Error G3453 - ECCS
Error caused while running the rollup in data monitor (CXCD): "Error while reading 'allocation of new ID'" Has anybody encountered this before? I am trying to run a rollup from GLPCT to ECMCT. The rollup has been created from the standard PCA->CS rollup. The ID combination for integrated consolidation type 3 has been defined in CXN3. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and Regards,
Pallavi
have you assigned the integration consolidation type to your dimension? then have you active your data stream in cxnt? make sure that data stream you actived was related to you cons chart of acc, dimension, and version.
please let me know if you have any information..
i try the ECCS real time method. but the progress stop in interunit elimination task. if you have any information how to define the account should be used in this task, please tell me.
i need your help too.
thanks,
best regards,
landlord

Dear Experts,
I am very critical situation due to this timeout error in ECC, please help me as much as you can. Go-live date is very near, but I am not getting any clue why this error is occurring. our ECC system is EHP 4, and PI is dual stack 7.4
My scenario is synchronous ABAP proxy to HTTP_AAE. request is triggering from ECC via proxy and reaching to third party (bank) through PI, I am reviving the response back in PI from bank. But from PI to ECC the response is not reaching. So in ECC after the defined Timeout limit its getting timed out.
I have tried everything by increasing the timeout in ECC more than 15 minutes in HTTP_TIMEOUT under SXMB_adm in ECC, but nothing worked, even if I am increasing for half an hour then also its getting timeout after half an hour.
response from bank to PI is coming within 30 to 40 seconds, but PI is not sending the response back to ECC.
This is classical scenario, and I have checked the trace via SXMB_Moni in PI as well as in ECC, in ECC its showing the timeout error, but in PI i did not see any trace for this error.
I have read many thread on SCN for the same error, and everywhere it has been suggested to increase the timeout, and I have tired that, it didn't help me.
All ABAP proxy configuration has been done as follows.
RFC destinations in ECC
LCRSAPRFC(TCP/IP)
SAPSLDAPI ((TCP/IP))
G type destination to path "/sap/xi/engine?type=entry"
G type destination SAP_PROXY_ESR to path "/rep"
All the destination connection test is working fine.
but i have a doubt on G type destination(AAE_XDJ) to path "/sap/xi/engine?type=entry" which is returns the status code 500 with message "Empty HTTP request received", is it ok with 500 ?
Configuration in ECC Integration Engine configuration is as follows
Questions
How the message gets pushed to ECC from PI, once the message received in PI, I believe by G type RFC destination on path "/sap/xi/engine?type=entry" , please clarify.
How to trace this, if message is not getting pushed to ECC, I mean I have checked the trace in PI XSMB_MONI, but didn't get anything for this error. In ECC SXMB_moni only I am able to the timeout error.
Please expert help me as soon as you can, this error really effecting me badly in front of management
Thanks,
FarhanHi Hareesh,
I configured the scenario based on ICO, and again I received the same timeout error in ECC.
I am really sick with this error, and I have raised the OSS message to SAP. Meanwhile I just want to double check my entire configuration with you. Please see the below configuration (for classical) for ABAP proxy to HTTP_AAE, and let me know if anything is wrong.

Please see the below screenshot for ESR config. I have created 4 data types, 4 message types, 2 Service interface (synchronous), 2 mapping and one operation mapping.

I have simply created 2 data types for requests(ECC->PI->Bank) and did one to one mapping. Similarly for response(Bank->PI->ECC) 2 data types, one to one mapping for this as well.
But I just want to clarify about selecting the Request and response message type in inbound and outbound service interface. please explain me this for synchronous interface.
Please see the below structure from ESR and inbound and Outbound service and let me know if the selection of Request and response message types is correct or not.

Cluster Error SAP ECC EHP5 using DB2
Hi, I´m installing SAP ECC EHP5 over Windows Server 2008 R2 in MSCS using DB2 as Database.
I follow the steps in the installation guide and the first node was sucessfully installed. My problem is that when I execute the second step of the installation (database installation), in the sub-step "Now cluster the database" , after installed the database in the second node and run the utility db2mscs the following error occurs when I tried to initialize the DB2 service:
"An error occurred while attemping to bring the resource ''DB2 Server' online"
Error code: 0x8007138f
The cluster resource could not be found
Could you please give any hint to continue the installation?
Thanks a lot.
Kind regardsI made a mistake and opened the thread 2 times. The other one was answered.

This doesn´t make sense. If you can´t start the shadow instance then you can´t logon to the system
Try the following:
cd <put-directory>/bin
./SAPup stopshd
set the parameter
login/no_automatic_user_sapstar = 0
in the instance profile of the shadown instance
then start the shadow instance
cd <put-directory>/bin
./SAPup startshd
Unlock the shadow instance using
./SAPup unlockshd
Try to logon with user SAP* and unlock DDIC.

Error In ECC For Crystal Report Containing Sub-Report Link
Hi,
We are using Crystal Reports 2013. We extracted a Crystal Report from SAP ECC to modify it further utilizing the features of Crystal and export it back to SAP ECC.
The updated Crystal Report has a Sub-Report link within it, while exporting it back to SAP ECC, we get the attached error message as "layout.subreport should not contain any data connections".
However, on removing the Sub-Report link, the report can be successfully exported back to ECC and executes without any issues.
Is there any limitation on features to be used when exporting Crystal Reports to ECC?
Thanks & Regards,
MitaleeHi
I am facing the same issue when I try to open Crystal report Olap Grid via .net Crystal Report Viewer.
Getting the error message like not able to open OLAP Cube.
Please need urgent solution
Thanks a lot,

IN tocde KEI2 time out error in ecc 6.0 EHP4
Hi All
A program termination occurs in the PA transfer structure maintenance. When you go to the "Source" level, the ABAP runtime error "TIME_OUT" occurs in ECC 6.0 EHP4
I have checked one note with same error Note 320621 - ABAP runt.err."TIME_OUT" in PA transf.struct maint but its valid for 4.6 c and its obsolete for ECC 6.0,kindly suggestDear Pranav,
Please apply note 1496366 “'Function' value is not carried out in view” in your system.
Then the time-out issue will be solved.

While Installing i am getting error in ECC 6.0
I am getting Administrator@sap: Input Error
You entered: D:\ECC6\EXP2\Label.Asc
Found the Label SAP:ECC:6600SR1:Export(2/11):Installation
ExportCD51031798_2 but need the label
SAP:Ecc:600SR1:Export(11/11):.
Regards
BalajiHi Balaji,
I think you are giving wrong CD path.It needs the 11th Export CD/Folder which contains that label file.Either you missed to copy it or simply you give wrong volume.
Try it.

Vendor Master Replication Error from ECC to SUS : Error in ALE Service
Dear Experts,
We are implementing MM SUS (SRM 5.0). As a part of this we need to replicate vendors from ECC to SUS system via XI. We have created a Reduced Message Type Z_CREMAS_SUSMM and had set up the partner profile in WE20 with SUS logical system as destination and specifing the Message Type, and port of the XI system
We executed the transaction BD14 for replication, it is resulting in error 29 : Error in ALE Service : Entry in Outbound table not found.
Please provide inputs to overcome this problem
Thank you,
Regards,
RaviHi,
Check
Re: Idoc Error Status "Entry in outbound table not found "
Looks like some issue with the partner profile set up for the sender or receiver of the EDI message in WE20.
Set up them again and When these have been set up try reprocessing your IDocs from BD87 -

Hello Experts,
My Interface JDBC -->PROXY messages are succesfull in PI .In inbound queue of ECC 6.0,with status text "ThiSend:bad tm type /connection closed (no data)".
I came to know the message scheduled due to function
module sxms_async_exec
and raising an exception as ThiSend:bad tm type/
connection closed (no data).
This problem is happening only some times .Please throw some light on the issue .
Any help is highly appreciated.
Regards
PraveenI had a similar issue in the past. This was due to the incomming data into ECC, and can be resolved by Debbuging the active call.
Please use the following steps to debug an active session.
1. Assuming you have a Service user making calls from PI to ECC. Convert this user to a System user.
2. Set up External break-points in ECC for the service user.
3. Push the errored message again from PI to ECC
This would open up a debugging window for the active session. Once done, you would be able to trap the error.
Once this error is trapped, catch the exception and generate an error log, do not throw out an exception to end processing.
Hope this helps.
