Error found in ULS log, now how to fix?

Hello,
I am using SharePoint Foundation 2010, and I don't know what happened, but SP will no longer save any of my site columns and won't even let me access my site columns from Site Settings-->Gallery-->Site Columns. I've only been using SharePoint Designer
2010 and SharePoint Foundation 2010 itself. I went into the ULS log and it gave me this:
System.ArgumentNullException: Key cannot be null.  Parameter name: key    at System.Collections.Hashtable.Insert(Object key, Object nvalue, Boolean add)     at Microsoft.SharePoint.SPFieldCollection.get_InternalNameDict()

This happens every time I try to access my site columns. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Or what's wrong? Any help would be incredibly appreciated.

Hello jchai81,
For my understanding. Have you tried customizing one of the Group Work Lists feature (Group Board feature), the Phone call memo list?

Btw, is this on a production environment?
