Error during the update

Hi everyone. I got a big problem. I updated my iTouch 4 (32 GO) , and there was an error . And now, my ipod ask me to sync with iTunes, but Windows & iTunes doesn't recognize the ipod. I reboot my computer, iTunes, my iPod, and nothing change ! Can you help me please ?

Waht ws the wording of the error message? Most give an error number. The following list possible errros and their resolution.

You might want to try placing the iPod in recovry mode and then try restoring the iPod via iTunes. This will erase the iPod. For recovery mode see:

A similar thing happened when I updated the ios on my ipad. But, I was able to reboot, and then restore from backup.   How can I get my ipod to reboot and allow restore when it is not even recognized as I reconnect to my computer?

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

after updating my iphone, the process is like asking the language, then the country, and then the wifi right? after i connected to the wifi, i pressed "next" then it says "Activating your Iphone" then suddenly it says "Activation Error". what does this mean? can i just restore the previous version of this iphone again?

You cannot install the previous version. "Activaton error" usually means that the phone was hacked or jailbroken to unlock it from the carrier it was locked to. It is now locked again to that carrier.

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.

What do I do if my iphone gets stuck in recovery mode during a software update, due to an error occuring during the update?

Error message jumped out during the update to i7.0.2. I clicked the backup before the update in case that this kind of problem might happen, but there is not that corresponding restoring point on the list at all. The software is really undeveloped. I went back to iOS 7 and my backup file is restoring but when its done nothing is on my phone still and only takes 11-15 minutes to restore the backup instead of taking 25+ minutes like usual so I guess the backup is corrupted. How can I fix this?

You may need to trade it in for a new iPhone.. is what it may sound like

Your iPhone is in recoverty mode at the moment so to possibly get it back up and running you would need to do a restore as you have been trying. Follow the steps in the article below for the specific error messages you have been receiving. If after following all steps the issue remains book an appointment at a local Apple Retail Store to have the iPhone evaluated.

Hi John,
I customized the standerd Transfer BR according to my requirement. And I am using the customized form.
I tried to change the Action in (Action is smart list) in the form, it is getting saved but with the error There was an error during the save process.
My requirement is Action updated through BR only. But it is not updating. Previously the same BR worked fine.
Is there any relationship between the error and the Action was not updating?

Tp error during spam update

I got an error during spam update. The version is ECC 6.0. It got terminated during the phase IMPORT_OBJECT_LIST. how it can rectified.

Hi, I've got Creative Cloud, on a Mac Pro late 2010, 6 Core, 3.3 Gz, which has just been emptied and re-set with Yosemite. I've downloaded the Adobe stuff I need, especially Ps, Il, Id, Pp, Ae and Lightroom 5. Everything works find except Lightroom which doesn't open, giving me this message each time: "There has been an error during the modification of the modules." There is no error number attached and the program freezes. I've got a deadline which has been broken because I can't finish the work I've started in Lightroom 5 on my old computer which I deactivated in order to run the new one. Now I don't know what to do nor where to look for the problem. I've placed the Lightroom Library on an external LaCie 4Big 8Tb Raid 5.

Rentals can only play on one device/computer at a time. Have you tried to play on the computer and still have that window open?
Have you transferred the rental to iPod/iPhone or iPad to watch?

1). Looks like SM59 Remote user has some issues. Can you check whether the user's are locked ?
2). You can also correct this is TA STMS. Here you navigate to "System Overview (Shift+F6)".
On the following screen, you select "Generate RFC DESTINATIONS" which can be found under "Extras".
3). Please click on source system and restore the BW source system
Please check the below 2 SAP Notes.
538052 and 644015.This might solve your problem.
