Hi all
I am using the currency conversion rules tables.
The following script is being used to call the stored procedure as per the help file.

The following error message is produced:

Hi Byron,
Please check if you have maintained "IS_CONVERTED" property in DATASRC dimension. This has values "Y" or "N". Set it to "Y" for the DATASRC that you want to translate in currency conversion.

Error code 180 when trying to export HD movie

I have tried exporting two different iMovie projects, all with 1080 hd footage. One about 25min, the other about 10min in length. I have tried the "Large" and "HD" settings on both movies for export and receive error code 180 about 2/3's into the export. I can export to iDVD from the same projects with no problem.
I am using a brand new iMac (OSX v. 10.6.4, i7, 8gb ram, 1tb hd, ATI 5750). iMovie 09 (8.0.6). Any suggestions?

iMovie 7 allows export to YouTube accounts that would generate a .flv file but I believe that conversion to Flash is still handled by the YouTube upload.
Long ago Macromedia (now Adobe) offered a Flash Exporter that, when installed, added the option to export to Flash Video from any QuickTime aware application. You may have moved that old component from a previous install to a newer machine.
I don't think it has ever been updated to run native on Intel Macs so you would need to run the app under Rosetta.

My ipod nano 3rd gen gets error code -9459 when I try to convert a video in Itunes

I'm tring to convert video from Youtube to play on my ipod nano 3rd gen. When i go to itunes and Advanced and set it to convert for ipod it goes on for quite a while then about 3/4 way done I get error message Erroe occurred converting file "teapot 1". An unknown error (-9459)
What do I do? I tried Real player converter too - no luck.

I'm not sure about the error message, but it might just be easier to use an application such as Handbrake or MPEG Streamclip to create an iPod compatible version of the video.

Error message (-3) when I try to convert a Purchased AAC song to mp3

I've found the "convert to WAV instead" answer to this and I now have 2 mp4 songs converted to usable WAV files (how do I now convert them to mp3 files on my computer, anyone know? I'm on a PC), but there is one song that still throws up "unknown error (-3)" when I try to convert it to either mp3 or WAV. Short of wasting an entire CD to convert this one song, what do I have to do to convert it?

I am also having the same problem . I am on Windows Vista and haven't been able to burn CD's for a long time
I tried the diagnostic tool but got 'green lights' on everything ?
Really has put me off purchasing more Apple products

Error While Opening JSP in Report Builder converted from RDF

Hi,
I am using Oracle reports 9i to convert rdf into jsp and invoke this jsp using OC4J to get HTML report.
The problem i am facing is that while converting RDF to JSP conversion went on successfull but when iam trying to open the JSP in Report builder it gives me error REP-2: Unable to retrieve string from message file.
When i want to see the paper layout it is not present and datamodel is also corrupted. In the data model sources for some fileds become null and one addtional group is appearing with no column in it.
Urgent help is needed.

Hello Sanjay,
There are some known issues in Reports 9i due to which XML/JSP reports do not open correctly in Builder, and throw the REP-0002 error. These bugs are currently being looked into, and will be addressed soon.
1. If your report is using ref cursor queries, and you are hitting the above error, please ensure you connect to a database before you open the report.
2. If your report has summary/formula columns, please try to create the JSP report without these columns and then try to open it in Builder.

Error when I sign in to the Convert PDF to Word feature

When I sign in to the Convert PDF to Word feature, after I enter my password I get a message "An error occurred while signing in" and the feature locks up, giving the same message if I use the "convert" button, can anyone help with this. Adobe Support sent 3 emails to reset my password all of which timed out before I could get to them. I have changed my password and it is still the same. Help please.

Please let me know if you have tried converting any other PDF to word with Reader.
Alos, please sign up at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" using your Adobe ID credentials. Click on 'ExportPDF' tab and upload the PDF that you want to convert to Word.
Let me know if this converts fine.

So the problem is caused by incorrect IMG configuration:
The SX_OBJECT_RECEIVE Returncode: 8 error message is caused by an incorrectly entered path in the RFC IMG connection (SM59) or by not calling MLUNXSND via a script.
The problem is that the mailgw.ini file not being present in /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/exe/run/mlunxsnd or the <system_directory>/SYS/profile directory. MLUNXSND will check these two directories for a file call exactly mailgw.ini. If MLUNXSND does not find the file the error above is displayed.
I would recommend that you create a shell script per OSS Note 99965 and set the GWCONFIG parameter to point to maligw.ini.

Import error with MPEG-2 files: Brorsoft Video Converter to Apple Prores.

Hi,
The Brorsoft Video Converter software gives me an 'import error' message when I attempt to import files from a folder on my desktop. That folder contains many mpg files (MPEG-2 Video, AC3). Those files in the folder on my desktop came from a Sony video camera.
I need to convert those mpg files to Apple Prores 422 HQ so I can then edit them in Apple Final Cut Pro X.
But when I go to import those mpg files into the Brorsoft Video Converter software, it comes up with a message saying: 'import error', indicating that the Brorsoft Video Converter software does not understand the type of file.
I am on Mac OS X Version 10.6.8.
I've emailed Brorsoft support but I don't think English is their first language – they've emailed back to me asking for clarification of the problem. And I need the problem fixed as I have to edit this video for someone that has many waiting customers.
Could something have changed in the files when I copied them from the video camera to the desktop?

Thanks for your prompt reply. I was using a friend's video camera – I've just texted him for the exact model of Sony video camera. I didn't yet have the Brorsoft Video Converter software when I had to give the video camera back to my friend. So, I copied the files off the video camera to my desktop.
It records onto an internal hard drive. And yes you're right, I don't need to go HQ. I also tried plain Apple Pro Res. That didn't work either. It comes up with 'Import error' message, so it seems like it just doesn't understand the file type.
When I go 'Get Info' on one of the files off the camera, it tells me it is an 'MPEG-2 video, AC3' file.
I'll try and get MPEG Streamclip like you suggested and see if that works.

Error when accessing low level objects and converting variant to refnum Type

Hope someone can give a clue....
I'm using a dll, but it only has one creatable object, and I need to call two non-creatable objects.
When the method to return the new reference is called, an error occured ("Member not found.
in My.vi").
The weird thing is that when I wired the new reference, I'm able to see the new methods and properties expected of the new object.
Should I ignore this error???
Also, does anyone know, How can I convert a variant to a ActiveX refnum??? because, when I use the To G type Lib, if a refnum type is wired, it's like this type is not supported, but the list states otherwise.

Since I do not know what type of ActiveX object you are calling, I do not know about the error you are seeing. However, since everything seems to be working after that, I would assume it's okay. Now, you can convert a variant to an ActiveX refnum, but how you do this depends upon what type of refnum you need. Use the Variant to Data.vi to convert your variant type to a refnum by wiring in an ActiveX refnum to the "type" input. You will first need to determine what type of ActiveX refnum it is (Automation, Control, etc) and then wire that wire type into this VI.

Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.

Error 0: how did my drive suddenly convert to FAT? & "updating boot..."

I have four external Buffalo external HDs, 1TB each. This evening I was transferring files between them for about an hour when they suddenly stopped and I suddenly got an Error Code 0 message. When I found out what it was I was really surprised. What caused the drives to be recognized as FAT formatted?
I've restarted the computer with no change to the drives.
I reformatted one and now it works fine. I ran Disk Utility on them all and got a message at the end which reads, "Updating boot support partitions for the volume is required", yet they "volumes appear to be okay".
Any ideas on this?

I bought everything a year ago and I really can't remember if I had to reformat them when I plugged them into my system or not but I'd been using them until just an hour before without either of those error messages -- and I've filled up those drives on many different occasions.
What I can't understand is what could happen to make the iMac read that error into them? Is it something to do with the new Snow Leopard? Is there anything I can do besides shuffling the data around and reformatting them?
