  • Error as S: /SAPAPO/RRP: 003 0010005690 while release Collective prdn order

    Hi Experts,
When I try to release the collective production order in R/3 with CO05N transaction am getting error as mentioned below,
    S: /SAPAPO/RRP: 003 000010005690
    Message no. /SAPAPO/RRP003
Please guide me the steps what action I should take in APO part and what has gone wrong.
Request you to give me the earliest reply.
My collective production order is as below,
10005690 for child material and 10005691 for header material.
    Cheers,
    Kumar.S

    Hi Kumar,
T-code- /N/SAPAPO/OM17 has to run when there is less or no load in the system.
Once you enter in to the OM17 screen lock the queues inbound and outbound. If posible lock the users.
Then select consistency check. there you will find multiple options to run consistency. Select them and execute in the background. It will take 3 to 4 hours based on your system data. Once it is completed then go to the same screen and select evaluate last background jod button. You will get all the inconsistencies there then select correct the inconsistencies.
After this then run /N/SAPAPO/CCR. Give the logical system of R/3 and the plants.
Select the planned orders and Manufacturing orders and execute.
You will get all the inconsistencies overe there. For there correct the inconsistencies.
    Hope this will help you.
    Regards,
    Kishore Reddy.

  • Error while creating Order - ERROR S:\SAPAPO\RRP3

    Hello all.
We have a planning version called "Planej". The goal of this
version is for forecasting simulation .
A few days ago, starts showing this error:
    "S:/SAPAPO/RRP:718 40401681 WAS0
    Error occurred while creating order"
I thinking in inconsistency in this version.
I tried /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER but don't delete the forecasts.
    Someone know another function?
    Best Regards

    Hi
    Try /SAPAPO/RLCDEL

  • TIME_OUT error with /sapapo/rtsinput_cube

We are in the process of cutting over to a new
planning area ZPA2 with data from a backup InfoCube
    (ZIC21), and the /sapapo/rtsinput_cube program
is failing with a TIME_OUT error.
The overall job finishes with a success message,
although data is only partially loaded in to the
planning area. When you look at the spool, the first
steps are green, then the job times out for the
    subsequent steps.
We ran this first with 3 key figures being loaded
from cube to planning area for approx 1/5 of 464000
CVCs for 5 years in monthly buckets only.
This errored with SAPSQL_INVALID_FIELDNAME message as
well as the TIME_OUT error message, and data was
loaded partially in the ZPA2 planning area (only 2
    months).
We then reduced the time horizon from 5 years of
months to be only 1 year in months.
This errored with the TIME_OUT error message. Again,
data was partially loaded in to the planning area
(about 7 of the 12 months was loaded).
The prime issue is with the constant time out.
Has anyone any idea how to solve this problem ?

not sure what version you are using but if you are on the latesr versions, its a good idea to use parallel processing - you can find it on the additonal settings tab
you can also set it to copy only the specified period (previously it copied the whole bucket in the planning area to cover the time period)
if you are in versions that dont support this - then you can create parallel jobs that get triggered by an event or use a process chain and run this in parallel. As long as you dont overlap the periods it should be fine
you should also ask your basis team to check the time out set up for the application and get it extended (you can see this in rz11 i think and choosing the correct parameter - would leave it to the basis folks to help in this) Alternately check your processing power and see if you can get it increased

I have the same problem... on the same configuration.

  • CIF Error - FM /SAPAPO/CIF_PROD_INBOUND not found

    Hi Experts,
I am configuring CIF on a fresh ECC & APO system, I have made the required configurations, but when i am trying to CIF the Location-Product, it failed
The blocked queue gave the termination message with :-
    Function Module / SAPAPO/CIF_PROD_INBOUND not found  &
Function Module / SAPAPO/CIF_GEN_EVENT not found
When I checked the result on the APO side, to my surprise, I am able to see the Locations getting created but no product.
    Please suggest.
    Regards
    Manu

    Manu,
You can suppose anything you wish.  Better, though, to actually find out.  The userid I am talking about is the userid found in your ERP-to-SCM RFC connection, which is determined by YOUR company.  I cannot say if the userid is RFCUSER since I have no access to your system.
So, in ERP, SM59 > select ABAP connections > select the RFC connection used to connect to your SCM system.  Under the Logon & Security tab will be the name of the Userid that core interface will be using to 'talk' to SCM.  Write down this userid.
Now log onto SCM, and do SU01 on that userid.  Review his authorizations. It is OK to assign SAP_ALL to this userid for development purposes as a temporary measure.  Probably a good idea to make him 'dialogue' as well until all of your interface debugging is done.
In order to determine errors with interface, refer to the logs in SCM.  In SCM, SLG1 > Object CIF, everything else all asterisks, select a suitable date range.  If you see no logs, you probably need to turn on logging  /SAPAPO/C4
I strongly recommend that you thoroughly read the 2 documents I posted earlier.  If this is your first try at connecting an ERP to an SCM system,  the time will be well spent.
    Best Regards,
    DB49

  • No unit found for selected resource ( error message /SAPAPO/SDP318 )

    Hello
I am loading resource using standard SNP Planning book. When I try to load the resource, I am getting this error message "No unit found for selected resource". Can someone tell me where in the resource I set the UOM that corresponds to Planning book UOM.
    Thanks for the hlep.
    Najam

    Hi,
Please check the type of the resource. This should be a single Mixed or Multi Mixed resource to maintain the SNP capacity.
And also run cons check / live cache check
    Thanks,
    Venkat

  • Error while triggering CTP

    Dear Experts,
In our scenario we are using standard method of GATP with CDP along with CTP.
First time run of GATP gives Planned Orders against my sales order requirement then i have deleted the Planned Orders and again trigerred the GATP which is giving following error code -
    /sapapo/rrp322.
    Please advise ...
    thanks
    Sumit Kalyan

    Hello Sumit,
I did some search trying to help you.
    Here what I found:
The error message /SAPAPO/RRP 322 was introduced into the system from
release 3.1, by note 512907, to recognize the recursion when Extended Order Generation
(EOG) is used in APO. Here a maximum number of recursive runs for a
    product was restricted to 3.
Also, on note 660857 it gets some explanation.
    I hope it helps.
    Thanks and regards,
    Michel Bohn

  • Error while activating POS - Message /SAPAPO/TSM154

    Hi,
We have installed SCM 2007 in our landscape recently. We are facing problem in Activating the standard POS objects like 9ADPBAS, 9ASNPBAS etc., we get error as " Planning Object Structure is invalid".
We tried to create a new MPOS in the system, but can not activate the same. We get error message /SAPAPO/TSM154. In Service Marketplace we have a note 1152453 for this kind of error, but while implementing we again get error stating "Cannot be implemented". Diagonsis states " SAP Note does not contain valid correction instructions".
Have anyone faced similar problems? Please help us out.
    Thanks,
    Rajesh Manoharan

    Hi,
    Thanks for the reply.
I tried to use the report "/SAPAPO/TS_PSTRU_GEN" to check, but it gives Generation Error when I run it. No diagonsis attached to that error.
When I tried to use the transaction and check for inconsistency, it says the POS is not active.

  • Error while running background deployment, program /SAPAPO/RMSDPDEP

    Hi all,
For the second time in 3 months, I encounter this strange error while running a daily background deployment job, using program /SAPAPO/RMSDPDEP.
The job starts correctly and does a part of its job, but then interrupt with this message in the job log :
      -->  "no valid simulation guid"  (class SAPAPO/OM_TS, n° 101)
      -->  "Unknown error"  (class SAPAPO/OM, n° 100)
      -->  "Job cancelled  after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE"  (class 00, n° 564)
I just can't find any clue about what causes the problem...
Did anyone encounter that kind of difficulties before ? Any help would be usefull...
    Thanks !
    Fabrice

    Hi Siva,
In this range of time, I effectively run 13 parallel deployment jobs, as follow :
    n° 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 : same location (factory 1) and each treats a products selection
    n° 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 : same location (factory 2) and each treats a products selection
    n° 11 : all products of factory 3
    n° 12 : all products of factory 4
    n° 13 : all products of factory 5
A product can only be produced in a single location, so there might not have access concurencies during parallel jobs. Do you think it could be some kind of a technical problem (not enough process available ?). Note that the problem can't come from CPU, we use CPU auto-allocation, and it works well.
    What do you think ?
    Thanks
    Fabrice

    Thanks in advance

    Hello Rafael,
Apparently you did not generate the customizing using FBICC. If you have not invested much effort in customizing settings I suggest that you implement note 1172591 and generate the customizing via transaction FBICC. After you run this and make sure that the transaction data tables are activated the programs should run (provided the customizing for the companies in FBIC032 is correct). Please go through the generated customizing settings and make sure that everything looks OK...
I also recommend implenting note 1161993. Whether you run FBICC or not it will help when going through the customizing settings. The most likely cause for the error messages is that there are some incorrect settings in your field catalog and due to this also in the display hierarchy setup.
I hope this helps you in your efforts,
    Ralph

  • BDC batch interface error /SAPAPO/SCC05

I have created an ABAP program that does a CALL TRANSACTION to transaction /SAPAPO/SCC05 (in an APO program).  If I run the program in foreground (the CALL TRANSACTION in background mode), everything works correctly.  However, when I try to run the program as a batch job, I receive an error message: "Error calling up user interface components".
I tried changing the CALL TRANSACTION to simply create a BDC session I could run via SM35.  The BDC, when run in background mode, gives the same error, but runs fine in foreground.
I located an OSS Note (below) that references the error message (/SAPAPO/SCC 032) (<--message class/message number).  I tried changing the settings outlined in the alternative solution in the OSS note, but the problem is still there.
In addition, I have tried to toggle all the different parameters that one has control over in the CALL TRANSACTION (default screen-size, commit work, etc.)  No differences that I could find.
Has anyone run into a similar issue?  I can be reached at [email protected].  Thank you.
    Here is the OSS Note:

         Responsible         SAP AG
         Component           SCM-APO-OCX
                             ActiveX controls
         Long text
         Symptom
When you call the graphical PPM maintenance or SCC/SCE, the system
displays error message "Error calling up user interface components"
         /SAPAPO/SCC032
         Additional key words
         APO-SCC
         Cause and prerequisites
You installed a valid APO Frontend patch correctly. When you use
PPM/SCE/SCC now a very rare constellation can occur, a graphical user
setting may be outside of the allowed value area. Thus, when you call
the respective application for the specific user the system displays an
         error message of the frontend.
         Solution
         Workaround:
If possible, create a new user ID for the respective user.
         Alternatively:
In database table /SAPAPO/CP_USRPRfor the respective user and for the
respective application (field APPLID) set fields 'MAP CO ********' to
initial (value 0). Note that for changes directly in database tables you
         have to be very careful
A solution is being developed. We will update this note as soon as
         possibly.

Hey Mike.   If it is using any enjoy controls, it is really not a good idea to do a BDC over the transaction.    You should find another way to do the transaction,  maybe there is a BAPI available or a function module.  Or, is there a transaction that does the same with out the controls.  In R/3 v46c,  there are transaction like ME21(Creat Po) that is the old version, but works the same way as the ME21N which is the enjoy transaction.
My advise is to find another way to do the transaction besides using the tcode that you are currently using.  I know that this is not much help.  Sorry

  • /SAPAPO/OM_REORG_DAILY error

    Hi folks,
I have an issue with transaction LCA03 in SCM 5.0. It shows a red light at "Critical logging event" --> ReorgDaily. When I check the log, I can see that the background job /SAPAPO/OM_REORG_DAILY is terminating every night with the following error message:
"No planning version active in current client" and then "Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE."
We work in client 100. In client 100, I checked transaction /SAPAPO/MVM and there is planning version 000 active.
When I check SM36 --> standard jobs, there are several background jobs (standard jobs) scheduled and running, but all seem to run in Client 000. One of these is /SAPAPO/OM_REORG_DAILY.
How can I get this fixed? Do I have to delete the standard job /SAPAPO/OM_REORG_DAILY and create it again, in client 100? What about the other jobs, that are running fine in Client 000 (/SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_OLD_SIMSESS, SLCA_LCK_SYNCHOWNERS)? Do they make sense there? Or does it not matter, in which client these jobs run?
Sorry, but the client concept is new to me and I couldn't find info on this with regard to these jobs.
    Thank you for helping, Matthias

    Hi, thanks for your answers!
I first checked the job log in transaction SM36 for /SAPAPO/OM_REORG_DAILY. From there comes the error message I provided.
/SAPAPO/OM11 shows all occurences for /SAPAPO/OM_REORG_DAILY, they all failed and only ran in client 000. Also, DelOldRegs (/SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_OLD_SIMSESS) are shown with a yellow light, all are shown for client 000 only.
I now ran the job /SAPAPO/OM_REORG_DAILY manually on client 100 from transaction SE38.
It first shows an information window which says: /sapapo/om_reorg_daily Scheduled Daily: 100 --> See /sapapo/om13.
Then a new Informtion windows with: Analysis of LC and LCA objects shows errors.
If I go again to transaction LCA03, there are only two red traffic lights:
-/sapapo/om_reorg_daily 100 (I think I just have to schedule the job for client 100 here daily, since now it is only scheduled in client 000)
-Critical logging event: This shows the error, that /SAPAPO/OM_REORG_DAILY failed in the last nights (when it was running in client 000. It failed with the error message given earlier.)
What to do? Just schedule the job for client 100 and delelte the standard job for client 000? Because I cannot schedule two standard jobs with the same program to be executed.
    Thanks again, Matthias
