ERROR: E_ADEPT_IO Activate Error %20#2032

I have tried many times today (11/8) to authorize my new Astak EZReader Pocket Pro device but always get the subject error message a short time after being told that Adobe Digital Editions is "Connecting to Authorization Server".  This new reader is a replacement for a defective unit which authorized without a problem about one month ago.  Any suggestions for getting around this problem will be greatly appreciated.
I forgot to mention a very wierd attendant problem:  each time I try the device authorization and get this error message, I find that my internet connection has been lost and the only way I can restore it is to shut down and restart.  As long as I don't attempt the ADE device authorization, my internet connection (via Verizon FiOS) functions normally. This one really has me stumped.

Additional updated information from initial poster:  I am working actively and closely with the E-reader device support team to determine if the problem is being caused by the reader rather than with Digital Editions.  A further update will be posted just as soon as a determination is made one way or the other.

    Please

    I Finally got mine to work. I hadn't changed anything on my computer,  but it just started giving me this error and the E_ADEPT_DATABASE error  out of the blue. Nothing really worked. I tried redownloading the  program, restarting my computer, changing my internet settings to  "automatically detect...", yelling, anger, sadness, evil eye.. you get  the point. Anywho, after several successful attempts, this is what works  for me:
    By the way, I run Win 7 and mainly use ff. Unfortunately, FF does not work with this.
    Using the search bar in Win 7, type in "Allow". This should pop up  the link to "Allow a program through Windows Firewall". Clickety-click.
    Click on the button that says "Change settings". (Maybe be fast or slow).
    If Adobe Digital Editions is listed, click it (I have home/work checked but not public). If it is not listed - Click on "Allow another program.." (really that what the button says. Find Adobe Digital Editions and click.
    Click on OK.
    Open the acsm link through Internet Explorer (FF won't work). It should download no problems.
    I have tried this with FF and it did not work. I had to go back and "Allow" ade again.
    Works in IE if I automatically detect... or not.
    Is still annoying because it worked fine before. I want things back the way they used to be!
    I know that this is somewhere on the Adobe site but I had a hard time finding it.
    I know I talk too much but wanted to explain in detail (yes, I know it's a lot of detail.

    Hi Sunil,
    Thanks a lot.
    I can't modify the Communication structure like in SAP note 602318, maybe because it's an InfoSource for InfoObject.
    I tried to re-install this business content just with flow before. And It works.

    I recieved a message that MSVCR80.ddl was missing and iTunes would activate. After reinstalling iTunes, I'm receiving an "Error 7 (Windows error 126)" msg. What should I do?

    Hello, Jack.
    You will find this article helpful in troubleshooting the error that you are receiving.

  • HST60: qms$trans_errors.display_messages does not activate error window

    Using qms$trans_errors.display_messages; does not activate the error window. The window is popped but is not activated and no errors are shown. When activating the error window the errors are shown.
    Help needed.

    I have the same problem...
    My scenario is:
    I have a form with one block, a control block that collects data then from a when-button-pressed trigger on a button also on the control block, I call server-side code that updates tables (using the Tapi upd/ins/del procedures) but when a BR error occurs and returns to the form , the error block pops-up but is greyed out, only when I click on the block do the errors appears ok.
    NOTE: this only happens the first time the server code is run any subsequent times the error block displays fine.....
    code in ON-ERROR at form level:
    /* CGAP$TES_SEQUENCE_BEFORE */
    begin
    qms$event_form('ON-ERROR');
    end;
    code in ON-ERROR at block level:
    /* CGAP$OLES_SEQUENCE_BEFORE */
    begin
    qms$event_ctrl_block('ON-ERROR');
    end;
    I tried the sychronize and then moving to the block after the on-error code , but it made no difference.
    Regards David Short.

  • E recruitment -career and job Error u201CAn internal error occurred. Please try

    Hi All
    The issue is E recruitment regarding career and job (internal candidate) in this page select candidate profile I am getting Error u201CAn internal error occurred. Please try again lateru201D  (my client using BSP and Portal)
    I was checked T- code  SLG1 but it show Errors 1) Periodic service was not executed due to concurrent service2) The error occurred in program RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES line 41
    And also I checked T u2013 code SICF for services hrrcf_start_int tested but here also getting error u201CAn internal error occurred. Please try again lateru201D
    Please any one guide me for how to resolve the issue
    Regards
    Eshwar

    Hello Eshwraj,
    Please check out the following :
    Please check transaction SM37 and check have you create a periodical job for program COM_SE_DISPATCHER. If this is the case this is not correct - only RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES has to run as periodical job which indexes the objects then.
    Please delete your COM_SE_DISPATCHER job and activate the RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES job again and test the service run afterwards.
    The services DISPATCH_CPOINTER_FOR_PUB_INT and DISPATCH_CPOINTER_FOR_PU_EXT of program RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES do the pre-work which means that they create the change pointers for the
    postings which are then processed by program COM_SE_DISPATCHER. These services are only called by program RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES. COM_SE_DISPATCHER can't do that alone. Report COM_SE_DISPATCHER is
    called automatically.
    Best Regards,
    Deepak..

    Why do I get this kind of actionscript error? Everytime my page loads up this error immediately shows up:
    [RPC Fault faultString="HTTP request error" faultCode="Server.Error.Request" faultDetail="Error: [IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2032: Stream Error. I checked the said URL and this is my code of total.php:
    <?php
    $projName = mysql_real_escape_string($_POST["projNameTI"]);
    $query = "SELECT itemno, divno,descs,qty,unit,unitcost,qty*unitcost as subtotal, SUM(qty*unitcost) as total,psid,project_id FROM projectspecs
    Where project_id = (SELECT project_id FROM project where name='$projName')";
    $result = mysql_query($query) or die ("Query failed: ".mysql_error() ."Actual query: ". $query);
    ?>
    It seems that this code works perfectly
    Can someone please help me about this problem, just an explanation how to get this well.
    Hoping for a response.

    http://localhost/trytryjfsjfs-debug/total.php?projNameTI=3       (what ever you have as the id in the db.)
