Error ERR-1014 Application not found

Hi.
I've installed Oracle 10g FedoraCore 3 pc. server and client working fine and i installed Oracle 10g Companion Product CD with Apache and HTML db with no errors . when i type http://localhost:7777 in mozilla OracleHTTP server pages are coming. But, i type in mozilla
http://localhost:7777/pls/htmldb/htmldb_admin
it giving error like Error ERR-1014 Application not found .
what parameters or log etc. am i check correct this problem. ?? or do i install again the HTML DB ??

Thanks mo**** . I executed @apxdvins from my extracted oracle directory using the followin procedure and it was working properly.

You need to change your directory to the directory where apxdvins.sql iis available. Mostly this is Apex extracted directory.
$ SQLPLUS/NOLOG
SQL> CONNECT SYS AS SYSDBA
@apxdvins
This will take some time.
If you want you can also do this extra steps in SQL mode:
shutdown
startup
alter user anonymous account unlock;
ALTER SESSION SET CURRENT_SCHEMA = APEX_040000;

I try to update to Lightroom 5.7 but I get an error that says "Application not found" with an adobe address before it. I am Completely Stumped.

The title pretty much sums it up. What do I do now??

I am currently running Windows 7: Service Pack 1. For Lightroom, I am running the Stand-Alone version 5.6 and am Trying to auto-update to 5.7 through the Lightroom "Help" menu. I created an application with 3 pages in it..
1-------2------3
where 1-----> login page
2----->report
3----->forms
I deleted report page----2, and i also changed the target page in login page, so that soon after press the login page it will directly go to page 3...
If im clicking that login page icon means it is working fine......it is going to page 3
But if i clicked the "RUN APPLICATION"---the big icon of the application means, it is directing to the page 2----report
which i was deleted, as it showing the error

Since i doesnt want to go to page 1 which is in deleted state, i need is soon after click that "RUN APPLICATION"---the big icon it has to go to page 8 directly like, when it is going to page 8 when i clicking the individual login page icon.......

I tried to clear cache to solve a "Not Data Found: error and now I am getting this error. I am going from bad to worst.
I press a submit button to insert rows into a table which worked fine until I did the following:
(1) used the "Return Key Into Item" on Auto Row Processing(DML) - to display the PK and to use later.
(2) After which, I started getting ORA:01403: No Data Found - which I tracked to a caching problem.
(3) Now when I clear cache, I am getting "Error ERR-1016 Application "107" Page "0" not found (requested language="en-us")"
What is the deal?

I solved the problem.
In my attempt to figure out the "No Data Found Error" , clear cache and "Display the PK key on page 2", I changed the "Optional URL Redirect" on my SUBMIT button.
I set the following options "Clear Cache, Set These Item, With These Items" which caused the page to redirect to page 0.
I cleared the settings and the error when away!

This service is active as well.
But when i copied the same URL and pasted it in browser then my web dynpro component opened.
And i am able to open my web dynpro compoent from SE80 also.

I have been worked on this for a whole day.
I installed Jdeveloper for RUP6 and went through all the set up ( Task 1-6 ). However, I got pop up error -- Application not found when I tried test_fwktutorial.jsp.
I have verified the database connection is valid. The user name and password id valid.

The problem is due to the default web browser not set. I found out the solution on the web. After reset the default web browser, I was able to run the 'Hello World' Page.

To resolve the problem, use the Default Programs feature in Windows Vista to reset the default Web browser preference.
Reset the default web browser
Step 1
1. Click Start, Default Programs
2. Click Set your default programs
3. Select your web browser from the list
4. Click Set this program as default
5. Click OK.
Then follow these steps:

1. Click Set program access and computer defaults
2. Click Continue if you see the User Account Control prompt.
3. Click Custom
4. Select your web browser from the list

USB flash memory: "application not found" error

When recently trying to use a USB flash memory stick I was getting an "f:\ application not found" error. I tried all kinds of fixes from Microsoft. Turns out it was caused by Lightroom.
Since the memory stick had photos on it, my computer's Autoplay was trying to launch Lightroom. Problem is, Lightroom is listed as "Lightroom 4.0 64" in the Autoplay menu. I have Lightroom 4.4. As far as I can tell, there's no way I can fix the incorrect "Lightroom 4.0 64" listing. The solution is to remove Lightroom from any Autoplay options.
This is the second such problem I've had with Lightroom. The previous problem was right clicking on a photo file and trying to use the "open with" menu. It worked fine when I had Lightroom 4.3. After updating to Lightroom 4.4, it didn't work. Another Lightroom user found a workaround, which was to rename the Lightroom 4.4 folder back to Lightroom 4.3.
These are both lazy Adobe oversights. You have to realize all the Windows functions that will be affected with an update and make sure they are updated as well. I spent half a day solving this latest USB flash memory error. Get your updating act together.

"Application not found" error after deploying

Hi,
I am getting error as "Application not found" after deploying.
When I depoly the project am getting Finished Deployment message in the Deploy Output View followed by a popup message "Application not found".
Please help me in solving this error.

Enabled application is much different than started application.
When you deploy an application then by default it is in enables state.
under general tab you can see whether application is started or not?
and in reference tab you can see. all the referred application and components. and there you'll know which components is giving problem to your application
so check these tabs and let me know

Problem: "Application Not Found" CS4 installation error
Some Adobe Creative Suite CS4 Production Premium distribution disks issue an "Application not found" error while loading Disk 2 due to an error in the Autorun.inf file.
Does your Autorun.inf for Disk 2, 3, or 4 contain
[autorun]
open=Autoplay.exe -auto
icon=\csppdvd.ico
Autorun.inf should instead only say
[autorun]
icon=\csppdvd.ico
There should not be the line
open=Autoplay.exe auto
Only Disk 1 should have this line.
On Disk 1, Adobe has a file called Autoplay.exe which starts the installation.
"open=Autoplay.exe auto" runs the Autoplay application.
Autoplay.exe is not on Disk 2, 3, or 4 so having the open line generates the error.
Since you cannot edit the DVD, the trick is to turn off autorun so Windows doesn't run Autorun.inf upon loading Disk 2. Look at the Wikipedia description of "Autorun" for details. Wikipedia describes how to disable Autorun using
Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc
You will need to do this for XP. Vista has a Control Panel which allows you to "Take no action" for "Software and games". If this does not work, use gpedit.msc instead. You will know Autorun is off if upon inserting Disk 1, no installation window appears.
Wikipedia notes that "AutoPlay is the name of a different feature in Microsoft Windows" not to be confused with Autorun starting the Autorun.inf file.
Now that Autorun is off, manually double click Autoplay.exe on Disk 1 to start the installation. Disk 2 should now load properly.
By the way, it appears you cannot teach an old dog new tricks. Some Adobe Creative Suite CS3 Production Premium distribution disks had the same problem. Obviously, Adobe did not learn from their past mistake.
You may want to call Adobe to obtain replacement disks which don't have this error.

Can you look at the DVDs and send me the numbers you find on the inner edge? Also, any numbers on the outer DVD sleeves. This can help us to identify which sets of media are affected and possibly resolve it, or at least more specifically target solution information.

Talked with Adobe support. Told me to go to Cloud app and log out, then log
in again and then update. Worked fine for me. Hope this helps!

Application not found error while runing webdynpro application

Dear Experts,
I have created one simple web dynpro application but it is not runnig. It is giving APPLICATION NOT FOUND exception. Only internet explorer is installed in my pc as a webbrowser.
I cannot set internet explorer as default browser becz i dont have rights to do that.
Is there any option available in SAP NWDS for set internet explorer as default browser. I m using SAP NWDS 7.0.13 version.

"Error: Application Not Found" Help?

Hey everybody, I was just wondering if anyone could help me out here. Everytime I go to open iTunes, I get an error saying "Application Not found" and I don't know why. I did some researching and heard that Nortons Anti virus might be the problem. WhichI think is probably true because Iinstalled Norton, ran a virus scan, and I can't open quite a few files. iTunes, FireFox, Google Chrome, etc... Anyone know how to fix it? I've uninstalled iTunes and re-installed it and nothing. I also went to the settings in Norton and changed iTunes from 'Auto' to 'Allow' but it still won't work. Any one know what to do?

I figured out the problem - no need to reply.
I mistakenly added an authentication scheme instead of an authorization scheme.
Fixed it - works fine.

PCUI Application Not Found eRROR

I would like to use the PCUI, so I was advised to go to transaction se80 select BSP Application from the drop down,type in CRM_BSP_FRAME, click the display button and then click on Pages with Flow Logic. Right click on select.htm and click on test.
This is suppossed to open a browser window where I can find list of BSP Application. Unfortunately whenever click on test I get an error "Application Not Found" together with the url whihc was meant to lead me to
the BSP.
Could anyone help me on this one, we are implementing CRM 4.0 and need it for case management as as other pcui business processes.
We also are implementing the Enterprise Portal, just letting you maybe you caould advise on how best to go about this scenario.

Thank you so much Manuel, Frederick, and SAP Addict for the assistance, you know what I think its my computer that has a problem, because I decided to login from another machine and fortunately when I tried to open the PCUI it did not give me the No Application Error Found message. Instead it is giving me a Network Access Message Error.
On the other hand when I use the machine upon which the Enterprise Portal is being developed, I receive the following error:
"This browser is not supported"of which the default browser is Mozilla. We changed it back to Internet Exp, and the error this time after I logged using my GUI user name and password was a RABAX30 error.
So with regards my error "Application Not Found eRROR" what could be the possible cause, could it be that there are some GUI componentes missing or what???????
