Error getting the license", code 30511, and telling me to contact Blackberry App World. I can't even work out how to contact them!
Can anyone help?

It seems to contradict what you were otherwise instructed to do. But it does make sense...the app developer has a dedicated communication channel ("vendor portal") for raising issues with RIM regarding AppWorld issues. They need to exercise that and determine why their license key is not being generated/delivered to the end users.

Unexpected Error downloading apps

I have a curve 8530 and I am trying to download one of the free christmas apps from the blackberry app world website via computer. I have actually tried to download several free apps and each time when i click the sync button to start downloading I get an unexpected error occurred. I finally ended up downloading the yahoo instant messenger and a few others by doing it on my phone and had no problems. But when I go to the website on my laptop to download any of the other free apps with the phone connected via usb, I always get that unexpected error. I have already tried things like taking out the battery and having the phone restart and my computer has already rebooted once during this attempt. Does this always happen and I should just give up? I need a pdf reader and I would have to pay for it and I really need this downloading thing to work.

Microsoft does not have an answer either. Does anyone have a tool which extracts the symbol name of this error code? Perhaps that symbol name tells us more about the cause of this error. Anyway, please, report if a refurbishment via the Nokia Software Recovery Tool helped.

Unknown Error Downloading Apps

I have a iPhone 5 at the current firmware and I'm having problems dowloading apps. Once I click install and eneter my password I get a message pop up saying 'Unkown Error.' I click retry but it keeps putting me in a circle and this makes me unable to download anything. Anyone know whats wrong?

If you click sign out on store it won't let you sign back in. It give same unknown error. It's gotta be ITunes since log-in info works here.

I am trying to download the new rotate me application, but everytime i try there is an error, (online certificate error, contact application supplier)
i tried putting the date back to an earlier stage
i tried turning online certificate check off
i tried using a signed application (the error is: unable to install a protected application from an untrusted user)
i tried signing the application on my own but i need an account with symbian sign (which i can not get on a public email address)

What is the exact error message you are getting?
Would it be possible to collect the following log files from
LBS.log, DLM.log & DLM_Native.log
and zip them up to a single zip file and upload them to Creative Cloud, set the upload as public and available for download and then share the link here?
You log files will be stored in the user temp directory on Windows, you can access it by putting %TEMP%\AdobeDownload in a run prompt
or
Mac : ~/Library/Logs/AdobeDownload

Error downloading and running fpga code

Hi all,
I am getting an error downloading FPGA code to fpga board on another PC. It works fine from various other development machines but will not work with my laptop. Attached is the error code dialog box that comes up when I try to run the FPGA code. Has anyone seen anything like this before?

I guess I was a little lacking in details. All of the LabVIEW installs on all the PC's are the same. Windows service packs and security updates etc are close. My laptop has a bit extra on it with VMWare, wireless, some security software, other usb dongles for other software, etc. This only occurs with a compiled FPGA VI that I am trying to run on the FPGA with the LV front panel open. If I create windows VI and call the fpga code with an Open FPGA reference linked to a bitfile or a VI there is no problem. I have followed all the methods for connecting to the remote FPGA card. I have repeated the process with blank projects on my laptop and another PC and created the exact same code.
This is why I am asking if someone knows what the error code means to help narrow down the search. The visa check in MAX works and I can open the RIO Device Setup from the LabVIEW project.

I've been trying to download apps for my Lumia 800 for more than a day now, but I can't. The error message is "Marketplace isn't available at the moment. Please check back in a bit. Error code:805a01f5". I'm still able to download apps, as long as it's not Xbox Live apps, Skype, and some other apps. I tried uninstalling the Angry Birds trial I got 2 days ago and downloading it again through the marketplace but now I only get this error. Tried resetting my phone and fixing everything but still nothing.

If you have American Express, your 4-digit security code is on the front. If you have VISA or MasterCard, your 3-digit security code is outside the signature block on the back of your credit card. It happens to me also.

Tks heaps for that, had a look at Store and ITunes sections, not overly helpful unless I am missing something.
My issue is that on my computer she would update her iPhone with Software updates via iTunes.
I have gone and deleted her backups that were still sitting on there.
If I want to update my Apps on my iPhone when due her Apple ID and password request will come up as an option to use that account if I knew the password and it's synced from my Computer even though she has been gone 7 months now. Is it a syncing issue or is her Apple ID stored in my iTunes backups somehow and keeps coming back? Do I need to de-authorize her account from my Computer?

Trying to redeem a starbucks app code for an app on my IPad 2. I receive an error msg that says: redeem on your desktop. I AM following the directions for redeeming direct from/to IPad. I don't have an Apple desktop. Suggestions?

I know this thread is a little old but I thought I would share my experience in an effort to help others. My issue was related to the app I downloaded required a newer iOS version than the one I was running. I found this out by using iTunes to redeem the code for the app. Then I synced my phone with iTunes. That is when I got a msg about the app needing a newer iOS version.

After update to Mountain Lion (combo) 10.8.3, I got problems in all machine.
I download files from app Sore and I got error 103, I passed for some posts and tried the solutions but without success.
If i download any file I got corrupted dmg file.
Tried also to update and reinstall the osx mountain lion without success.
Anyone to help ?
