Error: El esquema especificado no es válido. al montar en servidor de producción
Al momento de montar al servidor de producción un servicio que esta hecho con MVC .Net me aparece este error:
El esquema especificado no es válido.
Supongo que tiene que ver con el Entity, estoy utilizando la versión 5 y el framework 4.0 con mysql.

Estou implementando MP135 no 4.6 (TAXBRJ) SPK SAPKA46C61 (61).
Quando estamos realizando o faturamento da erro que não foi possivel criar o documento contabil, e ai vamos na VF02 e tentamos fazer a liberação do documento e a criação do documento contabil, porem da a mensagem abaixo:

Alguem de vocês já passou por isso? Já pegaram um problema semelhante a esse?
Uma coisa que eu fiz foi entrar na tabela J_1BCBTAXPROCV e inserir os esquemas de calculo de SD, ele até libera para realizar a contabilização quando eu insiro, porem ele contabiliza de forma incorreta trazendo somando todos os valores preço liquido mais impostos em apenas uma conta.
Mas isso não está correto, precisando que seja contabilizado de forma separada.
Você sabem de algo que possa me ajudar?

Para solução desse problema foram feitos os seguintes ajustes:
1. Atribuição da chave de conta BRI para as condições de Offset para PIS e COFINS.
2. E nas condições ICO2 e IPS2 nas classes de condições eu alterei de D u2013 Impostos para A u2013 Suplementos e Deduções.
3. Depois fui na transação KE4I e atribui as condições ICN3, IPS3, ICO2 e IPS2 paras contas de CO-PA.
Foi essa solução encontrada.

EF ProviderManifestToken issue when updating ODAC Beta 3 to final release
Hi everybody,
We're using ODAC (connecting to a Oracle 9i) with VS2010, developing with .NET Framework 4 using Entity Framework. We started our developments using ODAC Beta 1, and we have been updating the ODAC every time that a new Beta was released and everything was going like expected, but we're having trouble with the last update, from ODAC Beta 3 to the final release (11.2.0.3). Note that we have only one ODAC installed at the time, for every update we first uninstall the old release, then we install the new ones and finally we update the application references to the new Oracle.DataAccess.dll.
The first error occurred when the application attempt to access the DB, the message we got was: "+ProviderManifestToken no es válido+" ("*ProviderManifestToken is not valid*") .
We tried updating the model (EDMX) from the database (the only change made was an update in the EDMX SSDL content from ProviderManifestToken="9i" to ProviderManifestToken="9.2"), then another error came out: "+El esquema especificado no es válido. Errores: Modelo.ssdl (2,93) : error 0169: Los artefactos SSDL deben tener como destino el mismo proveedor. ProviderManifestToken '9i' es diferente de '9.2' que se encontró antes.+" (something like "*The specified schema is not valid. All SSDL artifacts must target the same provider. The ProviderManifestToken '9i' is different from '9.2' that was encountered earlier.*"). We did some research about this error, but couldn’t find any solution... does anyone know how the update from Beta 3 to Final Release should be done? are we missing any configuration?

LucasODAC Beta 3 (11.2.0.2.50) starts to use two most-significant digits of an Oracle database version number for ProviderManifestToken.
You have no problem with ODAC Beta 3 by modifying '9i' to '9.2' for ProviderManifestToken. But when updating ODAC Beta 3 to final release (11.2.0.3) and doing the same modifications, the said "another error" occurs. That seems to indicate the issue is not about ProviderManifestToken itself.
I am wondering if there are different store schemas in your edmx file and the error is caused by schema filtering.
For example, having differnet store schemas for the Schema= like below.

Problem to update Boot Camp 2.0 to 2.1 on WinXP
When I user "Apple Software Update" on XP,I get error "Erro ao aplicar Transformações. Verifique se os caminhos de transformações especificados são válidos." In english is something like "Error applying transformations. Make sure the paths of specified changes are valid.".
When I do download update file, same error happens...

So it's a full install package that I'm using (comes in a blue box) and not an OEM version (even though I've tried that as well).
Be sure that "now includes Service Pack 2" does not mean it's simply a separate file on the disk. Look on the disk to be sure there is no file labeled SP2. Early versions shipped with SP2, but not as part of XP.

Hi All,
I'm running WindowsXP in BootCamp and i get notified that there's an update avaiable (2.1 I belive). When I click update in the Apple Update utility, I'm told that there's some sort of mismatch and the download stops. Then I go and download the update directly from Apple (BCUpdateXP.exe). When I double-click on it, nothing happens. No error, no nothing. I've checked the Windows event viewer and there was nothing wrong.
Anyone have any ideas?

I want to give some extra info. As I'm using a Portuguese version of XP, an error message pop's up saying "Erro ao aplicar transformações. Verifique se os caminhos de transformação especificados são válidos" (Translation: Error applying transformations. Verify if the specified transformation paths are valid)

Questions about OLE containers
Hello,
I try to use an OLE container for save any type of documents, the majority are Microsoft Word (*.doc), Acrobat Reader (*.pdf) and images (*.jpeg, *.jpg, *.bmp, ...)
I prove to insert a document an save it in the database and all works fine. The document is saved in a BLOB column, and if I try to activate the OLE container I view the document correctly, but I have questions about OLE container:
1.- Once I saved the document into the database (the icon of the document is shown into the OLE container), if I query the database to retrieve the documents, the OLE container not shown the icon of the document, and if I try to activate the OLE container, making double-click, it doesn't make anything.
I think that the query to the database don't retrieve correctly the documents into the OLE container.
2.- Once I saved the document into the database (the icon of the document is shown into the OLE container), if I try to activate the OLE container, depend the document I need to do twice double-click to open the document.
If I try to open a Word document (*.doc) it need one double-click to activate, but if I try to open an Acrobat document (*.pdf) it need twice double-click to activate.
Why? How can I open any type of documents with one double-click?
3.- The form that I develop will work in client-server and in web mode.
The problem is that if I try to run the form into web mode with OLE container, I have an error:

If I delete the OLE item, it works fine, and I don't have any errors.
I know that OLE container doesn't works in web mode, because this I will develop this functionality with JavaBean, but I would like that in client-server mode works with OLE container.
There are any way to do this, that in web mode doesn't has this error, and in client-server mode works with OLE container?

Jordi2. If you use Time Machine you can't browse those pictures on the Movable DIsk. It's not designed to work like that.
3. Don't use copy and paste, try drag and drop instead.
You don't tell us how you are managing these photos. I suggest that you use an app that will do incremental back ups. This is a very good way to work. The first time you run the back up the app will make a complete copy of the everything. Thereafter it will update the back up with the changes you have made. That makes subsequent back ups much faster. Many of these apps also have scheduling capabilities: So set it up and it will do the back up automatically.
Example of such apps: Chronosync - but there are many others. Search on MacUpdate or the App Store -
I´m trying to create a crostab with one fact and 6 dimensions. i[m using Jdeveloper 9.0.3.10.90 and Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.4.0.

Tengo un problema con mis videos.
Estoy utilizando adobe captivate 6 y al subir los videos en un servidor la imagen de estos no aparece o parece una imagen cargando, cuando observo los videos de manera local no me sucede este error todo sale bien la demora es que los suba al servidor.
como hago para solucionar este error si alguien sabe le agradecería muchísimo, me urge solucionar esto cuanto antes

Import finished with few errors...Help understanding it!
Hi all,
Yesterday, I finished to do an import in oracle. I used the impdp command and got few errors after the import was done. Here are some bits from my log. I just run for the second time a full import, and it said it finished correctly.
The first time I run it, there was a message which said that the import had finished with 2249 errors (I checked my log and not all of them were errors but messages). I checked each single message and only had to solve a couple of things.
I first created a user in response to an ora-29393: user string does not exist or is not logged on.
The second thing I did was to run the utlrp.sql file in response to an ORA-39082. I did this according to this blog.
I know oracle is taking precedence each time I run an import. I don’t know if what I have done is okay or perhaps not all data was imported after all. This is the thread which I posted initially when errors came out.
Any reply is a supply.

I agree with bellyripper that you should be using a PreparedStatement and hesitate to point this out but...
If you are going to use Statement.executeQuery() then us the TO_DATE(<date string>, <format>) function in Oracle to convert you date string to an Oracle date and specify your specific format.
