Error i cannot work out how to fix

I have come across this error i cannot solve
Generated servlet error:

Comparator costComparator = new CostComparator();

What is your CostComparator constructor code? The compiler is telling you that it cannot find the constructor, this could be because it is not public, or you have not written a constructor which takes no arguments.
