If you want to change the size of the font of a TextEdit text document, you do it in the preferences. Alternatively, if you want control over the size of the fonts, make it a Rich Text document, and then you can change the font size. You can either use the Larger or Smaller options, or Show Fonts to choose a size. You can elect to have new documents be Rich Text in the preferences as well.

Try playing with the font settings in the /form60/java/oracle/forms/registry/Registry.dat

I have some forms and if I am in another forms and call my button with execute_trigger('test');
I get error FRM-40700: No such trigger: test
Its ok because I have trigger in another block. But how to attend this error. I put pragma execption_init but not work

Error message "invalid menu handle"

When I convert files to .pdf, I cannot open it and receive an error message "invalid menu handle." How do I remedy this?

It does sound as though your computer is in a different state than you had it, and I can't provide any support for that. This forum is for users of Adobe's Acrobat.com services.

Perhaps it's just a matter of making Reader your default program for opening PDF files.

InDesign CC 2014, no composite font editor menu

I installed the new verson of InDesign (InDesign cc 2014 release, KOREAN) yesterday.
and composite font editor menu is missing.
Is this just a kind of BUG?
or there is something I can do to fix this?

I have a similar issue, but with Chinese InDesign CC.
On one of my computers, I managed to install InDesign in both "Traditional chinese" and "English (North America)".
Now I have CC set to English UI and I can see the Composite fonts menu.
My problem is how to replicate this on another computer. Even when I install both language versions, I get either Chinese UI with Composite fonts or English UI without the option (even if I choose Japanese paragraph composer).
Since I strongly prefer English UI, I wish there was a simple way around it (as is in Illustrator - display Asian type options).

Hi, I have 3 computers and in all of them I have this fonts from the system missing...
the one I use the most to work is having a lot, a lot of trouble and many times I see missing fonts when I'm
in the internet, so I checked and found in the system/library/fonts that these 3 are missing.
How can I get them to reinstall them, maybe this will make the computer work better I expect...
Can I download them from somewhere...

The system won't allow the user to access those Multiple Master fonts, so those aren't the ones you could possibly be having trouble with. Actually, in Lion and forward, those fonts aren't even supposed to be on the system anymore. If you run the Font Book menu command Restore Standard Fonts in Lion or later, any instances of these fonts are removed.
The ones you would be using are:
Helvetica.dfont
HelveticaNeue.dfont
And those you shouldn't even be able to remove. Not easily, anyway. Starting with Leopard and on through Mountain Lion, the OS will protect certain fonts from being removed. Those are two of them. You have to go out of your way to completely remove those fonts from the drive.
Do the fonts noted above exist in the /System/Library/Fonts/ folder?

Why is font pulldown menu not working?

I'm using FCP 5.0.3 - and the font pulldown menu isn't working. It was working before and now just stopped. All that's available is the Lucida Grande default font. Does anyone know why this would be.
I threw out my preferences and restarted my computer to no avail. Any clues?

Have you installed any program recently that came with it's own fonts?
High probability that something bad has happened to your system and/or user fonts folder.
Open up the Application 'Font Book' and take a look. sometime if you have multiple instances of fonts, they can collide and cause problems.
Follow the Font Book Help (A bullet appears in my fonts list) to check for duplicates and then disable them.
It can be other things as well.

This is supposedly the last error in my CSS according to CSS validation service at Jigsaw.w3.org. But I have not been able to figure out how to fix this. I just some times make text updates to my site, there is someone that actually runs our site but I do not have the $$$ to pay her to do everything.

That is the error, I just don't know how to fix it.

If you are talking about www.lodgeonlakeclear.com you still have html errors that could be creating DW display issues.
On a "bad form, not technically an error note" the use of dozens of keyword metatags for individual keywords is completely unnecessary. All of the keywords should be in one tag separated by comas for the couple of search engines out there that still use them. NOTE: None of the major browsers (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc) use the keywords meta any longer, it is completely ignored by them.
Looking through your code without the validator, I see a few other issues. Anywhere in your text where you use the & symbol, you need to switch it to & in the source code. Those, coupled with the following error can cause issues.
Line 237 you use a - (minus sign) instead of a = (equals sign) for id="current"
Run the validator again: http://validator.w3.org/
Once all 18 errors and 11 warnings are gone from your HTML, post back if it is still not showing up in DW.

It is probably attached to the Forms module (see the library node in the navigator window).
In a general way, try to know where are youe design modules (*.pll, *.mmb, *.fmb), look at the FORMS_PATH variable to see what directories are part of this environment variable, compile every design time module to get the executable versions *.plx, *.mmx and *.fmx, then put these executable files in one of the directories pointed by the FORMS_PATH variable.

The said issue is resolved by using another physical machine for publishing Start Menu items. The Other physical machine is the same replica of actual development machine and this machine is used for mirroring and publishing. Note the Other machine must be up and ping properly.

I can't start Flash CS5, because this Error Message :
I dont's know about it, and try Reinstall 3 times but this error alwas appear.
