Error Id: 30702

I have a Blackberry Curve 9360.  I cannot access my App World via my phone.  Receive this message each time:  "There is an issue with the current session. Please login to continue. (Error Id: 30702)".  WHAT THE HECK DOES THIS MEAN?  I looked on the website and it said no resolultion at this time,... something to do with the Blackberry 7 network.  This is ridiculous!  When is this going to be fixed?

I agree that there is no Resolution till now but there are some Workarounds available to resolve this issue ,I prefer you should try that .Look at this Article from Knowledge Base :

    every time i try to launch app world i keep getting this error message

    i have re installed app world but still the same issue keeps happening and i cant use it all all

    hi guys. can somebody help me. i am encountering an error everytime i make downloads on my app world. it states "There is an issue with the current session. Please login to continue. (Error Id: 30702)" i have already changed my blackberry id username and password but still an error occur in my app world. please help...thank you.

  • Can't delete emails and getting error message 30702

    I am having two issues on my blackberry curve......I have three e-mails of my phone that I cannot delete....they are from my google account and have tried a hard reset several times and have made sure they are deleted from my actual gmail account with no luck.  The other issue is I cannot download apps on my blackberry keep getting error message 30702 saying I need to log in to my account but unable to log into this account!  Any suggestions would be appreciated!

    Tips for clearing that unread message... try them in order.
    If you have a rogue New Message icon on your Home screen, or a negative count (-1), any one of these solutions could clear it, or reset it to zero:
    Try these options:
    * Open your main Messages folder and highlight today's date, click the menu key and select Mark Prior Opened.
    * Hard Reset the BlackBerry by holding ALT, CAP (right Shift key), and DEL (or with the BlackBerry powered ON, remove the battery and reinserting the battery)
    * View Messages > Saved Messages

    Ever since I was made to update my Blackberry App World I've been unable to download any apps!! I keep getting the message 'There is an issue with the current session.     Read this somewhere else and it worked for me too.
    Click on payment options and you'll be asked to log in.  You can cancel out once logged in on payment options, then go to "My World" again fine.  I hope this works for you.

    Hello,
    Every time I try to access my world or download an app in blackberry app world I get the following error message:
    There is an issue with the current session.
    Please login to continue.

    I have tried battery pulls. I have tried restoring earlier backups. I have tried reinstalling app world. I don't know what else to do. I tried calling my service provider but they told me they can't do anything and I should just make a new ID, but I would like to avoid doing that.
    Also, when I go to Device->Blackberry ID; I get the following message "Unable to update your BlackBerry ID account information" I don't know what to do about this problem. Someone please help me.

    I'm getting a message saying app world is not available in my country (canada).

    and got it resolved via a Factory Reset.
     But after a few days of use and rebooted a few times due to installation of apps, I have this new problem:
    op up error message: "There is an issue with the current session. Please login to continue. (Error ID: 30702)"
    and
    When trying to view my BlackBerry ID Account through the "Device",  "Unable to update your BlackBerry ID account information.
    The only good thing is that I can still access the apps by clicking on the "Apps" icon at once I enter BlackBerry App World.
