Error Form F110_PRENUM_CHCK is not active - while Vendo payment by F-58

Dear Sir / Mam,
While possing vendor payment through F-58
an error "Form F110_PRENUM_CHCK is not active" is appearing
The document is geting saved but it doesn't get spooled.
I checked the configuration @ FBZP - Maintenance of company code data for payment method and confirmed that at form data sap script "F110_PRENUM_CHCK" is selected and saved.
Kindly guide, Ho do I activate F110_PRENUM_CHCK?

I found the activate option, I executed it saved it and there after again when I am trying to process the payment....
Oops!
The problem still continues.
It still gives the same error that Form F110_PRENUM_CHCK is not active

Short dump with error FORM "CLEAR_SPECIAL_TABLES" does not exist"

Hi All,
We are experiencing an issue in our development system. We have recently upgraded to ECC6 from ECC5. While executing FBL3N transaction, we are getting a dump with description Syntax error in program "RFEPOS00 ".
The following syntax error occurred in program "RFEPOS00 " in include "RFPOSFZ0 "
line 1072:
"FORM "CLEAR_SPECIAL_TABLES" does not exist"
I checked in our previous systems, the subroutine CLEAR_SPECIAL_TABLES exists with an empty body in include RFPOSFC1.
And it is created by DDIC.
As per the comments in the include RFPOSFC1, we tried to generate the program RFXPRA33. But it is giving same error FORM "CLEAR_SPECIAL_TABLES" does not exist" .
Any help to resolving this issue will be appreciatable.

We just had this issue after an upgrade and the solution was to compare the coding with an unupgraded system,
there we found that this missing form exists in an include with this documentation:
Function LINE_ITEMS_SPECIAL_FIELDS
caller L0F14I01, AFTER_SAVE_T021S, tcode O7R3
In case of errors: Start RFXPRA33
FORM CLEAR_SPECIAL_TABLES.
ENDFORM.
After we executed program: RFXPRA33 all errors were resolved,

Error 30206: IMAQ operation not active

I am using Vision for Visual Basic and have the following code on a form that contains 3 cwimaqviewer controls and 1 cwimaq control. I press cmdStart to start the acquisition process. When I press the cmdStop button, I get Error 30206: IMAQ operation not active. Also, after I press cmdStart, the AcquiredImage event for the cwimaq control never happens. Does anyone know why I am getting these problems? Thanks.

Basically, what we're trying to do is acquire and process images from three different cameras continuously (e.g., get an image from camera 1 and process, get an image from camera 2 and process, get an image from camera 3 and process, get another image from camera 1 and process.... and this continues until the user tells it to stop). We currently have this working using the OneShot acquisition method, looping through the cameras, and placing the images in a single viewer control. However, it is not as fast as we would like this to be, so we decided to try the continuous acquisition method.
We are using a PCI-1409 analog board. Note, the cameras we are using are not genlocked.

The fundamental problem that I believe we are running into is that you cannot simultaneously acquire from 3 non-genlocked cameras at once. If the cameras are not synchronized, then the PCI-1409 must be re-configured between each camera (stop acquisition, change channel, re-start acquisition). As the tutorial mentions, this essentially yields a low frame rate.
Because this is heavily dependent on the computer, the frame rate you get varies greatly.
In general, the way you will still have to do this is sort of in 'one shot' mode, where you are grabbing one image from each channel at a time.

Customer document number not picked while making payment

Hi guys
we have one vendor the same vendor as customer also. while we making payment to vendor customer document document number not picked,, the erro message comes.. " NO APPROPRIATE LINE ITEM IS CONTAINED IN THE DOCUMENT"
But we already assigned the following:-
1) In Vendor master data, Customer code has been given
2) In Documnet type KZ, we select vendor also.
But still the customer document not picked while making payment

Check the following:
1. The check box clearing with customer and clearing with vendor has been selected in both the masters in the payment transactions tab.
2. Ensure the vendor is not locked up in any payment proposal in F110.

We get an error "Node display off , Central data cache configured but not active" in Central system while trying to display the monitored the abap instance of system.We just completed the CCMS configuration.
Agent regristration is complete in monitored system and it is running fine.connection from central to monitored (abap instance) system is also ok.Please help asap.

Form Class is not active

Hi Expert,
We would like to customize Cash Desk Receipt (SAP ISU). SAP default Application form for receipt is FI_CA_PAYMENT_RECEIPT_SAMPL_SF and its form class FI_CA_PAYMENT_RECEIPT. We want to build a customize receipt of the same class FI_CA_PAYMENT_RECEIPT.
The form class FI_CA_PAYMENT_RECEIPT could not be activated as component REF_ITEMS remain inactive with error message "Too many parts to component WA_REF_ADDINF of DDIC type FICA_PAY_REC_STR_REF_ITEMS in form level REF_ITEMS".
We have used EFGN / EFRM to activate the form class.
Request your suggestion in this regard.

Getting error 'Item 00000 does not exist' while creating a salse order

Hi All,
We are facing an issue, we get an error message saying 'Item 00000 does not exist' while creating a sales order for a particular order type, we do not get this problem with all the materials, only a few of them and the materials which give a problem are part of the supersession chain. The problem is not even coming for all the superseded materials.
This problem is occuring with none of the other order types but just one. We have compared the configuration for the order types for which this error is not coming and the order type which is giving the problem, and its exactly the same.
When creating the sales order through VA01 even though the error message comes, but on hitting the enter button the processing goes further. But when creating the sales order through the background program the processing stops the moment the error message comes and the Sales Order does not get created.
Your valuable suggestions for helping us resolving this issue will be highly appreciated.

As per your post "Problem is when you are executing VA01 in background sales orders are not generating due to error message".
Apart from configuration check alternative is "Take ABAPer's help and change this error message type to warning/information message type in the system". With warning/information message type you could be able to create sales orders in background also.

View Paycheck Stub Error: (Form xyz does not exist)

Hi Portal Knowledgeable ones,
I am running EP 6.0 SP 13. My SAP target is ECC 5.0.
I have a problem in the ESS application. When I attempt to view the paycheck stub for any employee, the portal returns the error:
com.sap.pcuigp.xssfpm.java.FPMRuntimeException: Form ZCHK does not exist
Form ZCHK is our custom paystub form.

[Urgent] Error: The transaction is not active

Our process encounters some errors when the execution time takes longer than normal, e.g. 5mins. Any help is much appreciated.
Process Flow:
The flow consists of 3 process, 1 long-lived process and 2 short-lived processes, let say process A, B and C
Long-lived process A call short-lived process B,
and then, short-lived process B call another short-lived process C.
There is a loop inside process B, so that process C would be called several times.
* Both invocation policy have been tested, including "Do not wait for response" and "Wait for response".
Problem:
Everything work fine when the whole process is within a short-period of time. e.g. 1-2 minutes
However, when the process takes longer, e.g. > 5mins, we got some error message in the sever log.

It seems that it is not a bug of Adobe Livecycle, but some kind of configuration problems. Since the problem does not occurs when the process implementation time is short, such as 1-3 minutes.

Did you have to configure anything else in the img like the badi:define settings or the provide salary statement as pdf.   We are past the form doe'n't exist, but we are getting a similiar message.

Adobe Acrobat XI: Error Adobe Acrobat is not activated. Cannot create PDF File.

After installing Acrobat XI Pro on Windows 7 Ent. w/Office 2010.
From MS Word, select Save as PDF, I recieve "Adobe Acrobat is not activated. Cannot create PDF file."
Any and all troubleshooting has failed.
Uninstall Acrobat, language packs, re-install, install updates, Install on fresh image.

kglad your link refers to Windows XP. As to the rest it is questionable. First of all it would be nice to know the cause, before fixing the problem. For in some cases eliminating the cause will solve problems later on. So, in my case for ex. The problem did not exist until I protected my Word 2010 document and then saved it to PDF--which it would not allow to do so and giving the error message stated above.

Dear All,
As per customer requirement we are trying to validate shipping data( item level) and unloading point( item level) by customer enhancement.
Enhancement:       V45A0003
Function Module:    EXIT_SAPMV45A_003
INCLUDE:                ZXVVAU05
Inside include we have written validation code that if user enters any wrong value for shipping data or unloading data
system will throw error message accordingly.
It is working fine and we are getting error message if wrong shipping data or unloading data is entered.
But after the error message is displayed if we try to save the sales order again system throws a STOP message as a POPUP
saying "Item 000010 does not exist".
Now,if we enter proper shipping data or unloading data and try to save the salesorder it is throwing error "Item 000010 does not exist"..
Please let me know your valuable input on this.

It sounds like your error routine has prevented the insertion of the data in VBAP or XVBAP internal tables. Therefore, upon return to the screen and SAVE, SAP is examining the VBAP or XVBAP table, comparing to the 'I' index table probably, and finding that there is supposed to be an item 10, but it's not in the necessary table(s).    This may be resulting because your internal tables are now inconsistent.
Look at where your inserted error coding is occurring...you may want to move that to the SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE routine in MV45AFZZ, so that everything will have been built, and a final check of the content will stop the sales order save until the data is corrected.
