Error found when upgrading from11.5.10.2 to R12.1.1 with the DB R 11.2.0.1

Hi All,
I have following the "Upgrade Advisor: E-Business Suite (EBS) Upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 [ID 269.1]", and select the option 3 Configure --> Preform Upgrade on Test System --> Upgrade Test Environment 12.1.1 --> Perform Upgrade --> Apply AD 12.1.1 upgrade driver (required) (The steps before apply AD 12.1.1 have been done, the R12 rapid install have been done.)
According to their instructions, I need to merge 3 patches 9477107, 9179588, 7461070, and applied it to R12.1.1, it was successfully. (I have attached the adpatch file to metalink, they also confirmed that the patches have been applied successfully. ** Due to I have some warning messages found in the log, that's the reason I raised a SR to ask Oracle about it.)
After this step, the step 10. Run the American English upgrade patch driver (required) to be executed, but error found.
Accroding to this step, I need to apply 7303029:12.1.0 with preinstall mode and merge its with the American English drive which located in $AU_TOP/patch/115/driver/u6678700.drv.
As the patch readme file instructions, "adpatch options=nocopyportion,nogenerateportion" have been executed. After a while, the autopatch process was failed due to
AutoPatch error:
Missing prerequisite codelevel for entity 'ad'.
This patch requires the following codelevel or higher: 'R12.AD.B.1'.
The current on-site codelevel for the entity 'ad' is : 'R12.AD.A'.
In order to apply this patch you must first apply a patch that introduces
at least the minimum required codelevel.
You may merge this patch with a patch that introduces the required codelevel.
I was so wondering about it, how's come the ad codelevel doesn't match, the patch 7461070 should be the level 'R12.AD.B.1' (can be found in the patch's readme file.), how's come the current on-site code level is 'R12.AD.A'?
I was stuck in this point, can't process further.
Anyone was facing this issue too? If so, could you please let me know how to solve it. Or anythings I can do now? Do I need to re-apply the patch 7461070 again?

Uninstall your existing copy of iTunes. Delete any copies of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) installer files from your downloads areas for your web browsers and download a fresh copy of the iTunes installer from the Apple website:

(The current build of the 11.1.4.62 installer was changed a few days ago, which fixed the bulk of the reports of MSVCR80.dll/R6034/APSDaemon.exe/Error-7/AMDS-could-not-start trouble ... but the build number on the installer was not changed. So we're trying to make sure you do the reinstall using a "new good" 11.1.4.62 installer instead of an "old bad".)
Does the install with the new copy of the installer go through properly? If so, does that clear up the error message?

I receive error 3194 when upgrading to ios7 on my iphone 4 ( and I really don't know if it is 4s or just 4). I am working though the itunes softward on my home computer. It seems I am stuck in something called recovery mode. I have tried a variety of suggestions found on the web (e.g., editing a "host" file, checking firewalls and connectivity, etc.) to no avail. The iPhone was either previously jailbroken (the DFU restore should have fixed that) or it has a hardware error. I would vote for the latter.

I encountered error 6 when upgrading Iphone 5s from 7.1.2 to 8.3
I've tried upgrade iphone on three computers , the results are all the same.
One of the computers successfully upgrade my ipad to 8.3.
There are 2GB left on IPhone 5S before I perform the upgrade.
It should be enough for iTunes to finish the process, right?
But in the log, it says "copier_file_error: /mnt2/mobile/Library/PreinstalledAssets/com_apple_MobileAsset_Font.cpio: No space left on device"
why is that?
Any way for me to continue the upgrade? it seems it's almost done.

It sounds like you are trying to update your iPhone 5s to the most current version of iOS and are getting an Error 6 message. The following Knowledge Base article offers up some great information in regards to that very error message:

Particularly:
Check your security software
Errors: 2, 4, 6, 9, 1611, 9006.
Sometimes security software can stop your device from communicating with either the Apple update server or with your device.
Check your security software and settings to make sure that they aren't blocking a connection to the Apple servers.
If you still see the error message, check for USB connection issues.

Error 8288 when upgrading my first gen Ipod Touch to IOS 3.1.

I am having some trouble trying to get IOS 3.1 on my first generation Ipod touch. I have the latest Itunes, I do not have any dvd burning software like Anydvd that can interfere, and I've tried it on two different computers with no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try disabling anti-virus also. You can also download the updates (not upgrade that is AA XI) from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=1&platform=Windows. With the downloads, you typically have to install them in order. Only reboot after the last install.

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
    1.    Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
    2.    Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
    3.    Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
    4.    Reset the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings)
    5.    Restore the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Restore)

wmv is a Windows Media format. I don't know why Realplayer is coming into it since that deals primarily with Real format files and maybe a few generic formats.
You need
Free Flip4mac QuickTime player components - http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/wmcomponents.mspx
After installation a new Flip4Mac pane will appear in System Preferences. Make sure you set the boxes to ensure that it will play WMV files in Quicktime.
or play the files with VLC
VLC media player - http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ - general media player that plays just about anything.
While you're at it you might install:
Perian codecs for Quicktime - http://www.perian.org - plugins to add functionality to Quicktime for playing additional audio and video formats
Quicktime audio problems, Perian, VLC - http://discussions.apple.com/message.jspa?messageID=9013669 - read note about uninstalling prior DIVX support before installing Perian.
Perian doen't do WMV but it's handy to get many things to play in Quicktime.
Note, if these are protected WMV, nothing on a Mac will play those (unless you also have Windows installed).
