Hi,
We recently did a client refresh/copy of one of our backend (R/3) systems. So I checked and re configured (where necessary) the following tables in R/3:
CRMCONSUM
CRMSUBTAB
CRMRFCPAR
CRMPAROLTP
I only had to recreate the logical system for CRMRFCPAR, but when I try to replicate Master data, I now get the following message?

I'm using CRM 5.2 and when we want to create a user (SU01) with a specific role such as SAP_CRM_UIU_SRV_PROFESSIONAL without any profil or any more role, the user can not acces to the Web GUI.

I had the same in CRM 6.0.
Look at note 1136402, correction 609218. Then you wont get a raise exception.
There are some technical authorisations in the role
SAP_CRM_UIU_FRAMEWORK. Assign this role as well.
You first need to assing your user role to an organisation. Then take the report CRMD_UI_ROLE_ASSIGN in SE38. Here you need to assign the role SAP_CRM_UIU_FRAMEWORK.
There is a description in the UI-framework customizing .

Error in BEx Analyzer Exception condition "HIERARCHY_NOT_FOUND" raised.

When i run report 0FIAA_C02_Q1001 with input variable as "My controlling area" i get this error.
ERROR:
Exception condition "HIERARCHY_NOT_FOUND" raised.
ERROR Analysis:
A RAISE statement in the program "SAPLRRH1" raised the exception
condition "HIERARCHY_NOT_FOUND".
Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior
program, processing was terminated.
Please sugggest how to resolve this.
HOw to see which hierarachy it is talking about?

                                         ->hierarchy tab->i see hierarchy tables are enabled.But when i click on
                                             "MaintainHierachy" there are no hierrachies in it.
For 0CO_AREA infoobject->attribute tab->0CCA_HIENM,0PCA_HIENM hierarchies are there.
                                         ->hierarchy tab->nothing is there.
please help out.I didnt load 0COSTELMNT_0102_HIER master datasource in CO_IO.

This kind of error usually points to the incorrect use of Enjoy SAP controls like ALV, Text Edit, HTML viewer etc. They make use of a framework which can only be handled in the standard SAP GUI and not in WebBased applications. So I guess you will have to come up with something else, because I don't think this is going to work like this.

I keep on getting error - "Exception condition "PROFILE_NOT_FOUND" raised., error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE"
I have maintained what I deem the relevant configuration in my view and also updated the user parameters.

Dear Maahir,
Have you defined a CATS Data Entry Profile in the CVR user parameter? Would you please also check whether the default 'ESS' profile does exist in your system? The Manager have an infotype 105 in valid period right?
Normally this error comes on ESS when the system is looking for a CATS Data Entry Profile, which has not been assigned to the user.
This CATS profile can be assigned to the user either via the User Parameter 'CVR', with the name of the Date Entry Profile entered as the parameter value, or by creating a default ESS Data Entry Profile. R/3 can then assign a profile to the employee even if the user parameter CVR has not been explicitly set. The CATS Data Entry Profiles are stored in the table TCATS.
For more information on creating the default Data Entry Profile, see the IMG, under Cross-Application Components -> Time Sheet -> Specific Settings for CATS -> CATS regular -> Set Up Data Entry Profiles.
For more information on the CVR user parameter setting, see the SAP Library, under Cross-Application Components -> Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS) -> User Interfaces -> CATS regular.
As it is in MSS when approving, here I am giving you some information which will help you in this regard (PROFILE_NOT_FOUND):

I try to create a Business Partner of t_code "BPV1", and I used to create the t_code "sm35" to do a recording of the t_code "BPV1.
1. I tested my recodring a then hasn't problems.
2.I create a function module with this recording and then I tested, it hasn't problems.
3. This function I invoque on ABAP Proxy, then I tested the ABAP Proxy. it hasn't no problems.
4. But when PI consume and get service of my ABAP Proxy dump this error
"Exception condition CNTL_ERROR raised"
The cancelation class was : RABAX_STATE
I think that the problem is my recording but I tested all and it hasn't problems. The problem display only qhen PI try to consume my service of ABAP Proxy.

I presume you tested the FM in SE37, try this call this FM in a test report program and call the FM in "BACKGROUND TASK" or call the FM in normal way and schedule the report to run in the background and see the results.
3. This function I invoque on ABAP Proxy, then I tested the ABAP Proxy. it hasn't no problems.
Again I presume you tested the FM in SPROXY, create a report program and create an instance of the proxy class and invoke the schedule the report to run in background.
The reason why the call from PI is failing because the BDC recording you have done has some control elements that need GUI support, now when you try using SE37/SPROXY the GUI is available and hence your testing went smooth.
4. But when PI consume and get service of my ABAP Proxy dump this error
When the call is made from PI, there is no GUI available and hence the program terminates.
Solution: I am sure there are BAPI's available with which you can create partners, try and look for a BAPI which can do this.

check / do the following:
- Local POrg --> Function: Tick box "POrg; everything else blank
- Local PGroup --> Function Tab: Tick box "Pgroup; everything else blank
As you already have the RFC User assigned to the Entry Channel, just create a new SRM user via the Web and select the Local PGroup as the Org Unit to assign the user. You then should have a "normal" entry in the Org Structure, like for all other users.

I am trying to replicate the materials from Backend to SRM and every time I get the message "Exception condition "INTERNAL_ERROR" raised" in the backend system and the Outbound queue in R/3 system gets stuck.
I have maintained the middleware tables correctly and was able to download other objects.
Can someone kindly help me out in determining the error.

Hi,
It looks to me like the RFC Hrmss_Cat_Wd_Approval does not exist. Is your back-end system ECC 6.0? If not then I don't believe this will work. See page 93 of the document at this link:

Check the SP level for ABAP and Basis. Download the latest SP level from SWDC and apply it on the system
