Did you try searching the forum for people having similar problems? There are a few others...
Also, you give absolutely no information about what you were doing when the error occurred. It's usually considered "polite," if not "required for a meaningful response" for people to post some actual information, or at least an actual question, instead of just copying-and-pasting things from the log window.
It appears to me that you tried to start the included WLS, it was in the process of shutting down, and then you tried to stop it, at which point it had already stopped, and therefore you got an error message stating that the shutdown script couldn't connect to WLS, because it was, in fact, already shut down.
But without any explanation from you, that's just pure conjecture on my part.

I used to receive the same error because I was trying to update the value of the hidden and protected item on the same page repeatedly.
I changed the item type to hidden to avoid the error.

I created an icon which is called 'Find an employee'. When a clicked on that icon, it shows employee id and employee name. And near these names there is a select button. But, it gives the following error:

I have a region with 3 items - a Text field, a Text area and a Hidden and Protected item. When clicking on the save button the record should be written to the table. However I get the following error:

When I change the hidden and protected field to a regular text field I am able to successfully process the page.

If you have client-side code that changes the value of a "Hidden and Protected" item after the item/value has been emitted to the page by Application Express, you need to change the item type to Hidden, instead.

No sound in Browsers and low memory errors for Snood and Ultimate Solitaire. Those are what I'm experiancing. The no sound happens in Safari, Firefox and Opera. Both Snood and Ultimate Solitaire won't load because of 'Not Enough Memory' yet I have 2gigs. Other applications work fine with sound. ie iTunes, GarageBand, etc are ok. I've deleted Snood Prefs with no effect. Any ideas?

when i move from

Hi,
The problem is when you are creating an item "Hidden and protected" so apex will associate a checksum value for that item's value and as you are changing the value, the checksum will not changed.
If there is no security issue use "Hidden" instead of "Hidden and protected" for that item.

RFC connection error for PS_ACCESS_1 and PS_ACCESS_2

dear all,
i have created the RFC destination PS_ACCESS_1 and PS_ACCESS_2 with TCP/IP. i also installed WDPS* files in *sapgui\ps\access folder. now i m checking for 'TEST CONNECTION' in sm59 for PS_ACCESS_1 and PS_ACCESS_2 but it is giving 'Error when opening an RFC connection' this error. pls suggest the solution for this problem.
am i missing any other settings? i m using SAP ECC 6.0. is it comfortable with this? is it required any configuration from basis side?

please check the RFC Trace File at SM59 -> RFC -> Show trace file.
For better tracing delete the Trace File first and recheck the RFC Dest.

I'm having problem with deploy application make with JDev 10.1.3.0.3 EA
in a Jboss 4.0.2 and Weblogic 8.1. Very simple app with JSF.
The error seems to be in application.xml. Maybe because xml schema.
It is a bug? Are there a workround?

The test is easer.
I make a new Empty Project like J2EE13. After create a new JSP (Web tier -> JSP).
I chose j2ee version 1.3. So I put some jsp code inside, like

After I create a new Deployment Profiles WAR File.
Make a build, a .war file and .ear and everythink worked.
So I make a J2EE Deplyment Descriptor Wizard with version 1.3
And make rebuil project.

ABAP runtime error for 0CRM_OPPT_H and I while running RSA3

hello Gurus,
 I'm having problems while running RSA3 transaction for these data sources.
0CRM_OPPT_H
0CRM_OPPT_I
0CRM_SALES_ACT_1
0CRM_SALES_ACT_I.
I'm getting ABAP runtime error for these.
This is the error:
Runtime Error CALL_FUNCTION_CONFLICT_TAB_TYP
Exception CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_TYPE
I tried finding OSS notes for these, but I didnt succeed.
I activated the data source from RSA5, and then I tried RSA3. That time I got Errors occurred during extraction.
After that I activated delta at BWA5, then I started getting runtime error.
Even though I activated at BWA5, I am not able to see the data sources at BWA7.
Am I missing any thingplease guide me through this.

You want to use the field SAMPLE_QTY_ALLOW in the extract structure for DataSource 0CRM_OPPT_I. This field has a field of type 'DEC' (or 'CURR' or 'QUAN') with an even number of characters.
This can create problems since the length resulting from calculations in ABAP (for example, in extractors or Customer Exits for extraction) is too large to be inserted in the database later (PSA in BW), causing a short dump.
Procedure
This warning is only relevant when the maximum length of this field is exceeded during extraction, for example when the field is expanded in the Customer Exit through a calculation.
More information and a remedy can be found in SAP Note 641744.
When I search the OSS note, SAP suggesting to apply 883310 note.
In my company we are using CRM 4.0 servie pak8. SAP suggsting to install service pak 11, but my client is not interested to upgrade to 11 as CRM people are working on service pak 8.
By any chance we can use specific note which change the ABAP code to solve this problem... Please give me some suggetions...

Error for /557 and /558

Dear Experts,
I have an issues for one employee with /557 and /558. When I run simulation for the period 01/01/2011 to 31/03/2011 it's getting error on final net processing and error is /558 Balance of Payment's. But when I run for 01/04/2011 and above the system is working correctly.
I could not able to understand why it's showing error for these period.
Please guide me to solve this issues.

Conflicting device error for keyboard and touch pad on thinkpad laptop

Windows XP (SP3)
Keyboard and touch pad completely do not work in Windows.
They do work in BIOS.
Tried connecting external USB keyboard. They also does not work
Getting Conflicting Device error in Device Manager for keyboard and touch pad
exclamation point is on the keyboard device.
getting Error Code 10 on keyboard.
I cant go to a prior restore point. That does not work.
tried uninstalling them, that didn't work either.
can't change auto configuration...it is grayed out.
Please help.

This is really strange I must say...
But you say you are using the same drivers for both 32-bit and 64-bit, this shouldn't affect the PE-part, but make sure you are using the correct drivers 64-bit for x64 OS and 32-bit for x86 :)
If you make a bootable memmory stick from the 32-bit deployment share, does it work then or is it the same problem?
Could it be as easy that the deployment share isn't updated?

I also said that nothing's missing so, I thought it implies that only correct drivers are there.
I filter out all unwanted versions from both deployment shares to save on disk space.
Deployment Share have been refreshed several times with refreshing PE images too.
Mem-stick for 32-bit version works fine - keyboard and touch-pad work in it.

I am using weblogic deployment APIs to distribute my war file on weblogic 10.3.2 but it gives the following error on distribute

The DTD used in "web.xml" should not cause any issue ...though it's the OLD "web.xml"...Please try to run the Following command to Generate the New Deployment Descriptors from the Existing Application:
Step1). Open a Command Window and Run "setWLSEnv.sh" or "setWLSEnv.cmd".
Step2). In the Command Prompt move to the Current Directory where you have placed your Application and then Run the Following Command
java weblogic.DDConverter -d NewDDs jamagent.war
Here Above Command Will read the "jamagent.war" War archive and then It will generate the New DDs in "NewDDs" directory...Which we need to replace with the OLD DDs present in our WebApplication..

SAP Query error for VBAK and KONV tables

Dear Experts,
Want to create SAP Query for below requirement but faced some error
Step1) Extract the data from VBAK table w.r.t. order type , Sale org and date range
and collected the Sales order numbers and doc. condition record (KNUMV)
Step 2)In table KONV (Transactional condition record data) in this table provided input as doc. condition record (KNUMV) with respect to condition type ABCD
Manually i extracted data, there is no problem .
But customer want to generate SAP Query for above requirement
I tried to create but in t.code SQ02 when i tried to join the table VBAK and KONV i faced the below error
Table KONV cannot be used in a join.
How can I create SAP query for above requirement ???
if its not possible then create Z report is the only solution ??????

You can not create Query report with joining KONV. But there is one solution for your problem. You can create Query report by using Database VAV. In this logical database you will find all SD tables and also KONV. Use only those tables and fields which you want in your query report. I have checked this and its working

"Application can't be found" error for files and folders

This has become mind boggling for me.
Starting last week, files I've created (namely in either Adobe Photoshop CS5 or Illustrator CS5) have started giving me "Application can't be found" errors when trying to open them. They show up when I use spotlight to search for the file, but they don't show up in Finder and can't be found when trying to browse for them via the apps used to create them.
Now I can't open a particular folder either (same symptoms and errors as above), which should have nothing to do with any applications.
Have rebooted numerous times and am up to date on all firmware. I know these files exist and did work at one point because I uploaded them to be printed last week with no issues. But sometime between now and then (and I haven't touched them since) they decided to stop working. Please help!

I am annoyed by, I think, the same problem. I would like to drag Pages files directly to the finder in the dock, but now with Mavericks I can not do this. It is bothersome to have to click on the finder to open it up when I did not have to do that with the old operating system. I hope someone can help us both out.
I also hope that in the next update Apple addresses the concerns many are having with the newest version of Pages. Until something is changed, I am sticking with old Pages because I find it to be a much better program to use.
